Description of Work: They have done three jobs for me. 1) Replace sewer line that was broken to street # 1800. Good fast work and efficient.;#2) clear toilet stoppage in bathroom, and 3) clear backed up bathtub.

+ 1 moreIt went flawlessly. We've used Reckon for years and are always satisfied. They came, assessed the job, gave us a detailed estimate, performed as much work as was possible on the day we called them, scheduled a convenient return date to complete the work, returned precisely as scheduled and completed the work. Their people are always a pleasure to deal with, and they explain everything clearly and completely. The water heater replacement aspect of the project went equally smoothly.
Description of Work: This was a major job, that took a couple of days to complete, and included replacement of rotted pipes in our kitchen, rerouting the water line for our refrigerator's water dispenser (which a different company had installed improperly), creating a cleanout for our kitchen pipes, and replacing our water heater.

+ 0 moreGreat from first call to completion! Michael of Reckon was referred by a neighbor but I was so pleased I wanted to post a report here. He was friendly, funny, explained everything clearly & in layman's terms, was polite, quiet, finished when he said he would, cleaned up his mess thoroughly and followed up the next day as he said he would with a quote for an automatic shut-off valve for our gas line. While the work wasn't cheap, it was fair and most importantly, done right. I will never use another plumbing service while I'm living in Los Angeles!
Description of Work: Removed/replaced hot & cold stems on both sinks in master bath. Adjusted slack chain in master toilet Replaced hot & cold stems for shower in masterr bath Replaced hot & cold stems for sink in guest bath Opened wall, installed access panel for guest shower. Removed valve & replaced with new single-handle valve Replaced outdoor hose bibs on both sides of house.

+ 0 moreIt went great. Mike came exactly when promised. He and his partner worked diligently and efficiently. They clearly take great pride in their work and urged us to call them back if any problems should arise after they left. The work is excellent. There are no problems. I have used Reckon & Reckon for years, and they never disappoint.
Description of Work: An old galvanized water line pipe burst in our front yard. Mike and his co-worker dug up the line from the meter to the house and cut out the pipe where possible. They installed a new copper pipe line and connected it to the meter. They ran pipe under the driveway and connected it to the house. They installed isolation valves for the house and front sprinklers and connected to the sprinkler valves. They replaced the regulator and relief valve. They turned on the water and tested for leaks, and then put back all the dirt and plants.
