Description of Work: I called to get an appointment to buy from them a new gas fireplace and installation, but they had no time for me.Although the lady was very nice on the phone she had no technical information and no appointments available. I got the feeling they just have too much of a work load. good for them bad for the customer.

Response from Fireplace Solutions The Chimney Sweeper
I was not aware that you were not happy with the service provided you. I apologize that we were not able to provide you with a level of service that you would find acceptable. I am not too sure as to what part of the service you were not happy with. I have this job under different name in our database but the dates of service and address are the same. I see from the notes that we were called out on a visual evaluation and cleaning if necessary. The technician did not do the cleaning but noted on his evaluation that the partial rebuild did not look like it was done correctly and that the chase cover was not attached and there was no storm collar. Other items were also noted that had issues. For the tech to know if the partial rebuild was done correctly in his opinion was to do a camera scan to check the bond beam and other issues. He discussed this with Mr. S on 2/4/14. I do have Mr. S email in our records requesting the pictures to be sent to him and I am assuming that if some were taken, that they were sent to him. If the pictures were not sent, please let me know. The tech also gave an estimate of what the worst case scenario would be but with that said until further evaluation of the prior repair, we could not confirm or deny issues with the repair. If you would please let me know as to what the issues is with our service, I would appreciate it. I look forward to hearing from you. Barbara Marx, owner

I am sorry that you were not taken care of in a timely manner. We do our best to call our prospective clients on the same day as the work request comes in. I honestly do not know why you did not receive a call back. I would have hoped that you would have given us a 2nd call or request for service knowing that with our excellent rating, something may have gone awry. Sometimes our anwering machine fails to due a power loss, paperwork,gets missplaced, compuer glitch, etc. We would have liked to have had you as a safisied customer. Please accept our apology for not getting back to you.
