Description of Work: Good company worth nice installer but I thought price for install was a pretty high being that the unit was installed on the exact other side of wall from replaced water heater and only 6 ft of copper had to be run through the wall.

Description of Work: Order Number: 2313918 Ordered On: September 29, 2015 Payment Info: Credit Card was charged $150.00 Item: $150 for $300 Toward Water Heater Replacements Price: $150.00 Qty: 1 Total: $150.00 I got a quote on site from these guys. First of all Dave said the water heater would be on the truck when the plumber arrived. Which was not the case. Then he gave me a quote for $1500, About 30 minutes later he texted us and said the quote was incorrect and it was gonna be $300 more. I believe they realized at that point I had a coupon and were trying to recover that money! I am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with this. Especially since I just signed up for angieslist and this was my first experience. Not good.

Description of Work: Changed the thermocouple. They were able to schedule someone to come out the next day. Tech called me and let me know when he would be at my house so that I didn't have to sit and wait all day. He was there right when he said he would be. Met my expectations.

Description of Work: I was told by one staff that they wouldn't provide service to the heaters that are over ten years old according to their policy. And my heater is 13 years old. Therefore, they suggested me get a new heater and they would do the replacement for me. Otherwise I should get the refund from Angies List. I appreciate their candid advice.

Description of Work: They installed a new water heater and removed the old leaking one. I feel that the price was too high: it included a $100 permit/inspection which was never filed with the city. I had to perform part of the installation (carpentry) myself.
