Description of Work: They cleaned my house once and the job was done ok but they did not bring their equipment and borrowed mine. I scheduled another cleaning for the following month but they never showed up. They contacted me 2 days later and said they forgot. Not very professional. The job was run by a young man of 19. Possibly the son of the owner?

Description of Work: they cleaned my house several times - but she became very inconsistent and she did not understand english - they were cleaning windows outside with a ladder and only one person with no one to help if she were to fall. I tried to explain i was hard of hearing and she did not understand what I was trying to tell her. Rebbecca said she understood English and she clearly did not understand what i was telling her about having someone on a ladder with out her being here. She would leave her worker here and leave and the worker did not understand what i was saying either. it was very frustrating, I hired someone else - and i can't remember the exact dates that Rebbecca was here - but she cleaned for me about 8 times I think... sorry I cant be more specific.

Description of Work: They did not bring their own cleaning supplies and did not tell me that was the case.Also....They needed a lot of direction and the crew leader did not follow instructions very well.

Description of Work: They cleaned the house fine but 45 mins into our appt they still hadn't arrived. I called and no answer so I emailed and she responded fast. They blamed it on traffic but they still didn't show up for another 2-3 hours. When they arrived they were also out of cleaning products so one of them had to do a Target run. Sorry, but won't be using them again.

Already spoke to the owner at length asking them if they do certain things and he responded "of course" to everything. Needless to say 4 women cleaned for about 1 1/4 hours and there was my 8 hours of cleaning.

Description of Work: On 7/12, I purchased a 'deal' for 4 hours of house cleaning for $125 from Rebecca's House Cleaning Service (Houseclean-2129690-1). We made arrangements for them to come on 7/22 at 8:00 am - but they did not show up and they did not make any effort to contact me to let me know they wouldn't be coming. That evening they replied to my message asking what happened and they said they didn't have enough help to do all the work they had that day and that they couldn't contact me (no attempt was made to contact me). They offered apologies and a discount if I wanted to give them another chance, which I declined. I want someone I can depend on and who will communicate with me. They agreed they would refund the $125 that I prepaid for this service. On 7/30 I contacted them asking for confirmation that they issued a credit to my credit card; on the evening of 7/31 I heard from them saying they were unable to do it and that I needed to contact Angie's List for the refund. I respectfully request a full refund to my credit card immediately. This was my first - and my last - time purchasing a 'deal' from Angie's list - it has definitely not been a 'deal'. Thank you for your assistance with this issue. This has been a very disappointing and frustrating first experience with Angie's List.
