SES is the best company you can think of when it comes to remodeling your house. I finished my project 6 months ago and the communication was great. Maiia from the office kept on following up with every question we had. We had the SES app that we communicated easier and saw pictures of our project throughout the process. We live half of the year in Russia and due to COVID we couldn't come back so it took a while until we were able to see how it came out. Job was done properly, they cleaned the house when they finished and it was a pleasure to do business with them.

I added a second story addition to my house. They took care of the permits and plans and literally did the project from A-Z! Highly recommend them

Eli from SES was the one that managed the project for us. We were extremely impressed by his knowledge. He is a perfectionist and he knows what to do and how a project needs to be performed well. I am extremely happy with the communication, with the result, working great with our budget and the workers came every day and on time.

I heard about SES from my friend. He did last year a kitchen remodeling project with them. I wanted to renovate 2 bathrooms, so I called them right away and got 4 more quotes. From our first phone conversation that we had with Eli at SES builders, I understood that this is a different company that work differently from all the other ones. Eli really understood the value of the relationship that must have when a remodeling project is achieved and he understood clearly our expectations. During our meetings at our that house, Eli didn’t relied just on our personal design concepts and more than that, his design process started with our design preferences and included additional solutions to several items that we wanted to have but unfortunately they couldn’t be implemented. One of the ideas of Eli was to take down one wall that separated our kitchen from the rest of the house and we loved that idea because it made the house with a much larger open space. The remodeling went fast and Eli made sure that the crew will work at the house on a daily basis making sure that the daily tasks will be accomplished. While the work was in progress, Eli went with us to several vendors in order to select the right materials for our remodeling. We are very happy with everything they did for us and our remodeling present how professional and knowledgeable this company is as well as thorough and original.

Few months ago, we hired Eli at SES builders to do a major renovation at our house that included the kitchen, bathrooms, installation of new wood floor for the entire house on top of energy efficient double glass windows and all the doors (inside and out). We were very happy with the whole process of the work from the design stage all the way to the completion of the work. All the materials and finish products were selected by the help of Eli and he made sure always that everything will be delivered on time so the project will not get any delays. Eli is by far the most perfectionist when it comes to his work and his results are always at the highest quality. We are so happy that we hired him for our house and our next plan is to hire him again for our next remodeling of our backyard and front yard!

Eli is a real professional. As soon as you meet him, you see you are dealing with a real professional contractor. We met with 4 different contractors and he was the only one with so much knowledge. I picked him for a full renovation project, we did full kitchen renovation, bathrooms, knocked 3 walls down, exterior was completely redone as well, including a new pool, Stucco, Paint and new drywall where we knocked the walls down. The job was done in 3 months. I was amazed by how many people worked in one day! Would hire them and won't hesitate.

Eli and his workers were referred to me by one of my coworkers who hired him recently for his remodeling project at his house. He was very happy with the work that they did and he recommend them to anyone he knows that looking for a contractor regarding to any remodeling project. The bathroom that they did at my house have a complete new look and is now more functional and easy to use. While they were working, I noticed how clean, neat, pleasant to talk to and helpful. My remodeling project was to expand the bathroom into the laundry room and guest bath while keeping the laundry as well but in different shape. Eli was able to provide original and reasonable results while keeping it on budget.

We renovated our garage and turned it into an ADU. It came out beautiful. SES Builders was taking all of our needs in the project, they were there everyday, working hard, coming on time and providing the best result possible. They have an experienced team that cares about your project. Eli treated my project as he is renovating his own house. i had few changes, he did not charge me and I am thankful. My neighbor was renovating his kitchen close to the time I was renovating my garage, and he was really upset about the company for so many issues they had. I am writing this review to thank all the people at SES and to let all of them know and understand how I am very happy and please with everything. My project manager who was the main person that in charge on my remodeling project was a great communicator, listener and with unbelievable overall view of where and what the people need to do and finish. His skills and professionalism proved the great relationships with everyone that ended in delivering a quality product. The workers were wonderful and worked full days that made sure to finish the work through several problems in order to get the remodeling job finish on time. They also made sure to clean up each day before they left for the day and they were very careful to seal the working space from the rest of the house. I feel very fortunate to hire SES Builders as part of my house.

Joe at his workers at SES Builders were very supportive from the beginning of our complete home remodeling that was done few months ago and completed last week. Joe was very skilled, communicative and perfectionist during the entire remodeling stages which was great to see as a clients. We started our relationship after we talked to 5 other construction companies that came over to our house in order to provide us with a quote for the work. Some of them gave us a high estimate and a long time of work but Joe’s quote was within our budget and with a good time frame that seemed to be reasonable for us. We got amazed at how skilled, experienced and truthful he was and how he was willing to take the time and to explain us each and every step of the remodeling process. We strongly recommend hiring and working with SES builders. We will absolutely hire them again and refer them to anyone who is in a need for any type of home remodeling.

We hired SES Builders to remodel our Kitchen and master Bathroom. Guy our project manager was helpful and useful during the whole remodeling process. The quality of the cabinets, flooring, paint and more… s very high and we are very satisfied with the complete remodeling project. Guy was very creative and after all the meetings that we had, he provided us with a printed estimate that included a timeline, price breakdown and total price with focusing on each stage of the process. All the issues that came up during the remodeling, Guy handled them in a timely manner and solved them. The remodeling project was completed on the date that he promised us. We love the new kitchen and master bathroom and are very happy with the new design and results that SES Builders delivered us.

