It went great! I called last minute and the ladies were on time, very nice, and did a great job! I have tried 3 other cleaning services and this is the first one I've been completely happy with. I am having them come on a regular basis now - it was that good! Everything was sparkling clean!

Cleaned wood floors, kitchen, bathrooms, dusted. The housecleaner did a thorough job. However, she was here for 6+ hours. We only had her clean 2 of the bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. We had to reschedule afternoon activities because it took her so long. We didn't quite understand why, because it is normally a 3-3 1/2 job. I am rating them lower because of the time it took.

The two cleaning ladies arrived a little late, but they had called me to say they were stuck in the morning rush hour traffic. But they arrived shortly after and unloaded all their supplies and equipment and went to work. It's a small on-bedroom apartment, so it was really the kitchen and bathroom that needed the most attention. One lady worked in the kitchen while the other took on the bathroom and other rooms. They scrubbed the rooms from ceiling to floor - even inside the cabinets. They moved the stove to clean under it, then took the stove apart to get every nook & cranny. They washed the windows inside and out (fortunately, this is a ground-floor apartment), and even cleaned the small patio. They swept, then vacuumed the carpet and washed walls and doors, and of course, floors. When they were done, everything was in A-1 condition. The bathroom sparkled and the kitchen was immaculate. Thanks to Judy, she saved us: our current, and soon to be ex-cleaners, never showed up. We were so happy Judy was able to help, at the very last possible minute. Our business looked great, and a last minute emergency turned into a saved opportunity. She not only made everything sparkle, but was able to organize, and clean things we didn't realize were dirty!!

It was a pleasure to find Judy and we worked out a fair price for providing basic cleaning services for our office. Since starting with us last week, they have had no problems working with our alarm system and the work performed has been excellent - just what we had hoped for. Judy and her team have been easy to reach when needed and have clearly communicated any needs or concerns. I fully expect that this will be a long-lasting arrangement and that we will remain fully satisfied in the future.

The owner stepped in graciously to fill in for her worker when the worker was unable to perform the job and I was not able to reschedule. I appreciated her commitment to customer service. She also was concerned about making sure there was clear communication. When we started, I indicated that I wanted her to focus on the two bathrooms and the kitchen. At the end of the job, she asked me to look over her work. I was a bit taken aback to see that the outside of the kitchen cabinets had not been wiped down. I understand there was a lot of work to be done, but it just surprised me that I would have to say something about wiping down the outside of the kitchen cabinets when the scope of the job was specifically kitchen and bathrooms. She did complete the kitchen to my satisfaction after I said something.

Josephina from Clean Palace arriving on time and got straight to it. We have a 4bd 3 ba house and I had her focus mostly on cleaning the common areas and bathrooms to prepare for a large party. She did a great job in the kitchen and spent extra time on our stove top which had some baked on grease. Overall I was very happy with the work she did and the service and would definately use Clean Palace again.

When I called I got a very quick response. Our cleaner did a wonderful job. We were scheduled for a Saturday, and an opening came up the day before, so she came sooner than we hoped. We are on a very limited budget and have a lot to get clean, so we can only afford to do so much at a time, but I will definitely be calling Clean Palace back as soon as I can.

This is really the best maid service we have had in the 13 years that we have owned our own home. I found this pet friendly company on Angie's List several months ago when my husband and I were in need of a new housekeeper. I called Judy Beres, the owner, and she called me back in just a few hours. We arranged to have two cleaners come to our house for two hours the following week for 80.00. The two ladies who came were very nice and did a fine job. We decided to have them come regularly, once a week. One day they left 1/2 hour early, just covering the basics when we needed more to be done. When I spoke to Judy about this she went above and beyond my expectations to make it up to us! She came personally to the next appt. and really wanted to know everything we wanted and needed done. This was how I learned that Judy wants her customers to be extremely happy and will go to great lengths to make it happen! She then switched our housekeepers to one outstanding woman named Aricelli. Aricelli comes once a week and stays until everything we need cleaned is done, and then some. She cleans inside our house and also cleans our front porch and back patio. She is very sweet and does an outstanding job every time. She never does weird stuff, (like another service did years when they took a banana from the kitchen and put it inside a desk drawer! She never bangs up our furniture like some other maids have done in the past.) . When Aricelli went on vacation, Judy came, herself, to make sure we didn't have an interruption in service. Judy is easy to communicate with. She can be reached by phone, text or email. We have several pets and Clean Palace Housekeeping is very understanding and pet friendly. I don't know what we would do without them, and recommend them highly!

Clean Palace was great. They arrived promptly and immediately found out the most important areas to clean. They got to work right away and covered all that was requested and more.

MY SON JUST BOUGHT A HOME IN SANTA CLARITA AND IS SINGLE, AND NEEDED HELP WITH KEEPING IT CLEAN. CLEAN PALACE IS DOING A TERRIFIC JOB. MY SON SAID 'EVERYTHING SPARKLES'. AS SOON AS HE COMES HOME AND OPENS THE DOOR, THE WHOLE PLACE LOOKS AND SMELLS FRESH. THE GIRLS ALSO CHANGE HIS SHEETS. HE HAS THEM EVERY OTHER WEEK, AND SET UP AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS AS HE PLANS TO KEEP THEM. THANKS SO MUCH. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. ALSO, IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS, THE OWNER CALLS YOU IMMEDIATELY TO TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING. WONDERFUL COMPANY

I use them as and when required. My experience with them was good. But I felt that it could have been better. They did clean the bathroom but I did see some stains. They could have paid a bit more attention to details. The price was reasonable and okay.

They come out weekly. The owner is prompt at getting back to you. She cares about your feedback and if she has a new cleaner come out to your house she contacts you immediately to see how they did. She's very attentive to your cares and concern for the house. They have good rates and do good cleaning. They listen to your needs and your house and don't just decide on their own what needs to be done.

They show up on time and do a great job. They were at my house cleaning for over 4 hours. This is the second time I had Judy's employees come over and clean

Clean Palace is doing a very good job and it is very reasonably priced. They come for 16 hours a week and also do a once a month deep overall house cleaning.
