We've now had two projects completed by Superior Awning within the last year. First, a free-standing poolside cabana, and then a roller shade over the back patio area. We are beyond grateful for the hard work and tenacity their whole team has put in to make sure we were satisfied with the final results. It was so easy hassle free very professional. Staff in the office is amazing Very nice speak to you with respect cater to your needs Installation was perfect installers were amazing moved all outside furniture from where the Awning was going to be installed. Once finished they moved all furniture back and cleaned everything Everything was stress-free will recommend Superior Awning and will use them in the future.

I had a new Awning tarp installed last year. The installers told me the existing arms would most likely have to replaced within the next 3 months. Their rep Joe insisted that was not the case, he knew better bc of years of experience. A month later, 1 arm broke. I ordered 3 new arms on Jan 6, 2021. After numerous unanswered calls they were finally (wrongly) installed on March 12, 2021. 2 Days later, bc of the bad installation and it rained, again, 1 arm broke. They send someone out to assess the damage on March 15, 2021. No news since then, I finally called today March 19, 2021 for an update...the office had no idea what I was talking about but would tell the manager. No answer... They don’t return calls, they don’t follow up, and their products are not good. My previous awning lasted 28 years without one single problem. This company tells me I need to make sure to bring the (electric/automated) awning in, bc they can’t operate when it rains?????? Meaning, I should stay home for the rest of my life to bring in a very expensive awning in case it rains, bc their automated system does not work and their installers don’t know an awning needs to slope and not be horizontal so the rain can run off it? Wow!!!

I asked that they call me back she never did so I called back and she put me on hold for 10 minutes. A coworker answered the hold call and mentioned that the previous girl had gone on break. I am not interested in dealing with this type of behavior.

It was great. the service was excellent, The awning held up very well. they were on time and good workmanship and very responsive. The owner always come over to supervise

It went very smooth. They were out when they said they were going to and took them 3-4 hours to install and get everything hardwired. Everything went well. The guys were friendly and they did what they said they were going to do.

Workmanship was excellent and it was a difficult project. Very professional. They always showed up on time. Price is competitive. 5 star company. Best awning company. Very impressed with their company.

the estimator came out and though he was super brusque with me, his professionalism otherwise and his price got me to commit to his company above another company (and estimator) i personally liked much more. he was very thorough with the sizing of the awnings and made copious notes, so i felt comfortable that superior awnings would do a great job. unfortunately, the guys they sent to install the awnings were absolute lunkheads. they brought with them the prefabricated awnings (frames and canvas) which should have been easy to install after installing a couple, then had to actually move them - and the ginormous bolts that were in the side of the building! - because they didn't pay attention to the height of each one. they were completely off height of each other. they then asked ME which awning went on which window (and to measure them!) and even told me they didn't have paperwork to show where each one went. i couldn't believe this so i asked to see ALL of the paperwork they had and then found where the company HAD sent the paperwork of which one went where... they literally didn't understand north/south/east/west as printed on the page - and didn't think to just ask me that! the worst part though, is that they installed them incorrectly. the canvas wasn't taught so there were unsightly wrinkles in many areas, and the frames were even bent. a few days later, the company sent out another more experienced installer who actually badmouthed the first guys (understandably - they were idiots and made the company look bad, not to mention lose money sending out another team) who at least was proficient at his job. he smoothed out the wrinkles and tied the frames the best he could, but still - we know that we have moved and bent frames up on our structure. overall, i'd skip this company to just save a few hundred bucks.

The products looks to be acceptable. The problem lies in customer service. The communication between order and installation needs work. It seemed to me that they didn't really care if they got the order or not. The initial installer didn't know what he was doing so the work continued past 9 PM! My Mother had to hold the flashlight so he could see. The next day a person who knew what he was doing showed up and completed the work. Apparently they hire bodies without experience.

installed as planned except the door awning was mismeasured. They took it back, made a new larger one and returned 2 days later to install. great response. And did not charge me extra for the larger piece. I will use them again.

Many thanks to this great group of people. Our house has a freestanding parking pad for guests, which came with a dated aluminum roof that we removed right away. Superior Awnings recommended we replace it with an aluminum carport that looks like it's made of painted wood beams. It is so perfect. We were treated very well from the first phone call and are extremely happy with the quality of the finished product. It has been a pleasure to work with them.

The painters arrived exactly on time and systematically moved all the furniture to the middle of the room, removed all paintings and clocks and covered the floors. The furniture was not covered because they did not paint the ceilings. They applied two coats of paint in the color I had chosen and timed it in such a way that the painting was finished the next day and the furniture could be returned to its original space, along with all wall hangings. Also, the baseboards were washed and then painted. My walls are rounded so establishing the end of a wall is rather time-consuming because they had to "draw" a line to indicate the end. They brought a vacuum cleaner and and fastidiously cleaned after themselves. I was very pleased with Jose's Painting and plan to use them again when I have the rest of my house painted next year. My neighbors also commented on the nice work.

Superior put an awning on my restaurant...they performed mediocre workmanship and were as unprofessional a business as I've ever dealt with. After the initial sales appointment, which was fine, nearly every other appointment was late and if I had not invested a lot of my own time to find out where people were and when they were coming, I am convinced nothing would have happened. I had several phone conversations and emails confirming the material and dimensions and I even went through the trouble of creating 3D drawings for them to follow...and still they messed up so that they showed up (days late) with the wrong material with incorrect dimensions! I made the workers stop and notify their superiors and they said they were unavailable. When I called the office myself they said the owner "does not take calls today". Even if his workers are screwing up a job! When the owner finally did call me back after much effort, he threatened to tear down what had been installed! No apology, no acknowledgment of the stress and unnecessary work on my end, just offense. I understand that mistakes happen, I am reasonable...as a business owner I know you can't control everything...but what I do is apologize to my customer and ask what I need to do to fix it. Not at Superior. Work was stopped and a few hours later the correct materials arrived and the awning was installed several hours late, while we were open. After a couple of weeks I realized that they installed it 18 inches too high!! So it didn't align with the plans approved by the city! So I went through it again, calling them incessantly to get them out to adjust it. So now I have holes from the first install sitting above the awning where it now sits. They also didn't seal it properly so that when it rains the water falls right on the customers on the patio (isn't that what an awning is for, to protect against the elements??). So they had to come out again and seal it. But when it rained the other day, the water went right through and leaked on the customers. And I already know if I call the owner and tell him this he will blame me and I will go through so much hassle to get them back out that I will just find another company to seal it up properly. Incidentally, if this patio had been done right it would have spawned into two other patios. Instead I tell everyone to avoid them at all costs - even if someone else is 30% more money.

The representative who came out was professional and went over some of the product options with me. He said that he'd need to get back to his office and run some numbers in order to give me an official estimate. Never received the estimate. No response from the company despite numerous emails to them.
