RODENTS STOP

Process was easy. Guys closed all the holes, trapped the rats and came back a few times to check everything. They sprayed a solution every time they returned to sanitize and get rid of the rat smell. Haven't had any problems since.

Rodent Stop is amazing! I first hired them 3 years ago and they'd done a good job eradicating our problem, follow up was also very good. They sent a team of 4 and removed about a dozen large green yard bags of what must have been decades of old, compressed, infected and infested blown-in insulation. Three years later while working on the roof I noticed they must have missed several access points, the rats had returned so I called them and after listening to my story, after having to locate my records in their file storage they came back out without question and honored their guarantee... From over 3 years ago! They sealed up everything that was missed, cleaned out my attic again and discovered a new infestation in my air ducts showing me pictures of what they found. Gave me a very fair price to replace those ducts and for new insulation. They stood behind their work and ONLY charged me to replace the infested ducts. Rodent Stop's customer service, desire to satisfy customers and integrity to stand behind their work is among the highest of any service company I have ever contracted. This company is most certainly the real deal... And they care. Use them with confidence!

I was amazed with what this company did when i called them out. So background, heard some noises and called out 3 companies. comp 1 said i had a heavy infestation and all if my insulation had to go. Company 2 said it was just an old problem but nothing was current, so it really wasn't a big concern. Company 3 *rodents stop* did an inspection and took pictures (+1 point). They showed me droppings, which i knew about, but explained how to tell if their new or old, they all looked pretty new. They showed me my insulation, which didn't look bad, but what do i know, so after picking my inspectors brain, he said removing all of the insulation was just not needed and ultimately an unnecessary expense (+1 point) he said they would take out the nest and clean the droppings and spray something to disinfect, all while closing all the holes. Then he really shocked me, he said they would back their work with a guarantee-A LIFETIME GUARANTEE!!!! (+100 points!!!) So clearly after my very unique scoring system, the choice was clear. When d-day came, 3 guys came fully prepared to eradicate any problems and that is exactly what they did for almost 8 hours straight!!!. It was an investment, but i feel it was a very worthwhile one. I'm happy to now be a member of the rat free club!

im writing this review to commend this company for their honesty. I saw a mouse in my house one day and just lost it. Joe from rodent stop came out and let me know that I did not have a problem and pointed out the magnet on my dog door had worn out so one probably had just moseyed on in. I was so impressed with his honesty, especially when i was so scared, the man really could have told me anything and I would have gone for it. I think their honesty and ethic are very admirable, and if I ever do need their services, I will call them ASAP.

A team came in at the crack of dawn (really around 7) and they went into the attic and kitchen and on the roof and drilled and stuccoed and went through every nook and cranny closing stuff. It was quite impressive. After a few days and couple sets of traps being full, my problem appeared to be solved. Then I heard a noise a few months later and went crazy. I called them an they came right back out. I could not be happier.

3 men came to my house in safety suits and closed any hole where my uninvited guests could get in from. came back a few days later and gave me the green light-no more rats. i was very happy

The whole process was quite pleasant. I met with the first gentleman who was friendly and knowledgeable. Then was able to do a little negotiating with the woman in the office to make it slightly more affordable and she had me financed for this, so all i had was monthly payments. Then the work happened. 3 gentleman cam to my house and stayed all day. They worked very hard, and went up on the roof and in the attic and under the house to make sure that everything was properly closed. Then before wrapping up, they replaced 3 of my air ducts. It was very easy for me and i haven't had any problems since they came out.

We were very happy with the service. From beginning to end all dealings with this company were beyond pleasant. It was expressive but they came in, worked hard and long and got rid of the rats. So money well spent in my book.

i called rodent stop freaking out! I actually found them on yelp, and they weren't too far from my house-so I begged for help, and they were more than accommodating. They came out to assess the problem the same day, and I immediately said YES! The very next day, an army of rat warriors came to my house and went to work. After 9 hours and no breaks that I saw, they let me know they found 8 nests, 7 babies and 1 very angry momma rat. They wrapped up for the day and then the woman from the office called for schedule the next appointment. They came back 4 days later and caught the very last rat (he was stubborn). After that, they checked everything one more time and then came back with a smaller army of guys to put the insualtipn back in. I could not be happier with the service and responsiveness of this company! They were just great, everyone was very nice and was always on time. I hope I never have to talk to them for this kind of problem, but they were a joy to work with.

came out for a free inspection, frst thing i liked. Then they checked the whole house, saw droppings and an old dead rat, which was gross! Then told me what needed to be done. We then executed the plan and it all went great. Once the project was complete, they even gave me a lifetime guarantee. As someone who plans on staying in my house for the next 30 years, this really was an amazing investment.

