They did exactly what they said they would do and did it very efficiently and professionally. It turned out better than I had expected. I would definitely use them again in the future.

It was easy to schedule the appt. We closed escrow the day before and they had a team available on the day after. After they arrived I spoke with the supervisor of the crew and we discussed how much they could clean in so many hours. We agreed to have them work for 3 hours.

Things would be broken or missing. They would never tell me I would just find things broken. I just felt like they would rush through the job and there was no level of care.

They did a good job. I think they did a better job the last time they came out (Same Company, different cleaning crew). Also I checked my records and noticed that I paid $180.00 dollars back in Oct, 2007, so their price went up by $50.00 dollars. When I called the company to ask if their prices had gone up? They did call back, but really never gave a good explanation of why the price difference, more of a "matter of fact" just the way it is, kind of answer. Would I use them again? Yes, but next time I would ask for any estimate then to just come out, think I would be charged the same price like last time.

I was told ahead of time that if they (workers) were not able to complete in an hours, that the quoted cost would go up, which it did. (Hey I wanted to make my wife happy so I just took the pain, you husbands out there will know what I mean).

Called them Thursday, had a great appointment the next day. They said they would show up between 2 -4 pm, $134/hour for 4 workers. They showed up right at 2pm, and started working. The team lead walked through the house with me, asking questions and suggesting things they could clean that I hadn't thought of. They asked about any exceptions, things I wished them to avoid. They even found stains I didn't know about, and cleaned those! They were very professional, very quick. I never had any worry about something being stolen, they were too busy working to steal a thing! I would use this service again, and I am considering having them come regularly. On the way out, the team lead pointed out that if I left a broom by the front door next time, they'd sweep the entry way of the house as well! Bottom line: Fair price, fantastic service, total professionalism. Add in the $20 coupon from Angie's list, and it just doesn't make sense to call another company!

It went very well. A dedicated team came into the house, each person had their own area of responsibility. Everything got cleaned in 2 hours.

THIS COMPANY IS EXCELLENT. THEY SEND PROFESSIONALS TO THE JOB WHICH MAKES IT NICE. I NEVER HAD TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING BEING STOLEN AND THE HOUSE WAS ALWAYS IMMACULATE WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.
