My wife and I received nothing short of fantastic service from Jorge and his team! We've used them twice now in our home, and will never use anyone else again. Our carpets look brand new, but more importantly was the pleasant interaction we had with them on both occassions. We are now renting out our home and have moved out of the area but I'll be referring them to our tenants from here on out! Do yourself a favor and hire Jorge, you won't regret it!

Great. He scheduled me for the following day. And he was very quick and thorough. He even gave money saving care tips. As I mentioned before, he did not sell me his premium reconditioning service. He simply stated that his regular service should give great results, and that it would be all I needed. I realize I may have paid a little more, but he proves by his actions, that one "gets what you pay for", He is Diamond Certified, and I will use him every time. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants fast dependable service with no bs.

I have used Jorge and his team (Nick, in the past, as well as a new colleague, most recently) for various carpet and sofa/upholstery cleaning 3 times. Jorge and his new colleague arrived on time. Cleaning the carpets were as expected. Jorge utilizes phone/text messaging, email credit card receipts, as well as arrives on time, and wears branded uniforms, which is a welcome feautre for customers. I have been able to recommend Jorge's services and not one colleague is disappointed with the work completed.

Very easy to work with-had to change appt because of illness-which was no problem. The estimate able the phone was less than actual price. Good job. Carpets look great.
