Description of Work: Foothill replaced cast iron pipes with copper, added a new faucet in a bathroom, and replaced the water heater. The quality of work was generally pretty good. You might want to install any new vanities yourself. I had one that needed shimmed. They didn't so there is now a gap between it and the wall.

Description of Work: They were extremely personable and contacted me telling me they were running behind. They called every hour with an update. Our plumbing is old and they put in a new cartridge in the shower. When I called them the water would not shut off; when they left he said the shower head would still leak, and it did. Also, there was now a leak at the faucet. He did repair my toilet by putting in new inserts to stop the water from shooting up in the tank every time we flushed. He turned off the water to the toilet because he said it wouldn't stop running. When he left I found the new toilet flapper on the desk by the front door. I installed that and the toilet now works. I also asked him to replace the on/off handles on two outside faucets and he said he couldn't. | |I'm sure he must have been in a rush as he kept extending his arrival time, but he didn't complete all tasks. | |The plumber and his apprentice couldn't have been nicer.
