4/7/16: Derek gave me an estimate to replace our broken water heater. He was professional and also gave me some options to decide on. 4/8/16: Called back to schedule the work, and spoke to Mathew but never got a call back... Neither Dave Sevits, Matthew, nor Derek called back to follow-up.

Great job! Punctual, extremely nice to deal with, worked hard, but got the job done in a totally reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend.

That one didn't go all that well, it wasn't really completely resolve though I don't know the first installation I mean it look clean and everything and it started with and it started leaking again quiet a bit and it turns out they did send someone out to fix the thing that leak in another location they fix that but then I also noticed that couple of things weren't hooked up correctly they left the check valve out and the way they, they didn't connect up the re circulation pump right so I need to still pursue that and get someone to fix it they don't seem to understand the problem and its hard to contact them the one plumber that they sent out gave me his email so I sent him a downloaded installation manual from a website and I pointed out where I think things were wrong and why I am getting warm water in the cold water side and why that the circulation pump doesn't work the way it's design so anyway they never go back to me so I might just call Norits that's the company that were over here that put in but I just have been busy I haven't had the chance to track it down yet. anyway I paid a quiet a bit for that thing like five grand for a water heater and it wasn't install correctly its the bottom line. but the original problem was the leak and I didn't smell it my girlfriend smell it when she was over one night apparently I cant smell that gas that well they guy came out he red tag the place he thought that it was really dangerous that place could have been blown up. Even the gas guy came out and inspect after the work was done the first time and said everything seem to be sealed up and that there is no leak and then after a month later one of the other line that goes into the gas through the roof to the water heater was leaking so all in all there was three places that end leaking gas in that installation but they are all fix now I have a gas monitor in there that will set off an audible alarm if it detects you know the gas so that's fix but the other thing they didn't tell me right out of the gate was I would need to increase the meter to get the proper gas flow to that water heater that was something the gas company guy pointed out so I did it and had that upgraded so there is enough gas so it wouldn't be starved trying to heat up the water but some of the other funny things that I have noticed like the ever since it was installed we would get hot water in the cold water lines when the re circulation pump is running and that's because if you look at the installation manual they should have put its what they call check valve it prevents the water from flowing the wrong direction and that is what happening is a hot water ends flowing into the cold water side if I have re circulation pump running, the re circulation pump itself which the function is that to just keep the water going through the line so when you turn on the [09:00] you not water for it to, to warm up the down side is you wasting energy warming the water so they haven't set up the re circulation pump only kicks on when the water is detected to fallen below certain level like the reservoir inside the tank less water heater, if that thing controls by the water heater itself that something leads to come out and that is to turn on and off the lead way that turns on and off the re circulation pump.

They were fantastic. Our water heater stopped working and we weren't sure if it need repairs or replacement. I called them at 8:30am and they gave me a window of 9:00am to noon that day. They called at 9:30 to tell me they'd be there in a half hour. Fabian Showed up right on time at 10:00. He was very friendly and professional. He checked and saw the pilot light was out. Most likely, the gardners bumped the gas meter and set off the earthquake shut off valve. He showed me how to rest it and how to relight the pilot, so I could take care of it myself next time. I know nothing about water heaters and they could've easily told me parts needed to be replaced and run up the bill. I totally trust this company and would use them again. Highly recommend!

My hot water heater was giving me problems. After multiple calls to the water heater warranty company and several other repair companies, I came to the conclusion that it would be best to replace my water heater (vs. repairing it). Tony (the tech) came out on-time only to find out it was a simple repair and it wasn't necessary to replace the unit. Needless to say they are great and super honest! What I thought would be a $1000+ repair, ended up only costing $65. I highly recommend and will be using them again in the future. Thanks Tony & Water Heaters Only!

