I would not recommend them. I was very disappointed. It's run by two brothers and a sister because their father died and the young man came out. We were not getting cold water in any of our faucets. It would come out cold and then instantly it start getting warmish so I called them out and he just turned off the water heater and we know that wasn't the problem and then it turns out that the problems if you have single handle to turn the water on, if there's something wrong with one of those, let's say the whole house is just single handled and one of them has a problem it would affect all your faucets. The warm mixes with cold so he could tell us that but he didn't say what he should do about it. After I paid him and I read the invoice it said, "Turn on the cold water and it will stay cold. Turn the faucets on and it stays cold." No, it doesn't stay cold so my husband called the company and spoke to the other brother who said, "I'm surprised he didn't check check your faucets." My husband said I wouldn't have paid you $90 for nothing and he said they would make some adjustments but not much. As a result I would not call them again. He was rather sloppy. He wasn't careful with his dirty shoes because he walked in some dirt. The other thing that was kind of hysterical, I keep this little sugar free candies on my coffee table and we're standing there talking and he just reached down and helped himself. He didn't ask he just did it, I would have said sure.

I've waited nearly a year to submit this review to see how things worked after the installation. Everything is working great so far. They were friendly and understanding of our situation. They worked nearly all day, were neat and clean. They spilled some oil or something in the driveway, and they let me know about it, and they cleaned it up so there is no trace. They were also very helpful in diagnosing and fixing issues and substandard work that our previous contractor performed. I will definitely call them for all of my future plumbing needs.

They were very thorough, knew what they were doing, very honest, explained everything they were doing, and showed me a camera showing that the line was clear. A previous company had told me that the line needed completely replaced, but he showed me that it could be cleaned and didn't have to be replaced.

We knew there was a big problem when normal rooting didn't help at all. Found Foothill Plumbers on Angie's List and their reviews really got my attention. So happy that I called them. They came at exactly the time we agreed upon and did an incredible job. It entailed lots of effort with the camera and rooter to find where the stoppage was. They worked with my handyman to have him do the digging where the work would be done the next day, which saved me quite a bit of money. It was a two day job and was finished for exactly the price I was quoted before the work began. I am extremely happy not only with the speed of their work, but with their professional manner and wonderful communication. I have found the plumbing company I will use for this point forward and who I will recommend to my friends as well!

I found this service on Angie's list, of course-they were not the first I called, as they did not have the highest numbers of reviews-BUT THEY WERE THE FIRST SERVICE TO HAVE A LIVE PERSON ANSWER THE PHONE! I understand the need for answering machines/e-mail/texting in the busy world we live in now, but I know there is no substitute for what has been the gold standard for human communication for at least the past 200,000 years-real time, voice to voice communication. Miranda took my call, listened to my needs, arranged to have a plumber come to my house when it was convenient for me. The plumber, Jessie, showed up on time, was very courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, experienced-did the jobs lickety-split, did not try to sell me something I didn't need, checked the work to make sure it was working properly (which led to the discovery of another problem not related to his work, but would have resulted in another service call from me down the line, and a probable headache to boot.) He took care of that problem too! Reasonable charge, plumbing problems solved, pleasant interaction, very efficient-what more could you ask for?

Arrived late, but did a good job. Was able to use replacement parts that he had in his truck, so did the job quickly.

They do a good job. He was responsive and the quality of his work is good.

Mike was very professional, neat & tidy. He quoted a price before he began the repair. The bill was actually a little lower (if you can imagine that). He is now our "go-to" plumber!

Our hot water heater stopped working New Year's day at about 6pm. I called Foothill Plumbing and although they would have come out at that time they would have charged $250 minimum and Michael explained that he thought it would be much less if we could wait until morning. He set a time of between 8am-10am. His employees, Jesse and Brian, arrived at 8:30am. Jesse explained the problem and quoted a price and I agreed to the work. While Brian went to their vehicle for the parts I asked Jesse if they could also fix a water valve to our pool,quoted a price and I agreed. The work was done in about 45min- 1hour. Jesse and Brian were professional and I was very grateful to have them arrive early and work quickly so that I could get to a dental appointment on time. Thanks gentlemen of Foothill Plumbing!

The staff at Foothill, Brandon in particular, were professional, knowledgable, prompt, efficient and friendly. Services were provided in two days! Most of the work was done under the house, so I can't give details, but I I'll tell you that the plumbers were as tidy as could be, and along the process I was shown what was being done. While the job was far more than I expects, I feel the cost was reasonable...it was a lot of work! I would absolutely use them again. An added bonus is that they are located in my neighborhood.

Replaced water heater, Excellent service

Brandon was my service tech and he did an amazing job. He was on time, he listen very well to what I needed, he was a great troubleshooter, and has a great eye for quality work. I highly recommend this company.

Mike and his staff were exceptional and responsive. Original call was to repair a leaking main under my house. When Mike surveyed the situation, is seems that it had been leaking for quite a while major repairs were needed. Mike showed me the pictures of what my old galvanized pipes looked like under the house. From what I could see, they were completely covered with oxidation and Mike's thought was that additional leaks would pop up. Best I can tell, they were probably at least 40 years old so I asked for a quote to re-pipe the house. Quote was fair so we agreed to move forward. Team showed up as scheduled and had the job completed in 4 days as promised. They redid a couple of areas as part of the job that while not required, we certainly welcome. Two weeks later, I had to replace a toilet which I did myself and Murphy's law raised it's head and I started having backups with my drains. Mike came out the next morning and cleaned out the drain pipe to my septic system and all is working perfectly now. Mike, Brandon and the entire staff are conscientious, polite, responsive and thorough. I will be using them for additional work as well as the change out to a tankless water heater shortly.

Our 9 unit Condo Association shares water using two commercial size water heaters. One of the water heaters was old and in need of replacement. I called several plumbing companies on Angie's List and received the best price for parts and labor from Foothill. They completed the job within a couple of days of and the owner and crew were all very professional. I would definitely hire them again for any plumbing need.

Excellent. They were on time, worked hard, finished the job in the time expected and were right on the price estimate. This is the 2nd time in as many months that I have used Foothill Plumbing and now have them on my speed dial for emergencies and any future work. I like these guys!

Foothill Plumbing had come out a month before to an emergency call regarding a leaking pipe in our yard. After the repair I requested a quote for some other plumbing work we had lined up to do in the future. I was clear that this would not be projects we would be handling in the near future, but wanted an idea of cost. After I received the quote, I received a call that Mike would come out and just do the smallest job on our list - hooking up our ice maker. Mike knew we were expecting our first child and what a convenience it would be to have the ice maker up and running. It has been wonderful and we are very appreciative of Foothill Plumbing's consideration. The quote exactly matched the billed work. I will call on Foothill Plumbing when we are ready to finish our Plumbing To Do List!

They came on an emergency basis which was a big help. Very nice to work with. Worked quickly to make it a one-day job instead of two. Cleaned up after finishing - all on the hottest day of the year! Price was fair for the work - the heater was more than we hoped to pay.

MOST EXCELLENT...Called at 8AM to setup appointment between 1 and 3 PM. Tech arrived at 2 PM but called first as requested. Repair time was about 30 minutes and cost less than I had anticipated. I would use these guys again. Also..I called the previous evening to see if I could leave a message to get a jump on the appointments for the next day.....and at 8:30 PM these guys answered the phone...good resource for after hours plumbing emergencies..

Responded very quickly. Provided the assistance needed.
