Overall, the experience was good. They came out within a day after I called them. They were excellent, did a good job, and arrived on time. The technicians completed the work quickly and efficiently. We only had one small room to clean, and he said he usually doesn't come out to complete work that's less than $120, but since he had time, he came out and did it. I'm happy with their services.

Very conscientious company. Jim was accommodating on the phone. They scheduled to my convenience and arrived promptly, even calling me ahead of time so I could meet them (my mom's place). The actual workers were very polite and hardworking. Renee in particular did the little extras, like moving furniture back into place at the end of the job. Excellent company. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

As other Angie's List reports will verify, these guys did everything right. We needed to clean very light colored carpet in a family room, and there was a bad rust stain in one corner where a metal filing cabinet had been sitting. Apparently, the carpet had gotten damp in that spot. Regent did a beautiful job with the carpet cleaning, using only hot water and they completely removed the rust stain using a special cleaning solution just in that one spot.

They took less than an hour to complete the services. They came exactly when they said that they would. They charged $120 however when I asked for a discount, they actually gave me $20 off the services completed. They provided excellent service when cleaning my carpets. They gave me all the services that I had asked for. They left the carpets very very clean. I am very happy with their services. I will use them again in the future. I have never had a better experience with any other carpet cleaning company. The owner sent out two men and a van to clean the carpets.

The workers were on time, and the equipment and truck seemed to work well. The price was competitive and they worked quickly. In previous cleanings my carpet had many spots that reappeared in a few weeks. This time that didn't happen, so I am very pleased with the appearance.

Great. They come in move furniture out of the way and everything is put back when they are finished. My carpet and upholstery look like new every time they clean. I would never want to use anyone else.

Phone was answered right away and the service call was arranged at the time of my choosing. The pricing was straightforward - .40 a square foot. No surprises or hidden fees. So often I've had carpet cleaners offer a cheap price only to be "upsold" on unnecessary services. What I really want is clean carpets and no hassle. Rene arrived early and along with his helper stain-treated and cleaned two rooms - including a living room/dining room combo that was a heavy traffic area and showed the war wounds of our almost 4-year-old. Carpets looked great after. My only regret is our new home has hardwood throughout, so we won't have the opportunity to use them again. Highly recommend.

They did a good job on the rug, but they lost the rug. I dropped it with them and they told me when it would be ready. I drove back to get it and they couldn’t find it. It took at least another week for them to find the rug. I thought that their price was good.

I can highly recommend Regent Carpet Care if you have water mitigation needs. Regent came out to dry out our place within 4 hours and worked hard to save our kitchen cabinets. Jeff and Jim are very conscientious and honest in their work. They were upfront about costs and were kind enough to split their bill into four portions for different insurance companies. Their staff was knowledgeable, considerate, and cleaned up after themselves. Our next door neighbor was so impressed with Regent after their first day that he decided to hire them to clean up his unit also. I hope that I never need a water mitigation company in the future, but should such an emergency occur, I would definitely call Regent again.

I live in a 2 BD apartment. I was told they had to charge a minimum of $155 regardless of how fast they got it done. Visiually the carpet looked good. The smell I was trying to get rid of did not go away. They took 4 area rugs from me to be cleaned. I had to call several times to find out where my rugs are. I left messages....spoke to someone named Jim a couple of times who said...call you back in an hour...call you back when i get to the shop...call you tomorrow...describe your rugs...when where we there? 3 weeks later I am still trying to find my rugs!!!

excellent experience. returned my call the same day and set up appointment immediately. also gave me all the prices by email so when the tech. came and quoted me another price i showed him the estimate and he complied. very attentive and efficient service

Blue ballpoint ink had leaked onto my grandmother's vintage couch cushion, and I called Regent to ask them about cleaning it. They said they would send someone between 2-4, but when they didn't arrive on time due to traffic apologized and told me that if I could bring the cushion to their shop (about 15 min away) they wouldn't charge me if they couldn't get the stain out. I dropped the cushion off on a Friday and picked it up the following Tuesday. They ended up getting out all the ink, and only charged me $25 for their time. Much different than the $120 I was expecting to pay. Very friendly guys, would definitely use them again.

I have used Regent for about 18 years. During those years once or twice I tried a different compnay. Regent is absoultely the best and most professional company. I have recommended them to my friends and they are always very pleased.

Gave estimate, explained everything he was going to do. Did the work. Did a good job. I just found him to be a bit annoying.

They did an outstanding job and they were very professional. They moved what furniture could be moved but they don’t move heavy furniture at all. They did a great job getting that carpet clean and they were very thorough. My house is much smaller than my mother’s so I have trouble comparing the price but it seemed high to me.

They were great. They showed up on time. They were very professional. They did the best carpet cleaning job we have had so far in 9 years that we lived in this house. They charged $800 for all the carpeting downstairs and including 3 sofas, so it was a lot of upholstery work. They were here from like 8:30 in the morning to about 2:30, so two guys were here for a good 5 or 6 hours. Their price was a little bit on the high side, but it was worth it. I think I will call them in a couple of weeks for a different job.

I left a message requesting an appointment for carpet cleaning. Someone got back to me right away and we set up a date. The workers showed up on schedule. They were able to remove some stuborn stains. Our carpets looked great. I will definitely use them again.

These guys understood the problem immediately. The owners scheduled a time to come over that day and were able to schedule cleaning the next day. The crew was meticulous, thorough, professional and effective. It worked perfectly. With a very sensitive allergy, all symptoms were gone. I have recommended them since then to anyone who requires not only an effective cleaning job, but especially anyone who needs to clean a house with potential allergens.

From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, nearly all aspects were more than satisfactory. The extent and nature of the carpet cleaning was well explained, all our questions were answered and the estimate, though given by phone, proved to be accurate. The crew of two showed up on time, were courteous and attentive, listened to our concerns and made recommendations about stain guarding and spot cleaning. They were done in little over an hour (they cleaned about 600 square feet of carpet), gave us the 15% discount promised in the Angie's List coupon and accepted our credit card--very convenient. After they left, we inspected the work and found it to be satisfactory. They removed all spots we had specified (and some hadn't noticed until they pointed them out). The stain guarding we had to accept as an article of faith because we were unable to tell when or how it was applied. We could tell by the cleaner swaths on the carpet where they stopped cleaning and in some cases we wished they had been a tad more thorough. Overall, though, we are satisfied and the people of Regent are very professional.

Called Regent Carpet Care about a week before the scheduled date and spoke to Jeff. He explained all services and options.On the day prior to the cleaning appointment, I received a reminder call to confirm the cleaning date and time. On the day of the cleaning, the guys showed within the time specified. Rene explained what was to be done and answered all of my questions before starting. The crew did an excellent job in about 90 minutes. These carpets were really soiled, and since the color of the carpet was a beige berber type carpet I wasn't sure if they would clean up and look good. Much to my surpise after the cleaning was completed the carpets looked great for 10 year old carpets. This is the first time the carpets were cleaned. I would highly recommend Regent to anyone needing carpet cleaning. I'm very satisfied.
