Description of Work: Our old water heater was streaming water down the outside of the case. Water Heaters Only came in less than 3 hours, replaced the failing unit and took the old one away. Very little muss, no fuss. The plumber was very efficient and friendly. We were very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: Water Heaters Only provided quick and efficient work. There was confusion with using an Angie's list coupon, but in the end worked out. | |The thermocouple on our water heater wore out and we were unable to light our pilot light. We purchased a $79 coupon from Water Heaters Only for a $125 worth of repair which I mentioned when I called them to come out the next day. I told the technician what I thought was wrong with the unit and that it shouldn't be a big job. After a bit of back-and-forth the technician admitted that it was indeed our thermocouple that was out. He replaced it in 30 min. I mentioned the Angies List coupon again to him and he claimed that the service would be $80 in additional and that the coupon only covered the service call (just showing up and determining the problem). I called his supervisor and discussed the issue with them. They admitted that the terms on their offers could be a bit more clear and ended up only charging $40 additional.

Description of Work: OK, this is ancient history, but I am still impressed by Water Heaters Only. After using them to install a few 100 gal. commercial water heaters in apartment complexes, I had them install my own 50 gal. heater on July 23, 1996. After about 3 years, I was seeing little white granules in my hot water, and phoned them about it. A plastic rod was disintegrating inside. To my amazement, WHO came out in January 1999 and completely replaced my water heater with a new one for free, under their own service warranty. Good for them! I am still using that particular 1999 water heater, and I still remember them. Heck yes, I would use them again.

Description of Work: Adjusted the pilot and ignition on the water heater and everything worked fine afterwards. I was impressed how they looked after your best interest and didn't try to sell me a new water heater.
