When I called to set up an appointment they were extremely helpful and very friendly. The tech arrived for the installation and was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Water heaters are what they do and they do a really professional job. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Our water heater was rusted out pretty bad so we knew we had to do something. We had been talking to a few contractors about replacing our old school tank with a tankless and then we had Mike from Water Heaters Only come by. He is very personable, professional and genuinely knows what he is talking about. He showed pictures of previous tankless water heaters he personally has installed and they looked great. Water Heaters Only price made sense so we went ahead and hired Mike to come back the following day and do the install. He showed up the next day with everything he needed and was ready to rock! It took him just a few hours to complete and he did a bang up job. Our install looks just as good as the the pictures he showed me the day before. He is a really cool guy who knows what he's doing but also is sensitive to listening to his clients. We discussed the placement of some of he copper tubing that needed to be placed and it turned out great! As I found out by chatting with him on the job Mike's been a plumber for over 25 years. He went above and beyond and secured a few pipes that had a consistent water hammer. He left the job site clean and the unit is, so far, is working perfectly.

The worker was efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant, and worked quickly and cleanly. We are repeat customers with this business, and highly recommend them.

The work was performed by the Riverside office. I called at 7:15am from work and let them know we had leaking heater at my house. They arranged that they would call 45 minutes before they would be there to give me time to get home from work. They called before 9:00 am and the work was done by 11:00am! By the time I got there, the installer was there and ready to go to work. Aaron did a great job. Very efficient, professional, and a nice guy. The price was at the top end of what was quoted over the phone, but, the responsiveness and quality was worth it to me. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a water heater ASAP.

Mike was on time, pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions and didn't even complain that there was a flight of stairs to go up/down. The install went quickly. I was happy with the result. ( Note: the approximate cost listed was on top of the Angie's list coupon.)

The plumber showed up on time and was courteous. The only issue that I had was I was told over the phone the repairs would be between a certain price and it ended up being $200 more once the plumber showed up. Overall the work was completed and i am happy with the service.

Their service was excellent on all counts. The price of 50 gal water heaters from retailers ranged from about $500 to over $900. I took advantage of Angie's coupon and saved $150. But even without the coupon I strongly recommend them and would use them again if I need water heater. They were on time at a fair price with excellent attitude and service.

It was great. He came on time and with everything he needed. Took us from icy water to steaming showers in under an hour. The new unit is great and the price was competitive.

Found my water heater leaking on late Monday night. Did my homework and checked Yelp and Angies List and found Water Heaters Only, Inc with the most positive reviews. Even though it stated on their website that you can call 24 hours a day and are able to speak to a live water expert, I chose to call the next day in the morning. I made the call around 11:00 and was promised someone at my house between 12:00 and 3:00, and that the technician would call me to let me know he was on his way. I received the call around 11:50 by a gentleman whose name is Ron. He arrived at 12. He explained what needed to be done and gave me the estimate of what it would cost. I signed the ok/go forward contract and left Ron to his work. The job was completed in about 2 1/2 hours. My experience was great with Ron. He was prompt, very professional, very informative, has a great personality, and completed the job in a timely manner. He also cleaned up the area after he was done. I feel the price was reasonable and was able to use a discount/coupon from Angies List. So my overall experience with Water Heaters Only, Inc and Ron were great!. Yes, I will use them again in the future if needed.

This work was done at my rental property. Everything was fine and we have not had issues since.

We just bought home through a short sale after the home had been sitting idle for almost nine months. Finally ready to move in and no hot water. Water heater inoperable, and was facing prospects of new expense that I hadn't planned for. It was a Sunday morning, spoke to Dave and he got Fabien out there that afternoon and he was able to get everything operational.

They first came out to give an estimate on a new tank water heater and also for a tankless water heater. Fabian explained the pros and cons and costs of both. The tankless was quite a bit more than tank version, but when I added up all the additional costs for properly raising height of tank and enclosing it, etc., the tankless wasn't that far apart. I then had another company come out and give me an estimate, too. I felt they only had an interest in selling me the tank water heater, surprisingly, because the technician just gave me an estimate for that. Their estimate was much much higher, BUT that company brought up several aspects regarding high water pressure coming into the house that I wasn't aware of from "Water Heaters Only". So I called Fabian back to get more info about this. It did take a few days to finally connect and get my questions answered. After that Fabian came out and put in my new tankless water heater, PLUS a new water pressure regulator at the front of my house. He was very efficient, got rid of the old rusted tank, and everything works great!

