We offer a variety of Home Improvement services that are customized to each individual project. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work as well as our commitment to outstanding results. We look forward to building lasting relationships with our clients and guarantee your satisfaction! *Currently Bear Remodeling is only accepting Full Bath, Full Kitchens, and Multi-Room Remodels. The exception would be ADUS, additions and extensions and foundation to finish builds. ( We are sorry we do not remodel or update Mobile or modular homes) At BEAR Remodeling we have a Job Minimum* of $4,000 (we are a general contractor) (you may only need a handyman) No writing of insurance estimates we prefer to go after the claim is finished. No Modulars or Prefabricated jobs. We can only meet with the owners(no agents or rentals) We do not take jobs without permits as required by city code.
