I am pleased with their service, professionalism and punctuality . However, they are probably 15%-20% more expensive than a good plumber to do the same job. Water heater is all these guys do.

My name is Leslie Rothenberg. Tony installed a Bradford White water heater on 6/4/18 (invoice #97307). The price was reasonable, the installation was done at the time promised (actually a bit earlier) in a very professional manner, Tony couldn't have been nicer and more helpful, and our old water heater was hauled away. I used an Angie's List coupon to get a 5% (maximum $50) discount.

Water Heaters Only is amazing! From start to finish David was professional and courteous and walked me through my options including working eveything out with my homeowners warranty. Not only did I get same day service, but David did a really good job with the installation being less than 2 hours! I would highly recommend David and Water Heaters Only! Big thumbs up for these guys!!!!

Next day service was fast. Tony was very courteous and had the required new tank in the van. It's nice to have the job done right.

It went well, in terms of the responsiveness and work. The cost was a bit more than the average range even though I did use a coupon. But considering the quality of work, quality of product and pleasant crew sent to my place, I am very satisfied with the service.

I called Water Heaters Only on a Thursday, the following Tuesday I met them on site for an estimate. The price was amazing for the NRC111 model and they were able to install the unit that day! Mike explained how the unit would work and what the EnergyStar rating would be for that unit. He also explained what coupons I might be able to get to save some money - which I did and I was able to get a rebate from SoCal. Mike and Mario did an amazing job with the install. The way they piped the unit and insulated the pipes was very clean. I couldn't have asked for better quality service then what I received from Water Heaters Only. My old water heater started to leak bad and I felt that it was time to replace the unit. I called Water Heaters Only and the process from start to end was great. Customer service over the phone was cordial and professional. The two reps, Mike and Mario that came to look at the old unit were also professional. They were knowledgable and educated me as much as possible on a tankless option. I immediately felt comfortable working with them and decided to move forward with the installation/replacement. The process only took a few hours. Unfortunately, the leak has caused damage to the adjacent drywall and living room floor that I need to remedy next but I now have a brand spankin' new tankless unit!

The work was done promptly, professionally and with great courtesy. They asked all the right questions and made all the necessary assessments before starting the work. I wish the cost was a few hundred less but if this unit lasts more than 15 years (like the original water heater did) then the extra money was more than worth it.

What a great outfit. Scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Mike and Mario arrived on time, assessed the situation, answered all my questions, and gave me reasonable estimates for both jobs. From the very first phone call to the final install, this company is nothing short of A+. The initial phone call was answered immediately and all my questions were answered. They are ready to install your new water heater within 24 hours of your initial phone call. Mike was our service technician, who calls before arriving at your home with a time that he will be there. We were scheduled for noon and he showed up at 11:58...impressive, given the traffic conditions in LA on a Friday. We live in a 3 story townhouse with the water heater on the top floor. Mike accessed the situation, which was very tricky, given the stairs and angles that the heaters needed to be maneuvered. He did warn that there might be some water leakage with taking out the old heater. We also had brand new hardwood flooring on the first 2 levels that we were somewhat concerned about. All I can say is that they did a phenomenal job with a difficult situation! The job was done in less then 2 hours and EVERYTHING was perfect. I got an awesome Noritz brand new tankless water heater installed. Mike from Water heaters only did an awesome job with the installation. He was extremely knowledgeable made it easier for me to choose what I need for a new water heater. The installation was clean and nicely done. I had called the night before and they gave me a time window for the next day. They also called me prior to arrival so I knew when they would arrive. They arrived timely and the technician, Dave, was very professional and went over the paperwork and explained everything. It took only 2 hours for the work to be completed and have the old water heater removed. I am very pleased with the work they did and the manner in which they did it.

Well, my goodness, what an easy company to work with! I noticed my water heater was leaking, so I called the number at 8pm on a Sunday. The receptionist answered immediately and got me an appointment the following day. I asked them to call me when they were 20 minutes away, and they did exactly that, so I was able to meet them at my house. He inspected my (15-year-old!) water heater, confirming it did indeed need to be replaced, and got to work immediately. Tony was wonderful, professional, and other nice adjectives. I went back to work, and he stayed and installed the water heater and closed my gate on his way out, sending me a picture of the new water heater when he was done. TL;DR: I called and had a new water heater installed within 24 hours for a good price. This couldn't possibly have gone better! Thank you!

The technician, Tony, did a great job. He was friendly and professional, and promptly installed my new water heater. My old water heater had failed the day before and flooded my basement, and they were able to come the next day to replace the water heater and get my hot water back online. Perfect. The service man, Mike Cohen, clearly knew what he was doing. He explained why the installed heater needed to be replaced; actually, I have some experience in these matters and had thought that the 10-year old heater needed to be replaced. Mr. Cohen had a replacement in his van and he replaced the old heater in about 1-1/2 hours: no muss, no fuss. I didn't dicker price because I had done some prior research. The price was competitive.

They claim same day service. But clearly that’s a lie. They said they’d come out on Tuesday.

The only way to go for a water heater. This co is responsive, reliable, economical, and easy to work with. They know what they are doing so there is little need for concern about the best way to achieve satisfactory results. Highish recommendation.

Tony came out and did a great job taking away my old leaking 50gal gas water heater and replacing it with a new one.

Tony showed up early in the 2 hour window and assessed the problem. We determined that the unit did need to be replaced... it was 25 years old. Tony removed the old one, cleaned and prepared the area, then added the new code required straps and grounding. He installed the new unit a quality Bradford White model adding all new piping for water and gas. Overall, I am very happy with the price and service, especially, Tony.

Tony came by on time and he gave me assessment of tankless heater vs regular heater. I decided to go with regular water heater with tank. He was very nice and knowledgeable, and informed me every step of the process which made me very comfortable. In an hour and half, I got nice hot shower! And I forgot to use coupon from Angies list and called the company. They immediately followed up and gave me $50 chargeback. They were very nice. I would recommend the company and Tony if anybody has need for water heater.