They Came on time, worked hard, got rid of the mice. They found places I had no idea these things could get into. Everyrhing went very well and everyone here at the mision is beyond happy

This was a pleasant and enjoyable experience from beginning to end, Sans rats. The staff was very friendly but more importantly informative, and thorough. They know what they're doing and it shows. Sure they are little more expensive but after seeing the work they do, I understand why. It was just a great choice to go with rodent stop, no regrets and no more rats.

They were very nice and prompt. The first inspector who came by was a very nice gentleman who told me how everything would go and what had to happen, he showed me pictures and was very informative. Then i scheduled with the girl in the office who was also very nice. After that, about 15 people over a period of 3 days came to my house to get everything cleaned and sanitized and closed. They worked long and hard and like everyone else were also very nice. They came to check on the work every few days and when there were no more rats, said i could put the insulation back in. So we did that and another few people came by and installed it. It was a nice experience and everything went very smooth.

Wonderful experience - they came with a solid team and worked as long as they needed to get the job done efficiently and effectively. Super transparent, professional and treated us like A++ clients. Great communication and follow-up. Definitely a very good experience from start to finish. Definitely recommend.

I ended up getting a life time warranty package. I have to see how often I need to call them out. I don't have anyway of judging because they told me it was a life time guarantee and I am hoping that I won't have to keep using them. The price is rather high but I don't know that any other service offers that. They are very responsive that when I called them out when I started having some more activity, they did come out. I don't actually know what they do but I do know that they do come out. I would use them again in future but I am hoping that I don't have to.

So far so good. They got rid of the mice. To get an A rating, they could have cleaned up a little bit after the job was done and explained better where their work was going to show after they were finished. They explained what they were going to do but didn't explain how it was going to look when they were done. They were going to block the areas where mice could get in but it didn't look so great when they were finished.

These people are a fraud and con artists. I paid $109.00 for an inspection and rodent removal. I had seen rats in my garage. When Joey came to do the inspection the real price was minimum $2,500. This would include spraying under the house, the attic inside the house and the garage and setting traps. I said I did not have rats in the attic. I have small dogs who will kill rodents. I said they would alert me there were rats in the house. Joey set up a ladder and opened my attic access and stood in the opening and took pictures of my attic. He showed me pictures of the insulation, some of which was old and disintigrating. He also showed me a large area which was bare of insulation, but covered in rat droppings. I told him I would have to think about this as the price was much more than I could afford. He pressured me to buy the service, again showing me the picture of rat droppings in my attic. Over the weekend I decided to check out the attic, which I am sure he did not believe I would do, as I an an elderly woman. Long story short, there were no rat droppings in my attic. The picture he showed my wasn't even my attic. Some of the pictures of the insulation were my attic, but the area with droppings was not. I don't even have an area like the one he showed me and I went further into the attic than he did. It was a scare tactic, which probably works with most people. Who wants to go into a space where there might be rats? Probably not a little old lady. He happened to be wrong this time. I was shocked and furious. I would never use these people. I will say that right after the visit the Rodent Stop office called me and offered to refund the $109 since I had seemed unhappy about the appointment. That was before I discovered the fraud. Since that time I put a couple of traps in my garage and caught one rat and my dogs killed another one. I don't see any evidence of rats in the garage now.

Went very well. They missed some access points on the first go-round, but were incredibly prompt and responsive when I called and asked them to return. They send a technician within 24-48 hours of my calling them. I live in the hills near the freeway, so there are lots of rats running around. I had a historic problem with rats that Orkin couldn't fix over years of service. Rodent Stop has provided a much better solution, and I haven't heard a rat in a couple of months.

FRAUD ALERT - in my experience, these guys are the used car salesmen of the Rodent business. I paid for the Angie's list $100 special for them to come and set traps and evaluate the situation for my tenant. She had seen a rat OUTSIDE but I agreed to do so just to give them ease of mind plus they said the neighbor had recently addressed a similar situation. I unfortunately made the decision to call Rodent Stop. After arriving to the property and a brief inspection, Joey called and told me by phone i ?had to? take care of rat manifestation issue before it becomes uncontrollable?He also convinced my tenant, that rats had taken over the house and we MUST take care of this issue TODAY. He kept going on and on until I told him to stop and communicate what facts were. He said there was a nest, rat poop, and urine on the insolation. My home does?t have any insolation, it?s a 1940?s LA rambler. So I asked him if he set up some traps as the Angies package detailed, he had not but he said he would. That evening I received a call from a pushy salesperson at Rodent stop pushing for a $2500 rodent package, despite not having any real evidence of a rat issue. She finally agreed that there was no harm in waiting to see if we caught an actual rat by their traps. A week later, I came to the home before Rodent stop. I checked the traps and confirmed there were zero rats trapped in the attic or crawl space. Another rep from Rodent stop came by to grab the traps and he stated there was absolutely no evidence of any rat activity. Zero. Apparently he and the original sales reps weren?t on the same page and all the evidence was magically gone. I?ll let you decide for yourself what to make of all this! They clearly used scare tactics to muscle me into buying one of there extermination packages, which by the way was 2000 more than the other top rated competitors on Angies List. The irony here, is THESE GUYS ARE THE RODENTS.

