What's better than saving the environment AND saving money?! Solar is a must in the 21st century especially with the current hazards of global warming peaking. We've decided to go solar earlier this year and started the process by getting a few estimates. Other companies provided competitive bids for the project, but Helios stood out as a reputable installer. I have to give a huge shout out to the crew of Munoz (I think thats how you spell it) and Jose, who worked diligently and carefully around our old roof and made sure to take plenty before, during, and after photos! Really great experience with a really good company that I've alrady referred out to a family friend.

Firstly let me just say one good work about Oliver - their genuinely nice sales rep who was our point of contact throughout the entire project and remained extremely thorough and communicative even after we paid for the system in full. Now for the installation: We first thought about going solar in 2016, but due to extenuating circumstances the project was put on hold and picked up again in mid-2018. After talking to numerous contractors, some good and some not so much, Helios seemed like it would be the best fit for us. They were able to meet our budget and work with our price range. Their office is extremely organized, prompt and communicative when you have any questions or concerns. And whenever there was the slightest problem we knew Oliver was a phone call away and would make it right. Now, 3 months after installation I can confidently say we made the right choice going with Helios Solar. Now all that's left is to wait and receive the 30% investment tax credit (ITC) and wait to see the system paying us dividends for the next 25 years!

I initially wanted to get the Tesla solar panels, because it's Tesla, but that plan was quickly scraped after I saw how much money they were asking for! After some research and reading other reviews on here I contacted Helios to see what they could offer us and sure enough they were within our budget. We ended up not going with a system that can cover our full energy bills as we felt like it was a better fit for us since we're heavy consumers and the system price quickly adds up. All in all we are very satisfied with Helios and their crew - Jose, Luis and Marco.

I had my new solar system installed by Helios Solar about two months ago and I must say I am thoroughly impressed. Oliver was personable, and low to no pressure sales person, which is a VERY big plus for me as I don't make hasty decisions, especially when they involve tens of thousands of dollars. During his meeting, Helios Solar's owner Oliver delivered a lot of reliable information that was I could verify online throughout my research. He did not overpromise just to get my business, which is something I found to be a repetitive theme among sales guys in this industry. Due to this, and his ability to work with my budget, I hired Helios solar. Once the contract was approved, the rest was a piece of cake. The design and architecture work is all done through them and not by a third party company, which means any required revisions are quick to be made and applied. They handled everything from pulling the building permits from the city and getting the final designs stamped. The installation was performed in one day, Jose and his crew were extremely personable, nice, and professional. Now all I have to do is enjoy my free power.
