Wonderful!!! They arrived within the 2 hour window provided with smiling faces. They came in the house and asked what needed to be done. I showed them the room and said that we also had a lump across the carpet at the entry and could they do something about it. They said yes and immediately fixed the problem by pulling up part of the carpet and repositioning the padding and adding a wood strip under the carpet. They then re-tacked the carpet perfectly. The problem existed for years and no one seemed able to fix it before. They then cleaned the carpet beautifully and cleaned a few extra places in addition without charging extra. They worked quickly, neatly, cleaned up and replaced some of the moved furniture after they were done. They were very pleasant and hard workers.

I was very pleased with this company. They were prompt and professional at all times and finished in the 2 hours they said it would take. After the carpet dried for a day, I thought that the front edges of the stairs could be cleaned a little better and one of the urine stains could still be seen slightly. So I asked the owner to send the workers back to redo these parts, and he readily agreed to send them back within 2 days. When the workers returned, they worked really hard on the stairs and stain, without complaint. I really appreciated their efforts and it did make a big difference. I was very impressed with the fact that they came back and worked hard to please the customer.

It went very well. We also requested at the last minute for an additional 3 rugs to also be cleaned at the same time. There was not hesitation and a price was given on the spot. Excellent service. The wall to wall carpet and rugs look great. The service was very fast and painless. Pleasant to work with.

IT WENT FANTASTICALLY!! WE'VE ALWAYS HAD DOGS AND BETWEEN THE TWO WHO DIED THIS YEAR AND THE TWO 8 WEEK-OLD PUPPIES WE RECENTLY GOT YOU CAN IMAGINE WHAT THE CARPET LOOKED LIKE. I'M PLANNING TO PUT IN ALL NEW CARPETING BUT AM WAITING FOR THE PUPS TO BE TOTALLY TOILET TRAINED FIRST. IN THE MEANTIME WE WERE HAVING 60 PEOPLE HERE FOR A EVENT ON SUNDAY AND I WANTED THE CARPETS CLEANED BUT DIDN'T HOLD OUT MUCH HOPE THAT THEY'D LOOK THAT MUCH BETTER-THOSE SPOTS AND STAINS LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE HERE TO STAY. BUT BOY, WHAT MIRACLES REGENT CARPET PERFORMED! THE CARPETS PRACTICALLY LOOKED NEW! I WAS JUST AMAZED AND OF COURSE BEYOND THRILLED. THE SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND RENE, THE GUY IN CHARGE OF THE JOB, COULDN'T HAVE BEEN NICER OR MORE PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. THE JOB ONLY TOOK A COUPLE HOURS AND EVERYTHING ABOUT IT WAS PERFECT FROM THE MINUTE THEY GOT HERE UNTIL THEY PUT EVERYTHING BACK IN PLACE AND LEFT. GREAT COMPANY, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT JOB. AND GREAT RENE!!

They were great. Punctual. The quote was fair. They use a gentle detergent with steam cleaning, which I appreciated since I don't like to use chemicals in the house. The carpet dried in less than 2 hours as promised. Our rugs and carpet feel amazingly soft!

The experience went very well. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and I plan to have them back.

From the first contact they couldn't have been easier to deal with. I delivered the rugs to them within a half hour of calling them. They gave me an estimate over the phone which I thought was fair, and held to their estimate even after seeing how soiled the rugs were. The rugs were ready for pick up when they said they would be, and best of all, they did a beautiful job. I would use these guys again in a minute - they have a great work ethic, do fantastic work and really want to please the customer.

They came the day after I called, arrived early (after calling to make sure that was OK), did the work quickly and efficiently. I thought the price was a little high but was comparing to my former carpet cleaner who was very cheap but sold his business.

The guys showed up fairly soon to pick up the dirty carpet. The cleaned carpet was delivered late, but they did a fine job of cleaning the carpet.

WE USE THEM EVERY TIME WE NEED THE CARPET CLEANED. VERY PLEASANT AND POLITE.

I FEEL LIKE THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL. THEY COME OUT WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO COME OUT AND THEIR PRICES ARE PRETTY GOOD. THEY DID EVERYTHING I ASKED THEM TO DO. IT IS USUALLY THE SAME CREW EVERY TIME AND I LIKE THAT.

THEY CAME AND CLEANED MY CARPETS, AND IT LOOKED BETTER WHEN THEY LEFT. IT WAS MY NEIGHBOR'S GUYS AND THEY JUST CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND DID THE WORK THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO.