They showed up quick, gave me estimate and got the work done quickly.

No problem making the appointment and the inspector showed up when scheduled. He said he would do an inspection: attic, under the house and around the house. Came back three minutes later (?!) and said we had rats, which we already knew. Then he went into a well-rehearsed spiel about how once you get rats, they mark their territory and will keep returning, which is why you need to have them do a complete overhaul of your house for thousands of dollars. We weren't really interested in that, so they weren't really interested in trapping our rats. He placed exactly four traps (to trap effectively, many traps should be set), WITHOUT BAIT, which caught nothing for the first week, while we still heard movement in the attic. We took the traps and baited them ourselves and caught a couple, and haven't heard anything in the attic since. That's not a guarantee that the problem is gone, but its more than Rodents Stop did for $109. We also have not heard anything from Rodents Stop since their initial visit. The inspector said to give them a call if we heard or smelled anything, but their lack of follow-up indicates they didn't expect to hear from us, after all, they didn't bait the traps. I can't help but think they had no interest in small jobs, but rather just came in to sell their $thousands package. Read the other reviews and you will see the pattern. That's bait and switch in my book, a waste of $109, and I just thought you should know. Look at the reviews. The people who shelled out the big dollars do seem to be happy with the result. But if you just want rats trapped, look for another company.

I wish most business owners would take pride in their work the way Rodent Stop does. They know what they are doing and they do it well. They say they specialize in rodents - guess what? they actually do! I went through 3 useless exterminators before I got on Angie's list and found these guys. From the moment my first call was answered on a Saturday (by Heather - so patient and great at explaining the process) to the time the last technician left our house we experienced nothing but professionalism. They understood the urgency of the matter (as you can imagine my tenants were not happy) and accommodated us every step of the way. Rodent Stop is worth every cent as they guarantee their work and the guarantee is transferable. Unlike the others who charge you a few hundred bucks here and there to set useless traps and shrug their shoulders when you ask for a real solution, Rodent Stop gets in there and inspects every nook and cranny of your home (attic, under the house...), evicts the intruders, disinfects the premises and makes sure that all possible openings and holes allowing these critters into your home is properly blocked. Then they followup a week later to make sure all is in order. I cannot believe the amount of stress and time these guys saved me. Stop wasting your time - you'll get quick and efficient results here.

No doubt they lived up to their promise. David one of the owners was present one day and said they aim to please each customer. They did that with me! The office person, Heather, was excellent. She made sure every things was done properly and was punctual and professional at every turn of the process. The workers were polite and performed as a team. One of the managers, Ray, was here was well to over see and help. My door bell got disconnected and they came right back and fixed it. Ray said he was happy to work for a company that honored the customer as well as their workers. The price was a little higher than the others, but here's why. One company had a one year guarantee. The second company had a five year guarantee. RODENTS STOP not onlly offered a life time guarantee - but it is transferable. The small amount extra that I paid was well worth the service I received. Also the life time warranty gives peace of mind now and will help when we sell the house later! I asked a lot questions and always felt as if they wanted me to understand fully and be happy. Their effort shows in the review you are now reading. I've done a lot of work on my house and believe me - it is a nightmare out there with a lot of other companies doing whatever you need to be done. Talk is cheap. RODENTS STOP more than delivered for me and I would recommend them as I just did.

This is my perfect reasons why I chose Rodent STOP over the competition. My need to schedule an urgent pest control inspection was met promptly. What followed was impeccable rodent clean up and superior repairs to my full satisfaction and above all expectations. The crew was most professional and effective. The results were fantastic. The office lady personal by the name Heather, was utterly courteous, super informative and most helpful; what a pleasure. These days its lucky to find such great service. It turned to be most smart decision I made. I am one happy costumer and my home is rodent free!!! THANK YOU RODENT STOP.
