The experience was fine.

It went very well! The date given is a Veery rough estimate, as I don't remember exactly the date

My air conditioner went out on an extremely hot day and since I couldn't contact the original company that did the installation, I contacted Steve's. After missing the promised time frame for the technician to arrive, I called them to inquire what the problem was. They had the wrong name but the correct address so don't no why that would be an excuse. A Technician showed up shortly, was very professional and found the problem immediately. He replaced the thermastat that was still under warranty from the orrigina installation. I contacted the company that did the installation of the unit and was informed that Steve could have given me credit for the new thermostat and returned it to the manufacturer. I contacted Steve and must have got him on a bad day as he seemed very agitated and argued he could not honor the warranty because another company installed it and it was not the same manufacturer. Even if he couldn't accomodate my request, I feel he could have been more professional and customer oriented and not so much on the defense.

Job completed as quoted when scheduled. Systems seems to be working great!

Steve was proffesional from the start. He came to my home and gave me an estimate for the work and told me the best way to upgrade my system. His technicians came out and installed the system without a problem. They cleaned up the area and I have had no problems with the system since that time. One thing that they did not do to my satisfaction was the wiring was old and did not have enough wires to controll the new unit so they had to run the wiring in the attic. They made some holes in the garage but had a drywall person come out and fix them.

They were good. I was very grateful. I don't recall how much I spent on their service but whatever it was, it was reasonable otherwise I would have remembered it. I would have been mad. I remember it was hot and I made up my mind and called them. They came and fixed it. I was happy and I paid them. They did a good job.

I am very please with them. He is very nice, efficient, don't add on charges.

Steve was very courteous and prompt on both the estimate and work to be done. He knows the business and did not try to sell me unnecessary items. I did my homework and knew what I was looking for. The crew was fast, clean and professional. I am very picky and would recommend them.

I ENJOYED WORKING WITH THEM. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND EXPLAINED THINGS. THEY MADE SURE THINGS WORKED BEFORE THEY LEFT. I WOULD SAY THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. I CALLED THEM BECAUSE THEY INSTALLED MY HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING. THEY HAD IT DONE WHEN THEY PROMISED. THEY WERE EFFICIENT, AND THEY LEFT ALL THE INFORMATION AND BROCHURES FOR ME. I'M PRETTY SURE THAT THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, YET EASY TO TALK TO. THEY DIDN'T USE A LOT OF INDUSTRY TERMINOLOGY. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING WELL.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO THE PROBLEM. PROFESSIONAL, REASONABLE, NEAT, AND VERY CLEAN.
