Description of Work: I purchased a roof inspection, followed by partial roof repair for leak in living room ceiling. Throughout initial visit and subsequent repair, Tony Walker was prompt, professional, fair in price and accommodation and quick with follow-up. Great crew - good work and clean up. I'll be seeking Tony's services again this summer to finish the remaining roof re-papering that I couldn't quite afford last fall.

Description of Work: They were tied up with another job so it took a week or so for them to come out. Showed up on time for the roof inspection and it took only about 15mins. He told me there were several tiles out of place and cracked which he addressed and said he inspected the flashing around the vents, etc. but he didn't provide any pics ( everyone has cameras on their phones ). When he left he gave me some advice and was polite and courteous, but I did not receive any paperwork or invoice which outlined what service he performed and whether there was any guarantees. I assumed Angie's List would give me that as I paid directly to Angie's, but so far have no documentation whatsoever.

Description of Work: We had a good experience with Great Western Roofing. Tony the owner answered our many questions and was available by phone/text/email. We had old shingles removed by a tear-down crew and new shingles installed. I found the company through an Angie's List coupon for a roof inspection. The installation crew was punctual, efficient, and cleaned up the perimeter of the house.

Description of Work: Great Western made an overall roof assessment and included repairs in two areas where we've had leaks. So far, the repairs seem to be holding. The representative was well informed and a good communicator. We would certainly consider using them in the future.

Description of Work: I had a roof tile replaced. Provider replaced the tile and inspected the rest of the roof for issues. He mentioned areas to watch and particularly an area where the solar panels were installed that may leak. He was very informative on what he was going to do and afterward what he had done. The job was completed in a timely matter and I am completely satisfied.

Description of Work: Vendor provided a roof maintenance inspection & repair. The work was performed quickly and needed repair work was completed during first visit. With the forecast of possible El Nino rainy season, we are wanting to be "roof-ready" to weather the storm. We received a good report on our existing roof, giving us confidence for the coming winter months.

Description of Work: This was an Angie's list promotion. I paid $99 on 8/27 for discounted service (normally $150(?)) and three dates were provided 8, 12, and 15 days after order placement. No follow up, no contact now nearing 6 weeks since order.

Description of Work: "had our tile roof checked in anticipation of El Nino.....He was on time, thorough and no additional services recommended or needed. Told me our roof was in excellent shape and only needed minor tightening and caulking. I strongly recommend them."

Description of Work: Tony Walker inspected my roof and describing its condition and areas to watch (that did not need repair at this time but may in five to ten years when the roof will need to be replaced). He showed me what needed to be done now. He is honest and I feel trustworthy. He told exactly what was needed (addition of gutters). He fixed minors problems with my roof at no charge. I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Tony came to our home twice for two different estimates both for a leak repair and then a re-roof. Both times I did not receive a quote within 10 days. Called Tony the first one and said he forgot. Still haven't received the second one after more than 3 weeks. Nice guy seems knowledgable but doesn't follow through. |

Description of Work: At my request they repaired a 300 square foot area that was experiencing leaks. They did not try to sell me more than I needed, even advising me that what I wanted may be too much (I insisted on the work because I am picky and wanted it perfect). Their work was high quality and timely. Tony Walker was very nice, honest and professional. I am a picky consumer and they earned a 10/10 from me. By the way, there were no leaks despite the heavy rains we just had.
