Kitchen Remodel

I met with Beni at SES builders and I shared with him my idea and design about the kitchen remodeling project that I want to do. Beni listened to my idea and came up with a draft of a design including some recommendations that he had for me for style, functionality and some modifications in the design. His recommendations came after he took all the measurements and photos of the existing space which gave him the ability to create the kitchen of my dreams. His crew of workers did a wonderful job and they were pleasant and friendly to work with. Beni made sure that everything will be done in no less than ‘perfect’ condition and he monitored the work on a daily basis. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

SES builders recently completed the remodeling of our kitchen, master bedroom and 2 bathrooms. We could not be happier and pleased from the work, communications, progress and how it all came out. From the beginning of the work, they always talked and listened to us and focused on our ideas. Our input was the main key that allowed them to come up with a perfect design plan that fits exactly to our budget and vision that made us very pleased with. The crew did a great job, they were on time each day during the week and they were able to finish the work as agreed even though there were many issued and problems that required special skills. We would not think twice to hire them again for any additional remodeling work that we may have in the future.

SES builders did a beautiful work on renovating our master bathroom. SES builders remodeled already our other bathrooms at the house in the last year and now we hired them once again to complete the remodeling of the last and larger bathroom at our house. Our last experience with them was very good and we were extremely happy with them. The price and service that we got was very reasonable and the remodeling process was without any pressure or stress so this time we went with them directly and without talking to anyone else. When we had to check his design, colors and type of materials for the bathroom, Roi was always rich with his knowledge and ideas. More than that, he provided us with great advices, where we can save money for the same results and worked hard to deliver final product within our budget. The remodeling job was completed fast (relatively speaking) and the new bathroom is gorgeous. Roi went above and beyond during the work by doing few additional things that were not included in the original estimate and he didn’t charge us for them. They kept the master bedroom clean during the construction. We are very happy with the overall work that was done. We would highly recommend using SES builders for any project.

We hired SES builders to design and remodel 2 bathrooms (our master bathroom and kids bathroom). Our master bathroom remodeling involved building a new walk-in closet by moving a wall from the master bedroom. The challenge to have a large shower… was to relocate all the plumbing pipes which Lior did very well. In the kids bathroom we just wanted to upgrade all the space and to have tiles all around from top to bottom. The remodeling project was finished in 3 weeks and this was done because Lior had several teams of people working at the same time on both bathrooms. During the work, Lior kept giving us updates about the entire work and mainly on what to expect each day. Their designer generated for us the design for the 2 spaces and provided many other suggestions for each stage. Lior was very good person to work with and he was always available and receptive for any change we wanted to do along the way. We would definitely hire SES builders again and we do highly recommend their professional services.

The project manager Eli & the working team were expert from the beginning of this remodeling. They were polite, confident, and quick to respond. Eli was able to get for us excellent options for the bathroom and kitchen hardware that needed in order to complete this beautiful work. One important thing of this remodeling was that they were able to work around my crazy schedule which made it very easy for me while they were punctual and kept the place clean. Now that my remodeling is completes, I can write here that it was a great experience and I will use them again while recommend them to others. When it comes to price, the final cost of the work was not cheap but completely worth it. The work that done by SES builders was a complete remodeling of my guest bathroom and master bathroom, a complete kitchen remodeling and paint the entire house. All of that was on top of few other small jobs that they were able to do during the work.

I could not be happier with Eli, and the office staff at SES builders. I hired them based on the kitchen remodeling job that they did for a friend of mine in which I really loved how it came out and how my friend was happy working and hiring them for that work. At my house, I hired them to do several jobs that included the installation of new hardwood floors and the kitchen. The kitchen remodeling project that they did included the relocation and addition of all the cabinets, designed backsplash, counter tops and all the plumbing. They delivered my kitchen and wood floor on the day they promised to finish and on budget (which was the main thing for me). Their workers, plumber and electrician were nice people to deal with and polite, truly a great experience to have in my house. I cannot say enough positive things about this contractor.

SES builders and Design did a large remodeling project at our house few months ago. The house was purchased by me last year but it was never remodeled or upgraded by the last owners. Anyway, with the help of Roi at SES builders, I was able to get the closest thing to a new house. My budget was not that big (relatively speaking for the scale of the work), but Roi did worked around that budget without any problem. The work that they did is fantastic and the kitchen is very beautiful. They replaced all the existing cabinets and added few more, replaced all the existing flooring and painted the entire house. Also the living room, bedrooms and bathroom got a brand new coat and style of paint and the new carpet completed the new look. We wanted that the 2 main rooms at the house (Bedroom and bathroom) will get extra attention by adding nice crown molding and new low voltage lighting fixtures on top of new plumbing fixtures and pipes. Over the entire remodeling is nothing but a fantastically and professional work!

We do recommend SES Builders for any remodeling project such as ours. The entire office staff including our project manager Lior were very professional, came to our house each day and on time and nice. We decided to hire them after we met and interviewed 3 additional contractors and mainly because the trust that we felt in Lior. The demolition process was the fastest task in the entire remodeling while the cleanup was done daily. After the demolition was completed, Lior ordered all the materials and his plumber came over to do all the plumbing work. While the plumbing was in process, the rest of the work was done pretty fast and the bathroom was done. Lior worked very well with the employees, subcontractors and us while quickly adjusted to any changes that were experienced. We would hire Lior and his company again.

