When I called in for a price quote I was given a range. i understand that no one can give you an exact price without seeing what needs to be done. However, when the service men arrived I was told that my the price for the cleaning would be based on the size of the furniture and not the condition. Originally gave be an estimate that exceeded the range that I was given over the phone. So although my furniture wasn't in bad condition at all, because the couches were longer than they expected I needed to pay more than the high end of the quote. In addition, the service man wrote the quote up for 4 bar stools instead of 3. After I pointed out that the estimate exceeded the quote, he reduced the prices but still left the quantity of bar stools at 4 instead of three. So before I paid for job I reviewed the invoice and had him reduce the invoice to reflect three bar stools instead of 4. My furniture looks great. i just hate having to semi haggle over the price.

They were very good, showed up on time and professional. I'm going to use them again to have my sofa cleaned.

Their prices were reasonable. The experience was good, and I was pleased.

They sub contract with carpet cleaners in the area. The person they sent to our house was a bit impatient thinking I was not going to pay them because they finished a 1/2 hour early and I was on my way home. But I was satisified with the work they did and they did apologize.

They gave a decent estimate. They were good to work with, did very quality work and I will definately use them again.

They were very courteous and we would have been happy with them. They returned our phone calls on time. Our insurance company ended up not going through them, but we would certainly consider using them in the future.

Very good. Inital conversation was great, follow up was good when it was time to confirm app. details. They cleaned the rugs very well, and returned them when they said they would.

They did a good job. Whomever I talked to on the phone gave me a quote. I understand that it's usually a little more, but the person who came tried to charge me much more than quoted. I called them and told them about it and they did it for the original price. They were on time.

They did a great job. The off-white carpet was extremely soiled and I am amazed how good it looks now. I am highly impressed.

I had had the work done with another company about six months ago and was not pleased with the results. I was thinking about how I could replace the carpet but decided to try cleaning one more time. Regency did a far better job - I was delighted with the way the carpet looked. It was heavily stained but looked very good when they had finished.

I am not pleased and will not use this company again.

I spoke with Jeff who was very thorough and very friendly. Two men arrived within the time window. The lead person measured the areas to be cleaned and gave me an estimate. I agreed to the price and asked for a quote to clean my sofa. I agreed to the sofa as well. The carpet was very dirty and hadn't been cleaned in about 2 years. I just had my bathroom remodeled so the carpet was extra dusty. They did a very good job of cleaning the carpet and sofa. After they left I saw a few spots and called Jeff. He immediately sent out his problem solver to clean the spots. He did a great job of getting rid of the spots. My carpet had loosened from the cleaning in a few areas and was also loose from a previous cleaning. The said they couldn't stretch it back into place because of the room design. That is probably true. The carpet is about 8 years old and may not have been installed as tightly as it should have been. After the problem solver finished, they called to check to make sure I was satisfied. The owners impressed me with their concern that I was completely satisfied. I would use them again.

They were on time, professional, worked hard, and were able to clean my 7 year old beige carpet very well. The hole is patched so perfectly I cannot tell where the problem was. They pulled up the carpet and replaced the pad in the urine damaged area. When presented with the estimate of $1534.00 I called Jeff (one of the owners) to discuss it. He indicated that the 15% discount for being referred by Angie's List was not yet included. I also declined the $300 for deodorization, as I was paying $300 for the protector and, in all honesty, thought that was a little expensive. Jeff suggested that I deodorize the room where the cat had been urinating and charged $45 (less the discount) for that area. The two workers did a great job - moved furniture, put little plastic or Styrofoam pads under furniture and worked for nearly 5 hours on my job. So...I have some issue with the price (and fault myself for not getting other estimates) but feel they did a thorough job.

They were prompt in picking up the carpet and careful moving my dining room table. They said it would take approximately two weeks. I asked if they could expedite it as I had out of town guests. They said they would if they could. They were unable to clean early, and said it would be delivered when promised, despite that it took another week (for a total of three) to get the rug back. The rug looked good, though a cat smell lingered, and the rug was a little stiff to the touch.

The rugs were delivered on the day they were due. He asked what was the earliest he could come and I said 8am and planned accordingly. They didn't arrive until 9am. But other than that every thing went well. As far as the price I probably could have searched and found someone cheaper but I felt that I was in good hands with them .They seemed to have a lot of experience.

