So professional on time and nice to work with. A pleasure actually. So nice to talk to someone who knows his stuff and he can fix anything....and his employees reflect him and his work ethic! I've had other calls out to other plumbers and he is by far the very best. I used him at my home then I used him on my business remodel job. Everything was done perfectly all at a fair price. I highly recommend.

We had a leak in a hot water pipe and when the repair was done it was apparent that we had problems with lots of our piping. We got three bids on the project and we decided to go with Reckon & Reckon based on their price and on the recommendation of friends who had used them before. Victor and his crew did a fantastic job. They were prompt, clean, courteous and efficient. They know what they are doing. The piping in this house was configured in an unusual way by the previous owners. Reckon analyzed the configuration and suggested ways to both simplify the design and make it more efficient at the same time. They took care of getting permits and having the final inspection. The whole process went very smoothly. Victor and his crew are a pleasure to work with being very careful to explain everything to us durning the entire process. Reckon & Reckon are now going to be our plumbers for any plumbing repairs we might have in the future.

Our washer valve was leaking. Called Reckon and Reckon, they were at our with 15 minutes. Alex and Victor were amazing. Cleaned the mess under my washer too! So happy!!! Thank you!

Very well. servicemen came and fixed leaking valve . Not being sure that was fixed, I asked them to check with gas detecting tool. They did not have one with them. They went back to their office to get one, on return, they re-checked the fixed leak with detector several times to make sure that the valve was no longer leaking several times , even check burners on the stove (not requested). They did an outstanding job and I would re-hire them in a minute should another plumbing problem arise.

The problem in my kitchen was due to other apartments and the common lines and Mike was able to investigate deep enough to discover some issues that had to be addressed by the building. They were extremely professional and courteous and considerate and I would DEFINITELY hire them again.

The entire team start to finish was fantastic. I called before 8 when we found water seeping down out wall. I was told by Clarissa that Victor and team would be there by 10. My expectations were exceeded when they arrived before 9 and we're actually DONE before 10. The crew was very professional. As a cherry on the Sunday, the owner sent me a personal note to thank me for my business. As a new home owner and someone new to the LA area, so nice to find a great plumber nearby!

Great service, they returned my call promptly, scheduled a service call for the next day, gave me a follow-up call to confirm and showed up on time. Within a few minutes they identified that one of the wires to the valve was cut, they repaired it immediately and best yet did not charge me for the call. I will absolutely use them again, they have gained a long-term customer.

They came quickly, diagnosed and fixed problem. Replaced faulty section of pipe as well.

Victor and his assistant performed a very professional, quick service. They were able to complete sprinkler valve replacement in 20 minutes and charged me $215.00. With Angie's discount of $30.00 my total payment was $185.00. I told them that I thought the price was too high not to include the 5 sprinkler heads, however, I needed the job done and was happy to pay them. About half hour later they called me back and offered to replace the sprinklers and I happily accepted their offer. I felt it was the right thing to do. Based on this fact, I would hire Reckon&Reckon again because they really earned my respect and trust. And this is what I look for when hiring service.

Victor came as promised, removed the rusted brass tubes and install copper. The work was done quickly and in a professional manner. We paid $205 after $30 Angie's coupon.

DO NOT HIRE!! Scam plumber! Plumber sent to the house faked a repair in the bathroom. It needed to be snaked. he did not snake. 2 hours later my HOA had to hire an another plumbing company to come in and properly unclog my unit and the two units below that were stopped up after Reckon left. He then sent me multiple threatening letters with fraudulent looking government documents claiming he was gong to put lien on my house if I did not pay $185. I paid and they cashed to stop the harassment.

I called a few other places but no one could help until the morning. I left message on their on-call service. I didn’t hear back for a few minutes so I called another plumber. As I was discussing the issue Victor called me back and said he would be there within an hour. I politely indicated to the other plumber I no longer needed him and waited for Victor. He arrived in less than an hour, and immediately diagnosed the issue and within a few minutes had pulled a replacement part from his truck. He actually had to really struggle to remove the old part but he was super professional and eventually had the whole thing back in working condition, including showing me how to set the safety system to prevent the water from getting too hot. A great feature for the little kids who use the bath! He even fixed our leaky drain for no extra charge! Victor was super friendly and professional. I think the whole job took about an hour.

I am extremely pleased. Everything was completed professionally. They were clean and professional and worked very hard to please me.

They diagnosed the leaking problem in my sprinkler system, and they replaced my sprinkler valves with good quality brass valves, and they charged a reasonable price.

I am so glad that I called this company. I had problem with my sprinklers and my toilet. Reckon & Reckon came to my home and diagnosed and fixed both problems in just over an hour. The plumber also took his time to answer several questions about other plumbing concerns that I had around my home. The plumber was prompt, professional, and nice. I would absolutely use this company again.

Called Reckon and Reckon in the morning the technician came out promptly and within the time frame given. He quickly assessed the problem and fixed the issue. He was very honest and only fixed what was needed. He didn't try and sell other needs. They are a trust worthy company. He was very respectful and made sure the work area was clean upon finishing the work. We are very satisfied with the quality of work we received. I will be sure to recommend them to everyone and will certainly hire them again!

missed one appointment were late to another, rushed through the service, broke the pipe, never made a necessary estimate and for the next appointment requested $180 just to visit.

They were nice but I was informed that in order to get an estimate I would be charged a $78 fee that would be credited to my job if I decide to do the work with them. No thanks

I called about a sprinkler valve repair. They came out and fixed the problem right away. They were professional and I would hire them again.

Michael and Anthony were fantastic! They were on time, professional, and really conscientious. They were meticulous about cleaning up, too! Michael gave me advice on what I should be aware of and to start think about replacing old equipment to avoid problems. All of that and really pleasant and nice to be around. I definitely will hire them again.
