Description of Work: The did a great job. I had to move a lot of stuff up a few flights of stairs, and there was plenty of guys from the company to get the job done quickly.

Description of Work: Moved some large bookcases, many boxes, dressers and a bed from a 2BR apartment down a flight of stairs to a 2 BR apartment. Were punctual and friendly put chipped the wall of my new condo and did not offer to deduct any money to repair it.

Description of Work: No services provided as company does not have workers compensation insurance as of 5/29/08. it is now June 12 and I have still not heard from them that they have gotten the necessary coverage. I am moving on June 28.

Description of Work: Moving from one apartment to another on different floor of same building.

Description of Work: Richard and his company ended up getting us someone more local for our move, but Richard is beyond professional. Not only did he provide us with incredible service but he even called the guys that we ended up using to help us locate someone that was local and cheaper! He provided advice that was invaluable and gave us excellent suggestions on ways to save money on our move. I talked to more than one company on Angie's list to move us, and Richard, by far, blows away the competition. How many companies will tell you that you can find a cheaper deal and also actually make the calls to set it up for you? If you need someone to help you move this should be your first call.

Description of Work: I purchased a daybed that turned out to be a couple of inches too big to go up the staircase to the 2nd floor. I called Sunshine Boys on the recommendation of a friend, to see if they could hoist it up from the outside of the building. No problem they said but explained that there was a 3 hour minimum for the 3 man crew. That made it a $297 job. Not cheap but my friend thought they did a really good job so I made the arrangements. The guys called and confirmed the day before. They arrived on time and got right to work. It was a tricky lift to make but the guys huddled on the best way to go and got it right without damaging the daybed or the stucco. I would use them again without hesitation.
