Jorge came in accessed stain & went to work to clean carpet & chairs very professional. Third time I have had them always good service & very polite.

Jorge Clara was very responsive to our initial call returned our call immediately, gave us a very competitive quote & was on time for our appt. He called when he was on his way and did a thorough and honest job. was up front on all our questions.

On time & offered restoration at additional amount of $220 to 6 year old wall to wall carpet basic 3 rooms with hall way. Final result of cleaning carpet is fantastic old carpet looks like new again.

I have used JC Carpet for years. They took such great care of our carpet that we only replaced after the years! That's with 3 kids, pets & grandchild. They care as much for our new carpet as we do. They are on time, professional & do a wonderful job!

I had previously had JC Carpet and Upholstery clean my sofa and a chair. They immediately looked at the sofa and chair and told me what would come clean and what would not. I so appreciated their honesty. This showed me that they were honest people and wanted to meet my expectations. They did such a good job, I had them return to clean my carpeting. They suggested restoration cleaning on parts of the carpet that had started to look worn. My carpet was cleaned very well and the restoration made my carpets look brand new again. I plan on having them return whenever my carpet or furniture needs cleaning. They were prompt and respectful of my home. I highly recommend JC Carpet and Upholstery.

Jorge & Victor arrived at my home at the scheduled time. They both were very professional and started work on my couches right away. I am more than thrilled w/ the results. My couches have not looked this good in years. I am very pleased w/ Jorge this business. Great guy & great service!

Jorge Clara, owner of JC Carpet & Upholstery, arrived on time with an assistant. After good morning pleasantries, Jorge spoke with me about any areas of concern on the carpet and furniture. I had these areas marked with tape, so we were able to discuss the origins of each one, if I knew. I have cats, so Jorge checked their "favorite" spots with a device that measures moisture in the padding. Jorge pre-treated spots according to stain type. Jorge and assistant set up corner protectors on the walls so that hoses didn't rub and put on paper booties to keep working areas clean. They worked proficiently and professionally, and were done in about 3 hours, keeping me informed of their progress. Furniture feet were placed on small styrofoam blocks to protect the carpets. They left the work area clean. Of course, I would prefer lower costs but I don't hesitate to pay Jorge's fair and reasonable fees because he does the BEST job and is courteous, knowledgeable and honest. I have used Jorge Clara for the past few years, and will continue to do so. I highly recommend JC Carpet & Upholstery.

Very good.

They worked on my extremely dirty carpet. I bought a new home seven years ago and they did not put my carpet down properly so JC Carpet said they could fix my bumps and lumps. And they did! I plan on calling them back this week to clean an area rug, now that I have more money. They were very professional, by starting right away, wearing foot booties, and working fast, with no breaks. I highly recommend them.

JC Carpet & Upholstery did such a wonderful job. They called before they came and were right on time. They were professional and very respectful of our home. Our sofa and chair look like new even with having pet stains. They were very friendly and told me exactly what stains they thought would and would not come out. They were right on and I appreciated them telling me. We just put in new carpeting and as soon as we need it cleaned I am calling JC Carpet & Upholstery. I highly recommend them.

This provider would not even attempt to clean my carpets because we live on an Air Force base. They communicated to me that because it took them a long time to get on base one time (which I have never experienced in three years living here), and because the jobs on base are "usually small" that they would not even try to clean my carpets. I think it's a shame that they will not take any job they can get, especially for military families. I have a rather large house (we are in Officer housing) and they missed out on a pretty big job. I will say that they were prompt at responding to me when I contacted them. Disappointed.

Carpets look terrific now. Would use anytime and will recommend--you won't be disappointed. I am going to call him back to clean my tile and seal the grout in the Dinning Room & Entry way.

I was very worried because the furniture was 20 years old. I just knew it would be thread bear if it was cleaned. the tec came in and lo at the furniture, showed me some areas of concern and proceeded to clean. The furniture is beautiful. The areas of concerned turned out very good. I will be sure to call if I need any more done.

The service went very well and I was very happy. I liked their attention to detail. Considering the dirt and stains that I had they tried to identify what kind of stain it was before they took an approach on how to clean it. I had never seen that before.

I had a great experience with Jorge at J C Carpet. There was a problem with my phone and when Jorge arrived at my gate, on the dot at the agreed upon time, I did not get the call. Nevertheless, when I did get a hold of him after the phone issue was resolved, he adjusted his schedule so he could still take care of me that day. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. He gave me some options for cleaning my area rug and was very honest about costs. I will definitely use him again.

JC has cleaned our carpets and upholstery for more than 3 years. They recently came and cleaned our living room furniture and our area rugs. And the cleaning made a big difference. It removed stains and renewed the scotchguard protection. They are always on time, efficient, and courteous. We feel they provide a good value.
