The repair itself was done very efficiently and well. I was very pleased with their ability to use the leftover planks I had to replace the damaged planks. The men were friendly but also punctual in doing the repair work. The floor looked great when it was complete. The only problems I had was trying to get through to them in the first place since they are subcontractors instead of employees of Warren Clarke's. I also needed a receipt for my payment and was not able to get one since the man didn't bring his paperwork with him and forgot to email it to me afterward. Overall though, I am very happy with the service provided.

They showed up on time and preformed the contracted services as per our written agreement. Prior to signing the contract they provided us with samples and helped us pick out the style and colors. I'd recommend Warren Clark Carpets.

The showroom was welcoming and we were working on a budget. The salesman we had (so sorry I can't remember his name) was very informative and not pushy. We actually ended up going with a carpet he had on clearance that matched what we were looking for. It was a higher quality product that we would normally not be able to afford, but since we were only doing one room, they had the material to cover the job. Scheduling the measuring appointment and the installation appointment was easy, and they were able to work with my limited availability. The installation workers were very friendly and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!

The fit and finish is very good and the angles line up perfectly with the lines of the room. The installer was very professional.

I needed to replace the carpet for our townhouse immediately. I only had one weekend to choose the carpet so I went to Angie's List and chose two vendors. Only one company called me back and it was Bryan from Warren Clark's Custom Carpets. We arrived in the showroom one hour before closing and told Bryan that we wanted to replace the carpet for our townhouse. He asked us a few questions and directed us to two types of carpet. After the store closed, he went to our townhouse, brought some samples, and took all of his measurements. He provided us with an estimate and approximate timeline for completion. After we decided to go with Warren Clark's Custom Carpets, he gave us a discount when I mentioned the deal on Angie's List. I admit that I didn't do any price comparison between carpet installers. However, in terms of a painless shopping experience it doesn't get any better than this. No muss or fuss. We chose the carpet and it was professionally installed in about two weeks. Their installation crew was punctual and professional.

We received a thorough explanation of the differences in the various products. The estimated and agreed to price was very reasonable. The installers were courteous and careful with our furniture and walls. We subsequently recommended this company to family and friends.

Warren did an overall professional job with one exception. Let's start with the positive...they were professional, knowledgeable, had a great show room and delivered on a tight deadline. Price was ok....they were not the cheapest but worked with our budget. The one negative is that when the carpet was brought out and extended in our driveway, an incredible amount of thick carpet fibers were released and not cleaned up. They were all over the street. Took me a while to sweep the mess up.

I actually tried to get Home Depot and Lowes to replace the flooring in one bedroom of my mom's house. After unresponsiveness and then outrageous prices, wait time and still requiring I "pick up" certain items because they use contractors I decided to turn to Angie's list. After a couple of month's of trying to work with the big 2, I found Warren Clark's in Upland. Went in and they showed me their selection....I chose within 5 mins. They came and measured the next day and flooring was in within a week and for $350 cheaper. Follow-up call also to make sure all was good. Excellent!!!

Mr. Clark came out to the job site to do the estimate on time no problem. However, I felt he rushed through the process because it was a SMALL job. His quote of $1900 was $300 higher than two other quotes I got so of course I went elsewhere. His quote was a written amount on a business card without specifying the kind of carpet or size or job site or anything. Not the kind of professional attitude I was expecting but then he probably did not really want the job since it was probably too SMALL for him.

Everything went very smooth, they moved all the furniture, tore out the old carpet and installed great new carpet. Very good job. I will hire again.
