Great prompt and professional service

Luis was our installer and did a great job on installing the new windows, as well there was some wood damage which he fixed. One window was the wrong size he contacted the office and was out the next day to remove and put in the new window. I highly recommend Vinal Windows and Luis to install them.

I had a fantastic experience. Most of my windows were custom sized and installed without a hitch. Im blown away by the difference they make in my home. The windows we got make my home significantly brighter AND they let in less heat than our old windows. Scheduling was easy and the team was very professional. Good people.

I like their aluminum frame vinyl windows - looks great.

I would have rated them a much lower star but it did not allow me to. Unprofessional from top to bottom. No courtesy call to let me know one of my widows will be available when installation begins. Did not call me to schedule appointment when window was available just showed up. To top it off, jewelry was missing from my bedroom. All my complaints have been addressed to Teresa but she was not much help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We had a few issues with the quality of the finished product from the company they contracted to do the install. But they quickly corrected the issues and provided great customer service
