Darren came out and gave us an estimate because the motor on our wooden garage needed to be replaced. He was very personable and professional, but more importantly, he understood we had a budget and didn't try and sell us the most expensive doors. The doors were replaced two days after the order was placed. Erik and Carlos did an excellent job replacing the doors. They worked hard for many hours because they has to build the tracks for the new doors. They also painted the new wood that had to be added. They were very knowledgeable. The following day, the door did not close and Darren was at our house almost immediately to see what was wrong. After With a minor adjustment, the garage doors were working perfectly.

Came on time for the estimate. Very professional, just too expensive.

The technicians came to the house, looked at the problem, went back to the shop to get the needed parts, came back and reinstalled and had the opener working correctly within a couple of hours. They did not try to sell any unnecessary services which I appreciated very much. Very professional. Job well done.

Overall experience was good. I neglected to present Angies List Coupon at time of quote and company refused to accept coupon when invoice was presented. Still their price without coupon was better than other quoters.

They were prompt with their estimate and they came in and installed the door. The job went smoothly. I thought they were very professional and I thought the price was good.

We haven’t made a decision whether we are going to get the work done or not. The quote was fine. There were two guys from Garage Door 4 Less who visited us. The first guy came out and measured the door. He also described the options for just getting a garage door. Later on, the second person came out when we explained to him about our interest in getting the drywall and electrical work done. He then gave us an estimate. My interaction with them was fine. They were very personable, friendly and good guys. I liked them.

I called Garage Doors 4 Less at 9am, hoping they could come out and fix a faulty garage door for my tenants. The operator on duty attempted to contact their "on call" staff, who would be able to hopefully schedule me into their day. They could not get in touch with them right away, so I was told they would call me. 5 hours later, I still had not heard from anyone. I called back, and was told the same answer. It's been another 2 hours, and still no response. The operator was very friendly, professional and apologetic when I called the second time. I'm sure their services are fine, I just wish I would have heard back from someone, as I was under a lot of pressure to get the situation resolved right away. I called American Overhead Garage Doors, spoke with someone immediately who was able to schedule me for the next morning at 9am.

Reacted quickly to my inquiry and came next day to give estimate. When i decided on the day to have the gdoor installed they arrived on time and worked diligently and professionally. Took the time to explain the operations of the opener and they cleaned up and left no sign of their presence except the brand new garage door. They were the most competetive for price and they did an excellent job. Highly recommend them.

He was professional, trustworthy, responsive, provided great suggestions and offered alternative ideas and options for projects. Anytime that I called he called right back. His subcontractors showed up when they were supposed to which I was impressed with the control he had on his subs. I could leave him in my house with a child or dog in the house and I was confident enough that everyone would be safe and nothing would be missing. He worked around our busy work schedules. It's a great family owned business that I also have plans in the work for him to come back and do more work.

They came and gave us an estimate. It was a little too expensive, but the worked with us and our budget and gave us a beautiful garage door. They were always on time. Their work was impeccable. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, and they did it in the amount of time they said it would take. And, they did it within our budget. We are very happy to recommend them.
