It was excellent, I am very pleased. I already recommend them to several people, the only problem is they were very very expensive.

They checked under my building and concluded that the lone rat came in through my garage door which I accidentally left open one night and that there were no others in the building so didn't charge me for the inspection. Would definitely use again.

I called Rodents Stop in tears after a bad experience with a con artist who basically ghosted on me after doing the minimum amount of work (and cashing my checks). Not only were they very kind to me, but they assured me that they would take care of the problem and be there for me. They came out right away to inspect, then a small team of guys did an amazing job securing and cleaning my attic and crawlspace. They were prompt, professional, thorough, and respectful. I had a couple of follow up appointments (they called me to schedule, very helpful) which were always quick but thorough. A few weeks later, after we had our roof replaced, they came back out to check that no new entry points were introduced. As promised, we have all but forgotten about the problem that was keeping us up at night. We were having a problem of rats in our garage. Our house is in a canyon and rat infestation is a problem. We found Rodent Stop and their service sounded unique as they guarantee their work and will come back out if ever there is a new sighting. The work was done in February 2018. I did not intend to wait so long before reviewing, however, the length of time that has gone by since the initial service without having any evidence of re-infestation shows how effective their methods are. The house was built on a hillside, is old and has numerous entryways into the garage, including a partial wall of lattice board. Rodent Stop installed metal mesh screening behind the lattice and in all entryways around the house. They used other materials as warranted. I am thrilled with the work they had done. Their guarantee has given me piece of mind in knowing that if we ever do have a problem again, I can call them and they will come out and service as needed.

Very punctual and professional. The actual service is where the grading goes downhill. Some of this could be my fault for not completely understanding what he meant. When he said that he was going to pull up the carpet and drill every so many feet to apply the poison and that it might not go back down perfectly, I thought that he meant that he was going to at least try. As I walked around the house after he left I found that the carpet was not tucked back in anywhere, it was just laid back down. With a little effort I was able to go throughout the house and tuck it back in over the carpet tack strips. I had assumed that he would have at least given it an effort. The next thing were rips in the carpet where he had pulled it up. I had several throughout the house. These were about 2 feet in length. He charged $3,000 for the work which seems high.

Rodents Stop was the third rodent control company I have used. The other two were unsuccessful in solving my rodent problem which went on intermittently for years. I waited 8 months before writing this review to be sure that the problem was solved. I am happy to say not a single rat since the work was performed. The crew was hard working, thorough, made sure the house was completely protected for the insulation removal and always on time for the follow visits. Once the project manager was convinced all the points of entry were sealed, about 8 weeks, the new insulation was installed. Although it was expensive, it was money well spent. I wish I had called them years ago.

Rodent Stop was and is very professional, keeps appointments, has done a thorough job of removing all signs of the infestation and preventing further rodent entry. We'd been having an ongoing problem with mice and rats in our large, recently renovated home. The house is old and full of small open areas where rodents can get in - we live in the canyons, so the hillsides are full of critters who will always looks for a warm, safe place to breed, etc. When I realized the problem was too big to handle by calling the regular exterminator (they would set traps and never come back to check on them, rarely caught anything and never did anything about the overall problem.) I decided to get serious and called in three different rodent control services -my third estimate came from Joey, from Rodent Stop, he was clearly the most knowledgeable about the problem, went up into the attic and crawl spaces and brought back pictures of the nests and droppings that were in the walls and above the ceilings - it was disgusting to see, but we felt he understood the way to deal with it. He gave us a price for the entire house to be cleaned out, all droppings, etc removed, air vents cleared - and all of the insulation was infested and needed to be replaced. It was the highest estimate we received, but they clearly were going to fix the problem or never stop trying. The project has lasted several months and at this point, they've pretty much cleared out all of the vermin. As we got into the job, they discovered many entry areas that were covered by foliage or under the house and it took them a while to find everything. That said, they have been coming promptly and consistently each time we call with a sighting or a smell, I know they will stick with us until there are no longer any rats to catch. I've seen other reviews mention one of the crew leaders, Israel, and he truly is excellent to work with and never gives up. Israel knows every trick and he is neat and efficient, always comes during the appointed time and has always done everything that Joey promised they would do before we hired them. Also big kudos to Heather, who is in the office scheduling the work crews. She has been incredibly friendly, organized, and conscientious and goes out of her way to set up the appts. for a crew to come out in a timely manner. It was a big investment for us to get this problem taken care of - but it was definitely worthwhile. Our attic looks clean and perfect, it has new insulation and we can leave food/fruit on the counter without fear that a smelly little visitor will come out at night and steal it. Rodent Stop is an excellent company and they provide a quality experience and service -- they do a great job for a fair price and we highly recommend them.

