Before he even heard about the job, je was already telling me how much he charges per hour, and that he would not come to check the job for free. he acted as if I was a bother to him, and could not wait to tell me off. Of course, someone else got my $6,000 job.

Description of Work: Excellent Company. I had a Major problem on 04/02/2013 from Sears Delivery, my water line going to the washer had a small leak. Sears completely refused to even deliver the washer, after a major argument with Sears I called Mike the Plumber, he heard how difficult Sears was being, he said Lloyd don't worry I'll be there tomorrow morning at 8am. Mike showed up as promised. He found a small problem with the value. (Nothing that would have prevented Sears from installing washer). He quoted me a price to take care of the problem, completely installed my Washer, (which I had paid Sears to do), and fixed another issue I had. He gave me a very reasonable price, he never complains, he just does the work. Again the price he gives is it. No hiddle charges. I have a home warranty, (Since I just bought the house), but I wanted quality, decent work done right. Not a half- A** job that these warranties companies do. Plus Mike fixed my washer value which caused him to remove some extra walling that the warranty company would not have even touched. I would rather pay once, get it done right, and not deal with incompent warranty companies. I've owned approx 20 homes, so I'm very, very experienced in dealing with various companies, Reckon & Reckon is the only company I will call for all Plumbing needs. Again very, very Satisfied.

Description of Work: Excellent service. I requested 5 different plumbing Co's to contact me, not one did thru Angel's list. So I looked at Angie's list, and called Recon & Recon, they said they could be at my house by 1pm, they arrived at 9am, another appointment had cancelled. I explained to Mike the Plumbler all the various things I needed done, he gave me a quote, which is great. No hourly charge. He worked very fast and efficent. Fixed and explaned everything he did. Very Satisfied. Would only call them again. I like a company that gives you a price, and honor's it. (without hiddle charges). Highly recommened for all your plumbin need.

Description of Work: They were very quick to respond to a leak in what turned out to be our pressure tank for the water heater. They were courteous, efficient and fair in price.