I called Water Heater Only at 7am Wednesday morning after discovering late Tuesday night I had no hot water and a leaking system, the gentleman on the phone asked me a series of questions related to my current water heater, such as you need to know what size it is in gallons, were its located, how easy or hard it is to get to. Also make sure to shut off the water and gas to the unit. Water heaters only website has videos to cover these questions. The schedule was for the Plumber to arrive between 10am and 12pm, he arrived about 1220pm. Here is a tip, make sure the area is clear around your unit as it makes the job go quicker. The Plumber was very friendly and courteous, he had the replacement unit with him and was ready to go once I agreed to the price and signed. Two hours later the new unit was in and my daughter could take a shower and I was back at work, my wife believes Im a hero for getting the unit replaced in less than 24 hours. Fabian with Water Heaters Only came out for the initial meeting and quote. It was a really good choice to go with Water Heaters Only. It was a lot of work to install the new tankless, do all the plumbing for the new system, and also remove our old water heater and remove the old plumbing. Fabian was there when we were getting a whole new HVAC system installed as well, so he worked very well with the crews that were there that day. Our overall experience was great, and we are extremely satisfied with our new tankless water heater. Works great, water heats up pretty quick, and it is nice to know that the hot water is endless, great when you have 3 bathrooms like we do. Their pricing was good, actually slightly under what we thought the overall cost would be, so we are very pleased.

This was a $150 big deal purchase. I am most likely going to be in a dispute with them because they installed it incorrectly and sold me on something that was not appropriate for my house. They were supposed to come out to fix the problem two months ago but have not done it. It has been a disaster and a gouge in my pocketbook. The tankless water heater does not work. I spent $2,100 on a water heater and have not had hot water for two months. I have been told that the water heater is inappropriate for my house and was installed incorrectly. It was far too expensive. I can't use them to even replace it because they won't install something that I want. They only have two models because they are a contractor for a specific company. So they won't put in any models that are not from their supplier. I guess they were professional. One of my main concerns is the guy who came out to do the work, I never would have had him put on the tankless water heater had he not just straight up lied. The tankless water heater apparently does not engage unless you are running 1/2 gallon a minute which is substantially more than I use. My gas bill has pretty much stayed the same but my water bill has increased, like, 3,000 percent. We are wasting so much water. When I asked them originally whether it would work with the amount of water I used his exact words were I would be very happy with this. I feel like I got an expensive bait and switch that does not work.

Service was done professionally and quickly. Would recommend them, my only issue was the total price of the heater and installation seemed a bit high. Using an angles list coupon helped, but the price would have been even better at 100-200 less.

They did a terrific job at a very competitive price. They could have taken some shortcuts and used some old fittings but instead decided to update a lot of the fittings. The water heater has been great for over six months. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

The whole thing was ridiculous. They made two trips in a month and after that the water heater failed again. Then I got somebody that fixed our problem but at a huge cost. I could have almost covered the cost of a new water heater with what I spent. On any plumbing work I have done in the future it will be based on a price per hour otherwise they come and charge an outrageous amount and are done in 20 minutes.

They came out and replaced our leaking hot water heater on a Sunday morning. What a relief! Excellent service. Hauled away the old one too.

They charged me $2000. They went ahead and gave me $300 off. I thought that was awfully high. I don't want them back again.

Sunday installation went well. Installer communicated thoroughly throughout installation process. Answered all questions to my satisfaction. Closed cabinet, kitchen corner water heater location in my 1926 house is tight, and installer handled the close quarters easily and well. So far, six months following installation, there has been no interruption of hot water from the new water heater installed at the end of March by Water Heaters Only. My understanding is that Water Heaters Only services the equipment they install.

It went OK as far as the water heater is working but the work done was not entirely completed, I had to hire an handyman to complete the service as plenty of holes were left despite the high price tag. In comparison, I did another water heater with another company and paid only $1,000 for a better job.

Water heater went out, called home warranty insurance and Water Heaters Only agreed to come out at 3 pm and make the change. Ron was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Finished in 3 hours.

My partner wishes he would have been there on the day of install to help locate the unit in a less obtrusive location. It might have cost a bit more, but would have been worth it. The units are really good looking, but there is additional piping that needs consideration.

Everything was great. He was honest that we didn't need to replace the water heater. He got it to light. Wasn't going to charge us. Then, fixed the pipe from the wall to the water heater, and just took what we paid for the coupon. I'd use them again in a New York heart beat. Great guys. From the guy who spoke to me on the phone, to the repairman who showed up. Just terrific.
