Description of Work: A contractor that I had used before looked at a persistent leak on my water heater and said the whole thing needed to be replaced. I got a second opinion from Water Heaters Only, and they said a quick change of a coupling and a hose that they could do on the spot would fix it. They were right, and the heater has been working fine for a year with not a drop from the site of the former leak.

Description of Work: 1st visit - Installed a 70 gal Water Heater, existing water heater was busted |2nd visit - Installed a Pressure Regulator, pressure relief line leaked |3rd visit - Installed an Expansion Tank, pressure relief line still leaked | |The 3rd time was the charm. The Plumber was very courteous, friendly, clean, approachable and professional. However, the plumber, who was familiar with the water pressure of the area, should have known about the need to have an expansion tank installed on the 1st visit. |

Description of Work: Everything went well. The only red flag was the outside electrician that came to put in new outlet outside. I had a tankless water heater put in, and it required electrical work. The outlet installed was not covered, so I called to tell him it needed a cover. He was rude and hung up. A cover was put in place, but I am not sure it was the right kind. Unit did pass inspection.

Description of Work: Received quote over the phone, followed by a on site quote. Amount was within 100.00 of phone quote and was explained in detail. Basically, everything thing they said, they did. Excellent work, timing and left the area cleaner than when they started. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Go to site and tell me what the problem is within 15 seconds, which I think they could have done over the phone, because the problem was common to specific problem.

Description of Work: Water Heater was replaced in a timely fashion. The product and installation looked far better than what was there before. They added additional insulation to the piping to and from the unit and left the work area clean.

Thomas inspected my ancient water heater and gave me a detailed estimate for the new water heater as well as a couple of plumbing issues that had to be taken care of with the installation. He came back out for the installation and did a great job, including answering all of my questions. He paid attention to the details and was a real pro. Thanks!

Description of Work: Removed old water heater from laundry room. Capped off lines. Put new lines under home (raised foundation) and installed it outside in protected patio area. I filled this out from memory as to dates and cost as I am not at home currently to do this--but I was very pleased with the whole job. I recommend them.

Description of Work: They said they did not have the size water heater I needed, so they could not help me. I could not believe that was their response! Would not even help further! Also their website listed 4-5 brands of water heaters, they only carry one brand! No wonder they could not provide the correct size, even though the brand they carry has one. Poor customer service. Went to Home Depot, no problem.

Description of Work: Spoke to Angie's list rep Kyle Etter who found a company who could perform the task I needed for a $29.00 deal. After the purchase a man telephoned me, from the company and said it "should" have been a $79.00 purchase. plus parts and labor. Not what I had in mind and could afford. Now I see you have some disclaimer that you don't have to return my money for 30 days. All I wanted was to have my water heater electrical wires attached to the wall plug. I've had no hot water for four months and your going to keep my money? Maybe a good reason not to use Angie's List again. Diane Schwind
