Love the windows. Fast and easy. Pretty expensive. Gave them a 4 because the screens do not fit correctly, and I am on the second set of screens. I'm not happy with the way the screens attach either. I would be sure to ask ask the screens when you make your purchase.

I was quoted higher than the work performed. Now Im stuck in a pymt that could be lower and they didnt perform the stucco aspect of the job. Does that seem fair?

I have been asking for a warranty that they said they would give us, however I have not got it yet. The first time I told them to come check on the lock, they forgot about the appointment. What I don't like about what they did to the window, when the removed the window they didn't clean the frames he just put the new windows in. I feel they should of cleaned out the dirt and dust from frame.

They didn't have sufficient follow up once the windows were installed. I had to call them in order to get my final paperwork to sent in for my city of Riverside Utilities Rebate. Never put up a sign like they said they would to let my neighbors know who did my windows.
