I was impressed with Roni and his understanding of my special needs and his choice of crew to do the work. Roni was there to make sure the work was done right and make sure of any specifics as it progressed. A bit more work that expected needed to be done, but we all worked together to make it happen. It was all completed in a very timely manner to my full satisfaction. I would be happy to use RAP again for other projects.

I was so impressed with RAP Construction! I spoke with Roni on the phone and told him what I would like done. He suggested that he come over before the work started to see what it all entailed. When he came, I showed him my list and took him from room to room to each list item and gave him its priority. He would then give me a time guesstimate for each item. He thought that they could get through the list with no problem. We then discussed what supplies I could supply and what he could bring, then we made an appointment for him to come back and do the work. When he came, he brought his employee, Julio, and showed him what we had discussed. Julio went straight to work and got to all but four smaller items on the list. The work that needed to be done in my bathroom took a little longer than expected. He did a FANTASTIC job! He even went over the 8 hour limit because he wanted to be sure that something was done right. I offered to pay for the overtime, but both him and Roni said that was not necessary. I just paid for the supplies that they purchased. I was thrilled that most of my list was done, and so efficiently! RAP is generally a construction company. Now that I've seen how they work, I have bigger projects that I would hire them for in a heartbeat! I have hired handlymen in the past and they have never got as much done. They would spend some of their time going out and purchasing supplies, etc., instead of having them on hand like RAP did. They were never this efficient.

Roni was professional, fast, and extremely communicative all along the process. There was a lot off detail touch-up work that needed finishing on my mothers home and he did everything as promised. He and his employee came exactly on time and they continued to follow up with me all day if any issue arose. I cam back at the end of the day and everything was perfect. Thank you.

Roni was wonderful to work with. He cares about his customers and understands their budgets. This was the first big project at my house so I was nervous about getting it started. I got a deal on Angie's List and met with Roni. I liked him instantly and felt that he was an honest guy wanting to make an honest living and that he enjoyed having happy and satisfied customers. He spent a great deal of time with me and looking at my bathroom. He carefully explained what needed to be done and what the additional cost would be beyond the Angie's List deal. The deal clearly explained what was included and each bathroom is different and has different requirements. Roni later met me at the tile store and we discussed my options and what would be best for my needs. I appreciated all the time he spent with me before starting the project. He picked up the supplies and also picked up the new toilet I had bought at Pacific Sales and saved me delivery costs from the store. Roni and Julio arrived on time early in the morning and stayed until well into the evening to finish the job. I could not be more pleased with the results. The new tile makes the bathroom look nice and modern. Roni did a fantastic job. He made sure everything was cleaned up after the job was finished. All the remodeling debris was removed and everything was spotless. Roni and RAP Construction will do a great job at a fair price. Roni cares about his customers and will do his best to help you stay within your budget. He explains all the costs and work needed in a very clear manner. He's a great guy and he is also a dog lover. My German Shepherd liked him immediately so what could be better? I definitely will be using RAP CONSTRUCTION for other remodel jobs. Roni has the honesty and the integrity that is so valuable to anyone in need of a remodel. RAP CONSTRUCTION is the company to choose! They are professional, through and do quality work.

Roni and his assistant arrived on time and completed the job in one day as projected. Their craftsmanship was excellent and the floor looks great. Roni is very courteous and professional both during our estimate consultation and the day of installation. We used an Angie's List coupon of $499 which covered tiles, supplies and labor for 40 square feet. Our floor was 55 square feet so we paid $350 for the extra square footage and a $100 fee for moving our washer, dryer and refrigerator. We also had Roni clean and seal another area of travertine tile floor in our entry foyer. We would not hesitate to recommend RAP to our friends.

When I bought this house, I knew it needed a complete makeover. Through a friend's referral I met with Roni from RAP Construction Group. He was really nice to work with and unlike some other contractors I used before, I felt his honesty and integrity from the beginning. After the construction started, I was really surprised by Roni and his team, in a good way. All the construction area was really neat & clean. I did the complete remodeling of the whole house. Kitchen, bathroom, rewire, new plumbing, paint in and out of the house, new roof, we changed all the windows and doors, flooring and a new back yard landscape. The other good thing about Roni is his attention to details were beyond my expectations. I know sometimes I can be really picky, but for the house I worked almost my whole life, I wanted to make sure that everything came out perfectly. That's exactly what happened. It's all because Roni and his team did such a great job to give me my dream house! I will definitely recommend RAP Construction Group. In fact since now California drought problem is arising by the minute, I will definitely contact Roni again to get my self a drought tolerant landscape for my front yard.