I called them and Joey came out to give me an estimate a day later. When he walked in to my home he said he could smell rodents. I was skeptical but he really knew his trade. After he calculated the square footage of the main floor, basement and attic he provided me a quote. The quote included a team to seal any entry point going into my home as well as follow-up visits. The service also includes a lifetime warranty…even if I sell my home. I also decided to have them insulate the attic since I did not have any to begin with. The team came at 7am and spent the day removing nests, disinfecting the attic and basement and blocking holes with screening, wood and wallboard. Took the entire day. These guys worked hard. After they were done they lay traps to catch any remaining rodents inside and told me it might be noisy for a few days. Wow they were not kidding. The traps went off all night. They came the next day to clean them and re-set them. After that they came once per week to check the traps in the basement, attic and main floor to make sure no rodents were found. Clean traps meant they found and blocked all the entry points into the structure. After 4 weeks of clean traps they came and installed the insulation. Really happy with Rodents Stop. Good communicators. They mostly used email and text to set appointments and let me know when a workers was going to show. The workers always called 30 minutes before they arrived. Total cost for my 1,656 square-foot home was $5,600 which included $1,800 for insulation. Nights are much quieter now.

They were great. They have a lifetime guarantee. Since they have a lifetime warranty, I would use them again if I need to.

Not sure the ad advertises for Members special pricing of $150 however after consideration and inquiry it appears that is the regular cost. Messaged them and requested any other deals. The members bid deals should be special pricing from the company and not a p;lace to just drum up traffic for sales. We feel a little mis lead with this. Hope the offer they are giving us is a good one

They did a great job. We called on another highly rated service initially. Small and family owned. But they couldn't find out how the rats were getting in, and simply left a few traps each time they came out (for $49 per visit). The rats quickly learned to avoid the traps. After a couple of months, they wanted to sell us a monthly service. As I was fed up, I did more research and called Rodents Stop. They did a fantastic job. Sealed all the openings, caught all the rats, thoroughly cleaned and disinfected the attic and replaced all the insulation. I was initially a bit put-off by the price, but I can now see how much work and labor (and expertise) was involved so I think the pricing is fair, especially with the lifetime guarantee. I have learned a rat infestation is a much harder problem to solve than I thought. Highly recommend Rodents Stop, and would definitely avoid any company offering an on-going service.

WOW. We have had a rat problem off and on in our house since we purchased it 18 years ago. We have ongoing service with Terminix pests and rodents. Terminix always sets traps and then comes back to take the rats away when they're caught. A couple of times they have sent their rat abatement guys out who have kind of plugged up a hole or two in the roof or under the house but the problem has still persisted. UNTIL NOW. We found Rodents Stop via a google search after our garage suddenly became the new home for these rats. Until recently, they had mostly stayed out of the garage, but now the situation had became completely unacceptable. They were now very active in our garage, getting into our shelves of stored foods, leaving droppings all over, etc. UG. I cannot recommend Rodents Stop any higher. everything went great, a whole crew of guys showed up on game day and cleared out all of the insulation, removed the rats and did a major clean up. they worked extremely hard and over the past few months it has really shown-rat free and extremely happy!

I was very happy with this provider. We had a problem at a bank and needed a quick and quiet service. They came in and got the job done very fast, and very efficiently. They were able to work around our business hours and got everything done, now its been more than a month and the problem hasn't returned.

