Description of Work: Set up my new monitor with my computer which is a desktop unit, and checked all connections to see if they were correct. Disconnected my old monitor, and placed it back in the box along with al of the cables that belonged to it. Not at all sure of the day they came.

Description of Work: I had a problem with transferring Outlook files from an old pc to a new one. In the process of researching the issue, they discovered I had transferred 23 viruses with the data. They removed the viruses, completely cleaned the system, installed Kaspersky anti-virus for me and discovered the problem with Outlook. All was done perfectly and they kept me updated on a daily basis as to the progress. They could not have been better to work with. Very satisfied with this group!!

 + -1 moreI spoke to Glen, owner of computer Guys, on the phone in October '12 about meeting with us to give us an estimate for new computers. He showed up on time and spent a considerable amount of time with us to determine our needs. We received the quote within 24 hours. The quote was more than reasonable - he has great prices and his onsite troubleshooting rate for future needs is reasonable as well. The installtion was set up for the following week. Once again, Glen showed up on time with all the needed hardware and software. He diligently worked between three work areas to complete all the new installs. We were on site to ask questions and received needed info about our new equipment. He answered all our questions and all the work was completed to our satisfaction. Since the install, we have made a few phone call to him to answer any further questions and he was always available for us. I have definitely found our new, reliable, effiicient, professional and permanent Computer Guy!!
Description of Work: Installation of three new computers including montiors and printers for our office. Installing all needed software, setting up wireless printers to work from computers and smart phones.
