Description of Work: Dan came to give an estimate on new HVAC system. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He did not seem in a rush to leave (Which was great). He provided an estimate through email in a timely matter and answered all questions I had.

Description of Work: I have used Klaus and Sons many times over the past 5 years. I found them after a particularly bad experience with another plumber that had advertised on TV. The other plumber woudn't give me an estimate without me paying a fee and then the estimate was so high that there was no way I could use them. A friend recommended Klaus and Sons and they came out right away, gave me a free and fair estimate and completed the work without any problems. I have used them ever since for clogged drains, garbage disposal replacement, and to repair problems with our heating system. They have always been quick to respond, their service technicians are knowledgeable and helpful, and their prices are fair.

Description of Work: We had a backed up kitchen sink on Thanksgiving morning. We had called another plumber who was unable to unclog our drain, so we called Klaus and Sons since we had used them to install some new toilets and fixtures in our house, and had a good experience with them. We had one of the techs that came to our home the first time and he arrived promptly at the beginning of the appointment time window they gave me. He was very professional and extremely friendly and polite. He got the job done well and in a reasonable period of time. We had received a repeat customer coupon in the mail for $25 off our next service, so we got a discount which I appreciated. I will definitely always use this business for our Plumbing and HVAC needs. I have recommended them to anyone who asks me if I know of a good Plumbing Company and they have all raved about them.
