Reckon & Reckon Plumbing

The guy was very punctual, even a little early! We had a leak in our bathroom tub faucet. He came out and gave a free estimate. My husband and I decided to move forward and he completed the work in maybe 3 hours or so. He had to get some supplies. Basically he had to completely replace the faucet. The only bad thing was that he had to cut a hole in our bedroom wall to get to the pipes. But that wasn't his fault. I didn't do any competitive bidding so I don't know if his price was a deal or not but my husband was ok with it. To this day we've had no more leaking so I'm happy.

We actually switched plumbers. We thought they were just kind of high price. We would let other people know that. We spent about $1500. They said it would be like $800 just to go under and look at the pipe that was having delays. If there is a problem, we would use them again in the future.

It was fine. I called at about 4:45 in the afternoon and they were here at about 5:30 to fix it. It is my only toilet so it is an emergency when it gets stopped up. He was very nice and he gave me some good advice. I thought it was a lot of money, but I paid it because I was so appreciative of them coming out.

My kitchen drain was clogged. I emailed them for an appointment that evening. I like that they have an e-mail option on their webpage, but I thought it would be best to call the next morning to confirm the e-mail when I didn't receive a response. The woman who answered the phone had a lovely voice, and said she didn't receive the email, but would schedule service for me that same day. I know technology can be unpredictable, but I am glad she was friendly and scheduled the appointment. The technicians arrived between the hours as per phone conversation. They were clean, friendly and knowledgeable. I had a coupon from Angie's List which motivated me to call them ,and as a home owner, made the price easier on my pocketbook; however, as I see it, for a little more money than I was expecting to pay, I got quality and was not annoyed by someone investigating my house for possible, expensive future jobs. The technicians went straight to the kitchen, assessed the problem, gave me a quote, accepted the coupon, did the work, and left within 30 minutes. The whole time, they were polite and friendly. The sink drains as it should which is the task I requested and agreed to pay for.

They came out in May. It was kind of an emergency so they did a quick turnaround to get into my house like some hours after I called them. They did the job the same day and everything is working great so far. I had a backup plumbing issue and it had to do with the outside line.

So far, so good. I hope not to have to make yet another call even though they were very accommodating.

The clearing of the drains inside my home took a matter of minutes and have worked perfectly since. The sprinklers in my yard however had taken a life of their own. They adjusted and changed out some sprinkler heads but some started hitting my windows causing spots that do not come off and others are hitting areas that do not need water, like my fence. I called Reckon & Reckon to come back to fix the sprinkler heads and they did. Now, the outside drains are backing up and I noticed that some drains do not have filter caps. I will be calling again hoping their warranty is still good.

Victor's team showed up promptly, and tried to located the source of the leak. Determined that it was best to call in a company that does leak detection. The next morning both companies showed up, leak was found and plumbers cut the slab and uncovered the leak. Pipe was too badly damaged to repair, so a new line was run to the same location. Rather than running the pipe underground at significant cost, they offered a second option where the pipe could be routed above ground and through the garage. I selected this option and they got the job done quickly. Another plumber (highly rated on Angie's List) told me that I needed to clean out the sewer line every spring, so I asked Victor about that. He offered to snake the drain and see if the other plumber was right. There weren't any roots in the drain, so there isn't a need to do a yearly cleaning.

Overall experience was great - better than Rotorouter who spend 90% of their time trying to upsell you.

I have used them a number of times over the years. They have helped unclog and clean the drains and plumbing system for us after a hard rain storm. They installed a sewer line, as the roots destroyed the old one. They have also done other general plumbing work for us. The sewer and drain lines are still working properly and I would recommend them to others.

They were fine. They were prompt. They got the job done and did it well.

It turned out great. It was a weekday and we had to go to work. My husband called at 9 and the work was finished by 10:30. They came out, took care of it, were pleasant and we have had no future problems.

They have been doing work for us for many years. They are reliable and do good work. They respond promptly when needed. I would call them for any plumbing work to be done.

Stay away from them. I called them 31 days after they did the work since the same problem arose. I called the owner, who was not even compassionate since I was on a limited budget, and he said I was past the guarantee and he would charge me to come back out to fix it. I used another company to come out and do the job.

It was OK but overpriced. They were friendly and fairly prompt.

They did a good job. I would use them again.

We have been using them for about 10 years. They provide excellent service and they are honest. They always attempt to do a good job and they are very knowledgeable.

It turned out fine. I have used them for years. They did good job. They did it according to code. They did it promptly and cleaned up. they did all the things a good company will do.

They did fine. They came, did the job, were friendly, cleaned up and it was a fair price.

I continue to use them because I can call them at whatever time and they will have someone out right away. I think they are fairly priced. If it is a big project they allows you to make payments, like when we had our main line replaced.

Their work is top quality and they do not skimp on materials. They do not use flimsy copper tubing they do use real copper piping. They stand behind their work 100% yet we have not had to use that. When we call they are very responsive. You don't always get what you pay for, but you always pay for what you get.

Overall great experience! I called and was given a appt time the same morning. Michael arrived exactly on time, was very professional and fixed the problem quickly. The price quoted was the actual price, which I thought was very reasonable. I highly recommend Reckon and Reckon.

Victor came with an assistant to check a new sprinkler system that I had installed and wanted a second opinion on. He checked everything and reassured me that the job had been done correctly. I offered to pay him but he refused. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable.

It took them just two minutes to do the job and I could have done it myself, but I didn?t know it. They didn?t charge me for it because they were just great. They were very professional and extremely courteous. They explained everything to me.