Very pleasant experience. From the time my son scheduled the appt, to the completion of the work. It was not cheap however after seeing what was done, I understand why. they were so thorough and had amazing follow up. then about a month ago, I thought I had heard noises, so I called and they came right back out, for free, it was really amazing.

Rodents Stop was a life saver, I had terminix for my outdoor pest control, so when I got rats in the house, naturally I thought to use them. MISTAKE! they sent a sales man to offer me a bunch of stuff that I couldn't really understand and said they'll email me a quote, which when emailed was even more difficult to understand and was just an exacerbating amount of money. I went to get another opinion and came across this company on yelp. That was the best thing that could happen. The person came to take a look at my house and said we don't need to replace the insulation (not what terminix said) but then actually showed me pictures and explained only some parts need to be taken away. I wont fib, it wasn't cheap either but still not as much as terminix, so I was a little hesitant, but they offered me financing and now its been a few weeks and the problem is solved and I'm not completely broke! I am really happy with their service all the way around. From the office staff who schedule, to the owner (yes the owner) who comes out for the estimate, all the way down to the crew, whom are SO hardworking! These people saved me from one of the grossest things that ever happened to me: a rat ON MY PILLOW!! My cat caught it in the night and brought it to me and my husband. At 2 a.m. I found myself screaming and jumping out of bed. I didn't sleep in my bed for 4 days, while I frantically searched around for a company to help. Here's the story: We realized we had rats in our attic. Our attic only houses the ac unit, etc, and you have to basically walk hunched over up in it. It's about 700 square feet of space that is full of insulation, ducts, a/c and furnace, etc. The contractor who helped redo our house a year ago never mentioned how old the insulation was, nor that there were some gaps to the outside. I loved our contractor, but it's just one of the things that they didn't bring up while renovating, even though they did duct and electrical work up there. So when we realized we had some access from the outside in, our handyman came and patched up the holes on the exterior of the house. He told us to set traps because now they will be stuck in the attic, unable to get out. Of course my husband was in charge of all this, and it was on a Friday and he forgot to go get traps to set. So apparently a rat got trapped up there and found a small opening in a part of our house where it could get in. Luckily we had the great Wayne Sanchez cat waiting for his first "live catch" in 10 years. He obviously went to town and brought us his "gift." Good boy, but...um, GROSS. So then we were left with a decision: we could get traps and start dealing with all this with our handyman to seal up the holes and the local exterminator guy who sprays for bugs, etc, or we could decide to do it right. My husband went up and said there were rat droppings all over the place, which means the insulation was probably urine-soaked over years of time as well. Our house is from 1939 and who knows if the insulation was ever replaced. We have two kids under 5 and the thought of them breathing the infested air, (and the fact I had a rat in my bed) was all too much. We have a 3-level house and they had to balance on our deck railing and perch on our slanted roof to seal the hole place up with wire mesh. There was one spot that they didn't get to and as it turns out it was another spot with an opening for the rats. So after setting traps and over the course of a week or two, checking them, and then us noticing there were still droppings outside the house near this one area, they came back with a 40-foot ladder and sealed up that spot as well. We are living in the equivalent of Ft.Knox now and I'm sleeping soundly in my bed, with a lifetime guarantee that if I ever see a rat again, they will be here in a minute to fix it. The only place where you may have to initiate some customer service on your own is when they come check the traps. I was never clear when they would come back and see when/if the traps tripped. So I found that a little confusing. I think they should have a system where they book a time with you to come back and check say, 2 times a week the first week, then 1 time a week the second, etc. and give you an exact window as to when they will be there. I had to call them and ask them to come out and check on one occasion. But when I did call, they were immediately responsive. So that's my story and I would highly recommend Rodent Stop to anyone!

I'm still in shock as to how awesome these guys are. We had a CRAZY rat problem...like..hearing them running around in the house at night! Our attic turned out to be one big literal "rat's nest". Ugh. Rodents Stop came right out with their crew like a glorious army of pied pipers!