The installer arrived on time, and completed all work quickly. He had a positive attitude and was very focused on the job. I thought the price for the job was excellent...it was almost exactly the same price I paid to have the old water heater installed 11 years ago by a different company. Two things I wish had gone a little differently on this latest job: (1) lay out a thick drop cloth and set all tools, materials, and new/old work pieces on the drop cloth rather than directly on the vinyl tile floor in my garage; (2) install the pressure relief drain line vertically on the wall rather than diagonally. For (1), I had clean-up and solder removal to do; for (2), I'll cut the line and reinstall it vertically. (I had marked the wall with a suggested location, but didn't imagine the installer would go so strictly according to the suggested location even if it meant the line would end up diagonal on the wall rather than vertical.) However, there's always follow-on work for the homeowner to do on any job, and all things considered, the water heater installation was done well, and that's what I said to the installer. Therefore, I would hire Water Heaters Only again.

I purchased a service titled "$79 for $125 Water Heater Service Repair". Repairman told me that the likely cause of my water heater shutting off was the dust accumulated around the intake vent. I went to grab my dust-buster but as I stood there with dustbuster in hand he insisted on using his shop vac. I thought he was being nice, but it turns out he was doing the vacuuming in order to charge me additional money. Apparently he wouldn't have been able to charge me extra for just turning the water heater off and on. The service was mis-labled as "$79 for $125 Water Heater Service Repair". It should have been more accurately labeled as "$79 up front and $46 at time of service to equal $125 Water Heater Service Repair". There's no way that 5 minutes of vacuuming should have cost $46 extra. For that reason I rated the price as 'F' and the professionalism and overall as 'C'.

It was OK - on the first visit the technician was punctual and helpful and quickly figured out what was wrong. He also called the manufacturer for me and told them what I needed to order before handing the phone to me to pay for the part. He came back the next day to install it after it arrived and was prompt and finished the job quickly. There were two issues with the job, however. First, the gas connection to the pilot wasn't tight enough and the water heater was leaking a small amount of gas, causing me to request a visit from the Gas Company late that evening after the Water Heaters Only tech left and after hours for them to send another one to fix it. After the Gas Company tech fixed the leak, he noted that the venting on the water heater didn't have sufficient drafting and he cited us with a safety issue. So we asked Water Heaters Only back to fix this issue the next day and they did (as well as they could). Aside from the obvious gas leak issue, the tech should have noted the vent issue during one of his first two visits, saving us the trouble and expense of having him come back a third time. Overall, I'm not entirely sure that the service we received was indicative of a company that specializes entirely in water heaters. It wasn't a bad experience, just not a good one. I do appreciate that they were able to fix the water heater rather than pushing me to buy a new one.

First, he removed the leaking water heater. Then he installed the new unit bringing it up to code. He added cross members on the studs and earthquake straps to protect the unit from falling in an earthquake. He added a pan under the unit in case it starts leaking again. He replaced the flex lines connecting the unit to the existing plumbing with insulated lines.

It went fantastic. It excellent all the way through. The price and the whole 9 yards were all perfect. Tony came out and he was fantastic. He did a great job. He brought the bracing and water heating strapping up to California code. The price was exactly what the price was quoted. I would recommend them and I would definitely use them again. I cannot say enough good words about this company.

I called "Water Heaters Only" and asked if I could set up an appointment to have my water heater replaced due to it leaking. This was on a Sunday. The person I spoke with asked if I wanted it repaired that day. I said yes. He advised, that a repair man would be at my residence in approximately two hours. The repair man (Ron Gautreau) arrived within the time period. He had all the necessary items to replace my water heater and left it better secured to the wall then he found it. He did and excellent job. THe job was completed in a timely manner. He transported to old water heater away and left my garage spotless. Very happy with "Water Heaters Only".

Mark was the technician that replaced the water heater at my house. His customer service was excellent and was at my place at the time he said he would be. Not only did he do any outstanding job, but was able to salvage the water from the old water heater in a container I had so I would be able to reuse since we are in this crazy drought. I would most definitely recommend Water heaters Only to all my friends. Thanks again Mark for your awesome customer service!

Im overall very happy with the work and service. There were two hiccups. I had called on a Friday afternoon asking for the first available appointment for the replacement. We scheduled for Sunday and exchanged all the relevant information and specifications but the technician showed up with the wrong size heater. He said he'd come back the next day with the right size and would call me with a time frame. He didnt call and surprised me the next morning. All turned out fine and he worked quickly and effectively.

Scheduling was challenging at first, but once we figured out a good day for the technician to come it was pretty smooth. He seemed very experienced and knowledgeable about water heaters in general and, more importantly, about the model he was working with and what it's most common issues were considering the age. Once the thermocouple was confirmed faulty, he promptly replaced it as he had brought one with him "just in case", which was great.

The handyman was professional, and prompt. I have 2 water heaters, and they inspected both. The 2nd one is older, and over due for a replacement, but still works. When it's gone, I'm calling these folks.

Tony showed up on time, took at look at the old water heater to make sure it needed to be replaced, and installed a new 40 gal Bradford White water heater all in one visit. The installation was professionally done, and the work area was left clean. My management company, Szabo Realty, will definitely use them whenever we need a new water heater.