After lots of hesitations about whom we will hire for our remodeling project and after meeting and questioning several home improvement companies, we decided to hire SES builders to remodel our master bathroom. We weren’t familiar with how or what to do or how to start with this remodeling project. From the initial meeting that we had with Lior (the project Manager), He helped us go through all the stages and processes about it while he also came with us to several vendors and helped us on how to select the finishing materials. They passed all the city inspections without any problem or issue. Our master bathroom looks beautiful and the new shower system and bathtub look stunning! Lior visited the house each day and he inspected the crew of workers for each one of the stages. They were polite, hardworking people and very neat. There were few times in which they arrived late to the house due to misunderstanding with deliveries of materials but that was forgiven when the work was completed. I will definitely use them again!

SES builders designed, demolished and remodeled two bathrooms and the master bedroom suite in a house that we just purchased. The work that they included the replacement of all the old plumbing, relocation of the existing heating vents, create a walk-in closet in the master bedroom and the complete remodeling of two new gorgeous bathrooms. During the remodeling, we lived in the house and Igal helped us to search and buy all the materials and the hardware including all the lighting fixtures, sinks, vanities, tile floor and more…. Our main reasons why we do recommend them are: - The finished work is definitely a top quality and without any defects or mistakes in the finishing. - They are hones, skilled and professional people. - They made sure to clean all the working areas during the remodeling. - The way they were able to design and implement the vision and ideas is beyond our expectations. The remodeling was completed a little bit after the scheduled (which it’s completely normal). We love the bathrooms and bedroom and it could not be better. The project as completed within our original budget. We will hire SES builders again!

We worked with Lior from SES builders to remodeling our master bathroom. We were looking for someone that can guide and help us with good ideas and options and mainly to listen to what we want or need. Lior was able to deliver all of that and even more! At first, He met with us and listened to what we wanted to do and he gave us some great suggestions that at the end he was able to implement them throughout the entire remodeling. Lior communicated with us in an excellent way and he was easygoing even though we made some changes or we couldn’t make a decision. We are very happy with our new master bathroom and Dans was the one that helped and guidance us. During the remodeling, Lior with his team came to work every day and on time, kept us informed and were patient with us. They worked on the master bathroom as if they were working on their own houses. It was a great practice and we will work with Lior again including recommend them to anyone we know. We are very happy with the end result and the process of getting there.

One of my coworkers recommended me to call SES builders and to meet with them about my remodeling project that I wanted to do for a while then. It was after I spoke and met with several other ones and my mind was not set on who to hire and what do to exactly. Each one of the contractors that I met, had something that I didn’t like. Some tried to just make the sale and make me sign on the contract, some came up with a design that I didn’t like or loved. After I met with Igal, my feelings about my remodeling was good and on the second meeting, his design of how my new kitchen will look like was very good. Now that my remodeling is complete, I can write here that I’m so lucky I took this advice on meeting with them. I must mention that at first, I didn’t have a clear vision of what I wanted to have in the kitchen, but with our input and his suggestions the end results were not only a spectacular new kitchen but a new kitchen that I could afford. Throughout the kitchen remodeling, there were a lot of decisions do be made, such as: what materials to choose from, colors and more... but Igal always provided us with great help so it was somehow easy process. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

It’s been many years since we moved into our house and done any remodeling work to our home so this time we were certainly anxious about the whole project. Luckily, SES builders and mainly Jacob, were able to provide me with an excellent service and beautiful kitchen. Jacob was at our house daily to check and see the crew or sub-contractors while making sure that everything is going according to plan and without any problems. After doing such an incredible job on the kitchen, I stated to Jacob that we want to do some more work with him. Jacob found a reasonable way to also remodel all the bathrooms and replace flooring throughout the house. This remodeling came out so good and it completely changed our house. Over all, we are so happy with this whole remodeling. We do recommended this company to all my friends and family and would definitely recommend them for you!

This is the second time I have used SES builders for a remodeling at my house and as I was very happy in the first remodeling, this time was even better and I’m happier with the new kitchen. The new kitchen remodeling that Lior and his people did for us included the replacement of the wood floor with new travertine one, new upper and lower cabinets, new appliances, lighting fixtures, home automated switches and outlets, new counter top with back splash and new plumbing too. The workmanship is outstanding, the attention to details and even to the smallest ones was remarkable and they refer me to some great sources for kitchen appliances, travertine, marble slabs and more. Like the last time of the remodeling, Lior handled all the minor extras that I wanted to do or change during the work without any complain and with a smile on his face. I will hire them again next year for my master bathroom and bedroom remodeling project.

We just moved to our new house from Arizona, and thought we could live with the old cabinets...NOT. We did an online search and came across this company and we loved what we saw and read. Before we contacted SES builders, we came across few other companies that each one of them had something that we didn’t like. Everything in regards to our project was flawless, and professional. Beni, the cabinet designer is a truly skilled and professional person. He was able to take the footprint of the existing kitchen space and made it to feel much bigger with just few design concepts. Rachel from the office was always available for any questions that we had in regards to scheduling, payments etc…From the beginning of the work, they gave us names of vendors that were perfect for us! We will definitely hire them. The new kitchen is so beautiful! Thank you SES builders!!
