+ 0 moreThey came out with samples and we were able to pick a carpet we both liked. Approx. 7 days later, the carpet came in and their crew came out and removed the old carpet & pad and installed the new in only 13 hrs. The job looks great!

+ 1 moreWe had a very satisfactory experience with Custom Carpets when we remodeled seven years ago. We have had NO problems whatsoever with the mid-price carpet, the vinyl, or the installation, so we went to them again this time for carpet and flooring for a two-room addition. Because our experience then was so good, we did not shop around at all this time. We were shopping for good value for our money, and that's what we got. Bryan, the sales rep was consistently professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and demonstrated the willingness to get it all right.When Ron, the vinyl installer came yesterday, he found that the baseboards cut by the contractor did not exactly fit. When the contractor's carpenter was shown the problem he basically pitched a fit, blaming the flooring people for the problem and telling us just to force the boards into position. This morning, the vinyl installer was back at the door at 8:00 AM with a saw, and cheerfully fixed the problem in a few minutes--way less time than the other carpenter spent yelling. This company is a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Warren Clark's Custom Carpet to anyone looking for carpet , flooring, or kitchen and bath remodels.

Our selection process was delayed by a family emergency, but we were able to pick up where we left off after a several week delay (on our part). The window treatments (Hunter Douglas) are very high quality & installed well. We would consider working with this company again if/when we change flooring in our house.
Description of Work: The professionals at Warren Clark's Custom Carpets measured & installed window treatments for 10 windows in our house. Our sales consultant, Bryan, worked with us over the course of several visits to select the most appropriate treatment for each window (almost all of them were different sizes), including coming by the house with samples of the fabrics chosen & to measure the windows. Installation was completed within 1 week of window treatments arriving at the store from being ordered. Bryan was very accommodating of our schedule, even stopping by after hours (7 pm) on a weeknight to deliver a small part that we needed.
