Description of Work: Roni and his crew did a great job and I would hire them again, or recommend them to anyone looking to have work done around their place. I used them because there was damage to parts of my place because of leaks from the rain. They sealed the areas where the rain was leaking, removed and replaced the door, frame and vinyl floor in my utility closet that had been damaged by leaks and painted ceilings in the bedrooms that also had been damaged. While they were there I also had them fix or replace an assortment of other things that I had let go around my place. Again, they did an excellent job and I would use them again!

Description of Work: I am very please with the work I had done. Julio did some drywall repair and painting. He was very clean and did a great job matching the texture. When finished he left every immaculate. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Ronnie is a true professional and very concerned about customer satisfaction. He explained everything in detail to me and was clear about costs and all services. He was on time and made sure everything was nice and tidy when he left. I was very pleased with all the work that was done.

Description of Work: I purchased a voucher for $299 for 8 hours of work and Roni came and looked over the different projects that I needed done and told me that it would cost me an extra $100 for materials. They ended up closing off a door that led from my daughters bedroom to the kitchen and sealing up an old laundry access that was also on a wall in my kitchen. It was all done in an 8 hour work day and they cleaned up better than expected. They were very good and very professional! I loved the work and would highly recommend them. I will be using them again in the future!

Description of Work: We had a shade-cloth cover added to our carport for an extra car. We were afraid that the concept would not be very attractive, but we were quite surprised to see what RAP's concept was for our project. We loved the outcome so much that we hired RAP for a much larger project of giving our house and yard a new look after living in it for over 30 years. Both our house and our yard have been transformed! We love it! Working with RAP was the best construction company we have ever had the experience to work with. Both the owner and his team of workers exceeded our expectations on every level of the project. Description of Work: Took up and discarded old linoleum and subfloor. Replaced subfloor and |installed new tiles. Only disappointment ... I had wanted sheet vinyl installed, but they couldn't find it so I agreed to vinyl tiles. Worker was very diligent; good work ethic. I could recommend this service provider. |

Description of Work: An initial appointment was scheduled and I asked when they could do the work, per the angie's list coupon and RAP Construction stated that they did not know when they could schedule the work but, that they would call me. RAP construction reported that they were all booked up and could not schedule an approximate date or estimation. RAP Construction never called although My Discover card had been charged. Services never rendered although payment was made to Angie's List for the work. I am very dissatisfied with this service.
