My first telephonic contact with Steve was vastly reassuring. He was professional with a sense of humor. He also advised me of an Angie's list coupon of which I was not aware. His guy arrive on time. They were clean, professional, and friendly. They took care of the problem in a short time and, without me reminding them, subtracted the coupon from the total. A few days later, Steve even called to verify the service was satisfactory. In all, the experience was what it should be or better, and I would have no problem recommending them to others.

It went great! They came out the day I called at the time they said they would. They analyzed the source of the leak and told me what it would take to fix the problem Even though it was an old system, they had the parts on their truck that they needed to repair the overflow system and with my okay went right to work. They fixed it and tested it and that was it. I would certainly use them again.

Technicians arrived on time, and I explained what services I needed;after project details were explained and a price quoted, the men got right to work. They were quiet, efficient and cleaned up when the project was finished.

After I called the company, I was given a window of time from 2:30 pm to 4:30pm for the plumber to arrive. I believe they came (there were two - Victor and another man) just after 2:30 p.m. They had a large truck full of plumbing supplies, however, the two Kohler toilets I have are old and Victor left to get additional parts. The drain was cleared and the toilets repaired. Everything was clean when they left. There was no need to clean up after them.

Our kitchen sink had a severe clog and we have an older home, so we were a bit worried. Although the clog was difficult they finished cleaning it out and left a neat and tidy clean sink and no clog. We are very pleased to be able to use our kitchen again. We will definitely call again, should the need arise.

Even though our 'GE' water heater was new when we bought the house and now only 4.5 years old, it turns out Rheems manufactured it and the whole line has a history of the thermocouple going out early, resulting in the pilot light not staying lit. While it was still under warranty, there are hundreds of complaints online about costly issues with the warranty, replacement parts not lasting, etc. so I believed it when we were told we could very likely need repairs again soon if we had the replacement part installed (plus we'd have to wait for GE to send it). Victor and Rufus came early, were very honest about our options and did not pressure us. They offered us this month's deal on a higher-quality water heater which we decided was a better decision in the long term. My initial call - after hours - was handled thoroughly and respectfully. Could we have gotten a lower price? Probably, but likely the heater wouldn't be as good. Would the service be as good? Maybe, but doubtful. Happy to support a neighborhood business!

Good. Steve worked with me to keep costs down. Pleased with overall level of service and quality of work.

He had a difficult time finding the clog, and it took a while, apparently because the stoppage was far down in the drain pipe. But he did find it and clear it. No problems since then, and we're happy with the result.

Reckon and Reckon's work was fine but the price was outrageous. I called them again for a second job and the price was outrageous again.

This plumber (company) was wonderful! I was desperate to get the kitchen sink unclogged on a Friday afternoon. After contacting another plumbing company that had been referred to me by a friend (but who never responded), I went to Angie's List. For my service area, Reckon & Reckon jumped to the top of the list of providers with an "A" rating and lots of awesome reviews. I sent schedule request through Angie's List and got an almost immediate response to call their office. I called and got the best customer service I could have hoped to receive. Steve was very dedicated to getting my problem resolved while working with my work schedule. The plumber, Michael, called me when he was leaving his prior job so that I could leave the office in time to meet him. He was absolutely prompt, courteous, and resolved my problem very quickly! Thus, I had him look at an additional plumbing problem with a toilet, and he is going to order the part, and come back and fix that as well. Reckon & Reckon Plumbing is fabulous! I will recommend to all my friends and definitely will be using this company in the future. If you are reading this review, I suggest you don't bother checking out others... just call Reckon & Reckon! 1/25/16 - Follow-up service: I just wanted to reinforce how good this company is and much they want my business on a long term basis. I asked for an additional repair on the initial visit. However, Michael did not have the part on-hand and had to order. He promptly called me when it came and arranged time at my convenience to finish the repair. He did not charge me a second service call, but only charged me for the part and labor. Fair price and great work!. Five stars to Reckon & Reckon Plumbing!!

Michael was great, it was a simple job the first time he came to the house. Not long after, we had a drainage problem from one of our bathrooms, I called Reckon & Reckon again, knowing that we might have to wait a day or two. Thankfully we didn't have to wait, some things worked out and we got things corrected in a day. I will use them again and again. ( I just hope I don't have too.)

I had used this company over a year ago and had a good experience but not this time. I had them out to reset my disposal, which he did. Three weeks later, it happened again and he said it had to be replaced. He offered me a $75 credit on installation of a new one but I wound up buying a disposal myself and hiring someone just to install it.

Well, not too many people work on New Year's Day but Reckon did. I left a message and Michael (who was the plumber on call), responded and showed up within the hour. Fixed the problem and all is good. Happy New Year. It was a little expensive, but it's New Year's Day.

This is the third or so time we've used Reckon & Reckon and they do excellent work. This time it was a potentially serious leak and a constantly running toilet. Michael, our favorite plumber, promptly fixed the valves and toilet and even gave us a break on the price. So nice to have a reputable plumbing service to rely on!

Reckon provided service within a few hours on a very busy plumbing day (day after Thanksgiving). The workman was very polite, arrived on time, and quickly cleared the problem drain. He was obviously very competent and worked very efficiently. It was a delight to have such excellent service.

The crew worked hard to get past a difficult plug in the drains. They were careful and persistent. They did a quality job and were honest and fair.

Victor and Alex came came and quickly found the problem. Victor went under the house to feed the tubing from the freezer to the sink. When done leak was fixed but water didn't work from frig. Told him I didn't feel right to pay him as job wasn't done. Told him I would call the warrenty number. They came and said it was a defective filter. No fault of Victor. Called Victor and paid him, as he trusted me!

We had a terrible clog in our kitchen sink and one plumber had already told us we needed to cut the line and replace the pipe. We called Reckon & Reckon and they took their time and unclogged the drain. Turned out the house was not properly plumbed with a clean out and the job was tricky. Got it done without tearing up anything.

They were excellent... Showed up on time, everything clean, quick, quiet, efficient, professional. I have used Reckon and Reckon in the past, and plan to continue to use them for future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.

Exceptional service! I hired them to trouble shoot a leak under my kitchen sink. They showed up on time, were super nice, clean and very courteous. They quickly identified that my kitchen faucet was broken and needed to be replaced. They had all parts on hand including some brand new faucets I could choose from. I didn't like any of them, so they patiently waited outside in their truck for about an hour and a half while I went to Home Depot to find a faucet that I loved! Upon my return, they quickly installed it. It was so nice of them to wait for me so that we could get the job done without having to schedule a second visit - that's what I call Service!