Even though my appointment was set for approximately 8am - 8:30am, Rene, (and his assistant, Juan?) was very courteous to call me before 8am to let me know that they were stuck in our notorious Los Angeles traffic (morning rush hour) and will be there shortly. (In my many years of working with different contractors/vendors, I have never had anyone show me respect for my time and call me to let m know that they were running a little late! I really, really appreciate this and THIS is customer service!!) They arrived within the time period they gave me. They were very professional, approachable, and friendly. Rene was thorough in explaining what they can do and what they might not be able to do. In other words, he didn't give me any false hope. You see, in one of my bedrooms, my then 2-year-old daughter spilled every kind of juice and beverage onto our brand-new, ivory carpet. It was stained so badly that even after I tried to spot-clean the stains, they just reappeared to a point of my giving up and accepting that that particular room will be my spotted/polka-dotted room! ;) It was truly bad to look at, and all those stains have been there for about 3 years!! On top of that, my now 1-year-old son had added his own designs to our once beautiful ivory carpet. By the time I returned from dropping my daughter at her preschool (I was gone about 30-40 minutes), they were about 85% done. When Rene and Juan told me to go upstairs and inspect their work, I was FLOORED! The once ugly, grossly stained ivory carpet was CLEAN as the day I installed it. In fact, they were able to get EVERY SINGLE STAIN/dark SPOT out!!! I was truly amazed and so was my nanny who was watching my son that day! Just in case I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me, I got pretty close to the carpet to inspect it and yes, all the stains were gone! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! They even got all the dark and ugly stains near the garage door where my kids tracked in all kinds of dirt, mud, etc. from outside. The only regret is not calling them sooner to get my carpet cleaned! If they can get out 3-year-old set-in stains, they can get out(almost)anything!! Rene and Juan were very efficient in their work, very professional in the way they handled the project, and even respected my request for them to not wear outside shoes inside my house (we don't wear shoes inside). On top of that, they were friendly and showed me that they cared about what I had to say and what my concerns were. I wouldn't hesitate a second to re-hire them to clean my carpet! In fact, I'll hire them again in Oct 2008 to clean the rest of my house, and I already raved about their services to my mother-in-law whose carpet really needs cleaning. Lastly, Jim, you were so friendly and professional in the way you took my call. Thank you for your service and accommodating my schedules. You hired one terrific team to represent your company! Regent returned the call quickly and came to my home the next day setting up fans and equipment to get rid of the water. They checked back after 24 hours to find that the dampness was even worse than the day before and they alerted me that there must be a water pipe in the wall still leaking. Sure enough, when the plumber came the next day, he found the broken pipe and Regent's machines removed the excess water. They also put holes in the walls to dry them out and prevent mold. I strongly recommend them.

I contacted my insurance company and they sent out a franchised restoration company to give an estimate. I felt their estimate was extremely high and the time frame to complete the work was longer than I hoped. I had previously used Regent through Angies List for carpet cleaning and they did an excellent job. I knew they also have 24 hour water damage service, so I called them and the owner came out and gave a very fair estimate which was much less than the first one. Everything was dried, cleaned and put back together within a week. Thanks Angie! These guys are the real deal. Highly recommended.

They were on time, the price was great and the carpets were cleaned perfectly. They were very careful not to scratch the freshly painted walls in our unit. Very professional operation that lived up to the reputation they were given by other members.

When I called I was told that they charge $.40 per square foot and stairs are $2 each. Reassured me since carpet cleaners have a rep of bait and switch. We made an appointment and was given a 2 hour window. The carpet cleaners came within 1/2 hour of the earliest scheduled time. He measured the area and gave me a price, including the 15% discount with Angie's List, and talked about Scotch Guard. Asked him to give a price with and without Scotch Guard and ultimately decided to go with the extra protection. They also cleaned a chair cushion at no additional charge. All in all, I was pleased with their professional manner and would certainly use them in the future.

The men arrived at my home a little bit later than the estimated time. When they arrived they were pleasant and efficient. They worked very hard on my very dirty rugs. I thought the cost was VERY reasonable. 2 bedrooms, 1 hallway and a set of stairs came to under $150. They removed 2 area rugs for cleaning at the warehouse. The rugs were returned exactly when promised and in beautiful condition. The cost for the 2 rugs was about $235. One rug was rectangular and the other round. The cost was not calculated before the rugs were returned. The man who returned the rugs had trouble figuring out the area and cost of the circle rug. There was a little confusion on the price. Once I figured out what the price should be, I called and the owners charged my credit card correctly. I am very happy with my area rugs-- they are like new and I think Regent's prices are reasonable, but it is expensive to clean area rugs. I am planning on using Regent at least once a year to clean my carpets! I am happy to have found an honest and reasonably priced company.

Very professional, on time, great service. I will be hiring this company at least once a year to come back and clean our bedroom rug. It was pretty ripe from two years of my old dog laying around on but they made it look and smell like new. We were ready to throw out the area rug they cleaned - we'll be keeping it at least a few more years now. Well worth the service fee!
