The plumber from Klaus arrived promptly and worked to repair the problem. He also did a complete inspection of the existing water heater and gave us an estimate of the cost to replace the lighting mechanism and the probable replacement time for the water heater given its age (18 years) and state. He also provided a comparable cost for replacing the water heater now that included an estimate for the potential savings in energy due to a more efficient appliance. We decided to do the replacement now. He ordered the water heater that afternoon at 4 from our house and arrived the next morning at 9 to install the new unit. He completed the work in 2 hours. The entire experience was professional and we would highly recommend this company.

The price given was what they charged. He was professional and did the job.

Mike took excellent notes about what I needed to have done, then gave me an exact price. We set up a date for him to return, which he did. He took most of the day to finish all the jobs. When he was finished, he took me on a tour of the work. It was all complete, professionally done, and cleaned up after. (He even cleaned the hard water stains off the back of my kitchen sink!) I was very pleased with the work, and have no leaks or problems with any of it since then (a few weeks ago). He charged me exactly what he had estimated, not a dime over.

Dave showed up 15 minutes before the scheduled time. He asked several questions so he could plan the job. He had to call in a second guy/truck. ("So the snake doesn't tear up your roof.") From start to finish was about an hour. They take credit cards, which also made it easy.

They were great, I really liked them. They were prompt, they were very nice, they were good at explaining things to me, they would let me ask questions and they were very professional.

What a wonderful experience!! We had been living with singing & rattling pipes for 3wks and finally we had enough of the noise. We called Klaus & Sons based on their great reviews and we were given an appointment for the very next day. Their office person even called back to confirm our address (we live in a newer house and our development doesn't always show up in mapping programs). We were told to expect our plumber between 12 & 2 and like clockwork, our plumber shows up on time!! Paul was so friendly and polite. We were very impressed with his professionalism and experience. He didn't mind us "hovering around" to see what he was doing. He patiently answered all of our questions and actually took every opportunity to explain to us what was going on with our pipes. THEN....what exceeded our expectations....Paul looked into a small leak coming from our shut-off valve. He jimmied the nut and reseated it on the valve.....and just like that it was fixed.

The only reason K&S does not get a perfect score is because this service call was to repair a problem caused by another K&S technician. The seller of our house had K&S replace the main gas line while we were in escrow, and the technician should have noticed the sprinkler line damage during that call. Still, the office did not give us any problem about fixing the problem at no cost even though we were not the original customer, the technician who did the repair was prompt, professional and courteous, and he went the extra mile to fix the garbage disposal leak at no cost. I would use K&S again, but be sure to inspect the work as soon as it is finished.

It went very well. There was always a live person answering the phone, I was able to talk to the man organizing the work, Jesse, in a timely manner every time I called. In other words, he called me back within a reasonable time. He started work on schedule, provided materials he specified, and the job was completed as promised, on time and on budget. The drywall person who came after he had finished replacing the bath, made a mess in the garden when washing his tools off. I called Jesse at Klaus and Sons to complain and he went to the site and cleaned the mess up the next day, after apologizing for the workmen's mistake. I would definitely call him again.

Perfect. Gene arrived within the time window promised by the dispatcher, he got to work directly and came to an immediate conclusion. After further investigation, he observed that there was evidence of mice that also might be causing the trouble. Gene replaced a fan capacitor, did some additional testing, observed his work, and made a few more suggestions.

They are very honest and always on time. They are a more popular company but they are still fair in cost and everything else. I actually told them that they are the best company around that does this type of work.

The technician was very thorough and even made a recommendation about fixing our attic fan. I had one small complaint; he said that he would see if the company would be willing to do that work for me but he didn't get back to me. I would use them again.

They came when they said they would. They did a very good job. They were timely, efficient, and professional.

The appointment time was between 10 & 12. He arrived at 10:30 and was done by 11:00. This same problem was "repaired" a year ago by a different company who took twice as long, made a huge mess (which he did clean up) and cost twice as much!!

I couldn't have asked for anything better, these people showed up on time and were very professional. They worked in a professional manner and kept the house, as clean as possible. It is a family business, as we met grandpa, dad, sons, nephews and uncles, all very friendly.

Technician arrived quickly, determined problem, and got our heater running again. He helped answer some questions I had which has led to improvements in my H/AC system. This company is highly professional. They know their stuff. They can be counted on.

Arrived on time and determined the problem and made the repair. Also cleaned up the mess made in the process of making the repair. Very professional and provided a guarantee.

THE PLUMBER ARRIVED AND GAVE SEVERAL OPTIONS AND PRICE ESTIMATES FOR PROVIDING GAS TO APPLIANCES ON A PATIO. I CHOSE TO DO MOST OF THE WORK MYSELF AND USED THE COMPANY TO MAKE THE FINAL CONNECTION AFTER THE GAS LINES WERE INSTALLED AND INSPECTED.

IT WAS GOOD. WE USE THEM ALL THE TIME. THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE AND DO THE WORK THAT WE NEED DONE. MAYBE MY STANDARDS ARE TOO HIGH, BUT THEY ARE GOOD. I USE THEM ALL THE TIME.

I'VE USED THEM FOR YEARS AND THEY'VE ALWAYS BEEN VERY GOOD. THEIR WORKERS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN EFFICIENT, POLITE AND THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK. SOMETIMES IT'S ONE PERSON AND SOMETIMES IT'S ANOTHER.

HAD MANY SKILLED WORKERS ON SITE. THEY VERY NICE, HELPFUL, AND CLEAN. PROVIDED GREAT POINTERS ON WHEN AND HOW TO CHANGE FILTER. GOT US THE BEST DEAL POSSIBLE.