SES builders recently completed my kitchen remodeling project. Our existing kitchen was a complete mess, old and not functional. Eli was able to demolish it completely and to redesign it based on our needs and budget. The work that he did for us took close to a month (based on a daily work) and he made sure to keep the price as he promised me and not to add any hidden charges to some changes that came up during the work. I really love the new kitchen and I recommend Eli and his team for any home remodeling projects.

SES Builders did an outstanding remodeling job at my house by converting the 2 car garage into a well-designed guest house. The remodeling project was completed on time and within the promised budget and with minimum interruption to our daily routine. All the assigned people at SES builder’s office were very patient, detailed oriented that always answered my questions while the construction people delivered a gorgeous product. I will certainly hire them again!

Prior engaging the professional services of SES Builders, We did a large due diligence and we met with 4 additional home remodeling companies that ended up with 4 different estimates of our remodeling project. After we met with Joe, we decided to select SES builders for the work. Joe, is a truly professional and skilled person with no nonsense of any kind. Joe finished our remodeling project on time and his overall price was 80% less than the other ones. During the time of the remodeling, Joe was supervising each and every stage of the work. At the end… we are excited with the final results. The team of workers were nice, honest and left the house each day in a clean manner. We are currently planning to have another remodeling project at our house and we absolutely won’t shop around for any other contractor! Joe and SES builders will be the only ones we will call!!

SES builders remodeled my kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms at my house. The work took appx 3 months from the initial meeting that we had with Gil all the way to the last inspection that he did. During the work, Gil worked hand by hand with us explaining and recommend us about the things and materials that were the best fit for us. More than that he also went with us to some of his vendors and helped us selecting and buying the finished materials. We are very happy with the overall work that he did and with the extra work that he did for us during the work. We already recommended him to few of our friends that saw the work and asked us about our experience with him.

I decided to hire them among several other companies due to the fact that they were able to give me the best design and execution for my dream remodeling project. we hired this company to remodel the exterior part of my our house we wanted the stucco and roofing to be done and we found them through an online search including angieslist. On our first meeting (after a short phone conversation), they brought several swatches of colors and stucco textures, which was excellent because we were egger to do the work right away. Our project manager Joe was very skilles and professional and was able to manage the working team in such a good way, that they were able to finish the whole project pretty fast. The team were very clean and they always protected the working areas outside in order to prevent any damages.

Honestly….. We had a truly pleasure for hiring SES builders and having Joe remodel our kitchen and the entry of our house. Joe and his team, did a wonderful remodeling job that started with a draft design and ended with a complete remodeling. We now have a new kitchen that have lots of storage space and new layout! At the entry of the house, he replaced the existing door with a larger one and he removed a wall that expand that space while merging it beautifully into the living room area. The overall price was a bit above my budget because we did some modifications to the design after we started the remodeling and we completely agreed to it and the end results are truly worth it. We highly recommended SES builders and the working people that did our remodeling.

Before we started the remodeling project at our house, all we had were just some pictures from a magazine that we collected over the last few months. We met several contractors and we asked them to make the master bedroom and master bathroom to look as close as possible to these pictures. SES builders (Eli) inspect the pictures and measured the spaces and after a week, they came up with a design that changed them completely and made them better than the pictures even. Eli and his team were able to do an amazing job that included everything from demolishing to remodeling and we are super happy with how it all came out. We enjoy the new bathroom and bedroom so much that we really don’t know how to thank them for the work they just did. Thank you guys

Eli at SES builders designed, drafted and implemented the plans for the remodeling that I did on my new house that I just purchased. His design ideas including the experience and his huge help was beyond my expectations! After the design stage was completed, I went ahead and asked Eli to quote us for the remodeling itself. Eli was able to give us a quote that was very good for us and I hired him for that stage as well. During the work, I saw all the attention to details that Eli and his team put for the work and it was very high. The remodeling project was completed a little bit after the agreed time frame (which is completely understandable) and Eli did several changes that I noticed and I asked for during the actual remodeling process. My overall opinion about SES builders is that it’s a high quality construction company and I highly recommend them!!!

We were very lucky to have Guy as our project manager and an expert at our house. He was focused on all the small details and he was able to design and executed exactly what we had in mind and by having the right professional crew that carried out the construction. We were mainly fascinated with their knowledge, honesty and capabilities as they made sure to execute the remodeling as the design and plans. We are new to California and our new house needed to have a complete landscape designed from scratch. It was too much to think about this big project and how mainly to find the right person/company that can help us do the remodeling we wanted for our new house. We feel lucky that we were able to find Joe and SES Builders! Joe and his perfect team ... were so professional to work with and they delivered us a gorgeous outdoor living space that by far exceeded what we imagined was doable. Our house was a pre-construction house and our yard was empty and we wanted execute our visions of a beautiful outdoor living space mainly because of the view. I recently hired SES builders to remodel my house. The remodeling included several parts of my house (kitchen, bedroom and bathroom). I am very happy and pleased with the whole work that they did and I highly recommend them. They were honest, reliable, fairly priced and hardworking people.
