Extremely disappointed in Jim & Jeff! Being a valued customer and friend for over 35 years, I called Regent Carpet Care and was told by Jim to call back in a week because they were very busy. I called back twice, leaving voicemails and no return calls. A third attempt and I finally reached Jim at which time he told me that REGENT CARPET CARE NO LONGER CLEANS CARPETS as that area of their company is on the back burner. I just wish that Jim was more honest from the start. This was all over a two weeks period. Where was the customer service? I guess this is the sign of the times. Just an FYI, per Jim from Regent Carpet Care, they no longer clean carpets.

They did well. One person came out and it took about 3.5 hours. The area was very clean, he did a very good job. Carpets looked great, they looked horrible before.

These are honest, hard-working guys! And they're experts. They warned us that certain stains might not come out, but they were able to remove the stains almost entirely without damaging or fading the areas around them. We will ask them to do all of our rug cleaning in the future.

They were very good. They were on time, very thorough, easy to work with and clean.

I had actually called another company the night of the flood, ESR, and without going into detail, I wish I had Googled them first. I will be leaving a review for them once I am free and clear of them and they have been paid by my insurance. Regent did everything that ESR SHOULD have done but didn't, with twice the technicians, at almost half the cost. I am just glad I found out about ESR before I used their "contractor" and got in deeper with them. Regent is licensed in California, ESR is not. Sadly, when it's 9:00 at night and you have a flooded bathroom and hallway, you don't stop to look someone up on the computer. ESR was recommended by the plumber I called, Lloyd's. I found out later that they get a kickback from ESR. Unfortunately, ESR stays in business because people call them during emergencies and don't have the time to check them out first. I'll certainly tell everyone I know to avoid ESR like the plague and call Regent if the have a water emergency.

We use their service all of the time. They are great to work with and they are very responsive. If we call them we can usually get them the next day. They do a really nice job and we are happy with the product that they use.

The service provided was very good. I think they're a little high than others.

Seemed to be a good job. Carpet was just 2 years old without much wear but had cleaned to maintain waranty. Carpet did look much fresher after the cleaning.

Overall it went very well. The arrived when they said they would and cleaned the carpet better than expected. They pulled off getting there the same day and I was very pleased with their service.

They gave an estimate, did a great job, and then came in slightly under the top end of the estimate. Very pleasant guys doing the work.

This is the second time Regent performed carpet cleaning and they did a good job. I also hired them to clean the grout on the tile floors for four rooms. I did not see a difference after they left with the tile cleaning. I had to tell the workers to move a small cabinet to clean the tile under it. They used a machine which did not seem to get into the grout areas. I will continue to have them clean carpets but never again will I use them for tile/grout cleaning. I felt I paid too much for a less than satisfactory job on the grout.

They did arrive on time, but immediately attempted the "bait and switch" on me, claiming they thought it was only one room instead of a one-bedroom apartment. Believe me there was no mistake about this, as I made sure the owner knew it was a one-bedroom apartment when I first called. I've been through this with other companies before, and I know the game when I see it. The carpet they did clean turned out well, but they did not move one of the end tables, the coffee table, or the sofa in the living room even though I had cleared everything off the tables so they could be easily moved, and had even pulled the sofa out from the wall (when they were done the sofa was right were I had left it). They did move and clean the carpet under one of the end tables (because I was standing there watching them when they got to that one). I even had to ask for styrafoam blocks to put under my wood furniture....first time I've ever had to ask in 25 years of having carpets cleaned.

The Regent guys are fantastic. The employees are always punctual, polite, and do a great job cleaning the carpeting in my house. I've used them many times over the past several years and will continue to do so.

The cleaning van came on time and were done within an hour.

It went very well. They came out, arriving on time. They measured the house areas I wanted cleaned and gave me an estimate based on sq footage and number of stairs. Then they set to work. We went to the gym, out to lunch and came home to clean carpets in a locked up house.

From estimate to payment - all went well.

They are fine. We like them. They are responsive, and they do a good job. They are reliable.

The work was fine, but it didn't solve the problem. They did the best that they could do and I had no problem with what they did. They did a fine job with what they did; it just got to the point where it was obvious the carpet needed to be changed.

This is a GREAT company. They worked quickly and efficiently and the carpet dried in a reasonable 4-5 hours. This is steam cleaning so it does take time. However, this is much better than my past experiences. I had some issues with the wool throw carpets and Regent came back and got them and tried again. NO arugment; NO fussing. I would highly recommend them.

The price depends on what I have them do.
