Great. Victor was on time both visits. He was straight forward and honest.

Vic showed up and I explained water was backing up from bathroom sink and bathtub. He quoted me and says he would flush out the kitchen line. He turned in water everywhere and even my washing machine in kitchen and keep flushing the drain what felt was forever. Afterwards he said that the pipe was starting to break. I signed the paperwork and as gave the paperwork back the kitchen floor and dining area began filling up with water and we had to dry it up with towels. Afterwards I looked at the paperwork and he had added things that now sewer pipe might be broken due to water on floors. Then he quickly added it would be necessary to dig up floors and change pipes for thousands of dollars, as he walked out. Would I use them again - absolutely not.

I was called very fast, told someone would be out this morning, and he was here probably within 30 minutes, maybe less. The workman, Michael, was very pleasant, followed appropriate COVID-19 protocal, and got the clog taken care of in no time. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, and surely would not hesitate to call on them again if I had a plumbing issue.

I had begun replacing all three parts of a tub/shower valve system - the hot and cold water valves and the diverter valve. When I got to the diverter valve I was not able to remove the old one. It was just frozen. I tried several techniques and none worked. I was very afraid that the the only solution would be to break into the tile wall, which would mean a much more expensive job.. So I called Reckon & Reckon and they sent Victor. He was great. He.and I shared some ideas, and with the tools he had and some items I had in my garage, he managed to get the old valve out without having to break into the wall. He then installed the new diverter valve which I had already purchased. I was very pleased and greatly relieved that tearing into the wall was avoided.

The plumber had to try several times to clear the drain, but he finally succeeded. He was very persistent and professional, and we were greatly relieved to have the problem solved.

Great to Work With. On Time. Reckon and Reckon came on time and did a great job. Resolution was quick and drew from solid expertise. Would recommend to friends.

Our plumbing backed up - toilets, showers, tubs - had it snaked by another company and in two weeks it backed up again. So we found Reckon and Reckon and we called them, Victor came out that day, quickly assessed the situation, analyzed how to fix it and got in done within an hour. It's been 3 weeks now with no problem and we would sure use them again. Victor was courteous, efficient and pleasant to work with.

Great! I got the quote from them over the phone and within three hours I had a new water heater and regulator.

I've used this company 3 or 4 times and have always been extremely satisfied. They're expensive, but they do excellent work and are very courteous and friendly. Victor is especially good, which is why I always request him. He's exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable.

I could not be more delighted with the job that Reckon and Reckon did. They charged half of other estimates that I had gotten. They came on time, and completed the job in an hour. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

My sprinkler controller was shorting out, and the valves were leaking. It took some doing to figure out the short but Vincent did, and he repaired the leaking valves. I wanted to have them replace the 20 year old rain bird controller, but it turns out that it is so old that there is a transformer in the box, so it requires an electrician to re-wire the system in order to make it work. So I did not accomplish everything I wanted, but it was not their fault. I would use them again - I think they are a bit pricey, but the quality and workmanship is great.

I love this company! I have been without running water in the kitchen for some time now. I called this company on a friend's recommendation. They were prompt and did excellent work in a very timely manner. I can't say enough good things about them! I definitely will be hiring them again!

I hired Reckon pluming to help the hot water in one of my bathrooms heat up more quickly. They put a heat pump in the bathroom, which I eventually learned was the incorrect decision. The heat pump put too much pressure on my home's water pipes. Months later, there was a leak in my dinning room which turned into a slab leak which turned into major issues: we had to work with a remediation company, fix the water pipes, dry the floors, and put in new hardwood floors throughout the entire house. The initial person from Reckon who comes to your home is a project manager, and not actually a plumber and he told me so. The project manager made the decision to put the heat pump in our bathroom and had another worker install it. STAY AWAY!!!

I called twice through the Angies List number - someone picked up and then immediately hung up. After I googled the business' direct line, the receptionist insisted that it was a mechanical glitch, instead of apologizing. Doesn't give me confidence on how the work would go.

I can't rate these guys highly enough. I've used them 3 times now, and the work has always been very professional. The people are courteous and punctual and the work is always done in a timely manner.
