They did an excellent job! They were thorough and I was very pleased.

It was very good, I would use them again. They were very pleasant people.

There was a small mix-up in scheduling and they did have to reschedule the appointment one time. There were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. Erma was the lady who cleaned my house and she was a doll. She spent about three hours on the job and brought her own supplies. The place was a mess and she worked very hard during those three hours that she was here. It was a perfect experience! I would use them again and I would ask for Erma.

It went well: she was on time and was prepared. The cleaning was sufficient, but not quite the "deep" cleaning I expected . Since this was her first time at my house, I have arranged for her to clean every other week: we will see how she does. At least my dog is very fond of her!

I don't know yet how their competitor will perform, but so far, the first contact was such a turn-off, I'm disinclined to contact Clean Palace again in the future for our needs.

I hired them because of the special deal they were having and I was trying to decide if I would hire them for weekly service. I contacted them with suggested dates of service and was contacted quickly via email. I called and spoke to the scheduler who booked the date yet said I had to contact the house cleaner myself. I thought this strange because well it's her job as the scheduler. I quickly called Rosy to confirm the day and time that she could clean and she was confused about the date of service. I told her to speak to her agency and let me know if she can still come my available date. I recontacted the agency scheduler and was told everything was fine yet I still had to contact Rosy again myself to confirm date and time. All of this a bit annoying but I did it. I confirmed with rosy what types of surfaces I had in my home so that she had the correct products for use. The date and time were confirmed again with still some confusion. On the day of service Rosy was prompt and pleasant. I had my mother home for the day of cleaning. It turns out she did not bring any products or tools as the deal suggested. She did bring her own steamer but not sure what that was used for. She finished on time and the house looked good. I graded the professionalism a C not because the cleaner was bad but the company scheduler should have been more professional in booking my cleaner.

I was very happy with the job that these women did. They were on time, professional and were responsive to any requests I made while they were at my home. My only advice for a future customer would be to check with the company before buying a "deal". I purchased a $199 deal, which didn't specify in the ad any time limit (in fact if I remember correctly it even said that they cleaners would stay until the job was done). While scheduling an appointment with their office, I was informed that there was a four hour limit. We went back and forth a bit until finally I just gave in and accepted the 4 hour time limit. Thankfully the job was completed in that amount of time. Other than that, I was completely satisfied.

This did not go well, but it was resolved to my satisfaction after a redo.

It went very well. I contacted them shortly after purchasing (as apposed to waiting for them) because I wanted a specific date based on having guests. They were able to accommodate the time I wanted (yay!) and Rocio came to our house, she was on time, though she was up the street as the wrong address had been provided to her (which is why I'm docking slightly for professionalism, that and they called to confirm multiple times, which I appreciate but did make me concerned - it all worked out though). I left for work and asked her to call me 30 minutes before she was done. She did so and actually my husband met them to check out the work before they left. Everything was very good and the house was very clean. Rocio was kind, communicative and easy to work with as was Clean Palace Housekeeping. I like that they offer a monthly cleaning option and think we will likely use them again for on-going cleaning.

The cleaner exceeded my expectations arriving promptly, working quickly and efficiently, behaving professionally and leaving my house much cleaner than when she started. Thank you! I will definitely use this service in the future.

It went very well after they showed as there was a slight scheduling glitch. They dug in and went right to work, my mom's house was noticeably cleaner when they finished. Windows, floors, the entire cooking range including oven, shelves, knick knacks, curtains all got cleaned.

We were able to get scheduled immediately. The ladies were prompt and professional and did an amazing job on cleaning our home. We definitely plan to use them again.

It was not too good and there's only one person who cleaned. There weren't enough people and I told her how big the house was and she worked. I was very happy with what she did. The problem was that we were having an open house. This should be great for weekly but they always send on people. She looked fabulous of what she did but I needed more people. My son had painted the bath tub and she was able to get all that paint out including the paint on the floor. She only did half of the house but she did come back to me right away. It's just too small for one person but I'm moving to a smaller house so I might use them again.

Rosey worked very hard cleaning our house which had been neglected for some time. She did a great job.

I have pets and there is always dog & cat hair in my house. They made my house sparkle! I am planning on using them once a month going forward. They were great.

The Clean Palace housekeepers started upstairs dusting and vacuuming one bedroom, had to pick up all the things on top of the furniture, dust and then put the things back. I have since tried to keep things put away to save them time and effort. They cleaned the windowsills, the mirrors, and changed the bedclothes. They did a very thorough job of cleaning everything in the bathroom. They vacuumed the hallway and the stairs. The women dusted and cleaned all the pictures and frames on the walls down the steps and in the living room. They thoroughly dusted all the tables including the top and bottom shelves and moved and returned everything on top and inside, and did the same in the dining room. Everything was vacuumed and I asked that they only clean the kitchen floor and clean the oven. They stayed overtime to finish. My townhouse is about 1200 sq. ft.

They never showed up. They told me I had the wrong days even though they were the ones that gave me the days. She said she was told here to come on Friday the 16th but they called me and gave me the number of the person who was cleaning at said she was coming on the 13th.

I called Judy on Monday. She was able to schedule one of her cleaners Josefina to come in the next day to do the job. Josefina was meticulous. She cleaned everything from top to bottom. Before she came there was a lot of dust and the hardwood floors were very dirty from moving. The blinds were very dusty and gross. When I got back after she finished, the whole house smelled fresh and clean. The She even cleaned the sliding glass door on the outside to make sure it was sparkling. The oven looked like a brand new oven. All in all, Josefina did a wonderful job.

I can't remember the owner's name but she was very accommodating to me. I needed service done by a specific time and she was able to come through. The owner and her worker arrived on time. They spent 4 hours cleaning everything! They did a great job on the refrigerator and oven which were my areas that needed extra help. They were very thorough and didn't miss a spot. In fact they cleaned placed I didn't expect. Very happy with their professionalism. They were conscious of my cat in the house too. I'll definitely hire them again.

First off, it was a Big Deal, supposed to be 2 workers for 4 hours, starting at 8 am - 12 pm. One girl showed up at 8:30. She has been really good, but, she is the only one! It is 10 am and no second worker. I tried 4 times to contact the company to find out where they were but got zero response. I asked the Angie, the girl here, if I should be trying to call someone, and she just said "no no" which makes me wonder if anyone else was ever going to come in the first place!! So, the one lady here is really nice, but, like I said, it's a deep clean job that would really take 2 ladies 4 hours, and i only have 1, when the deal was for 2. Very frustrating!!

Clean Palace housekeeping is off to a good start. We liked the employee who showed up. She was hard working and she sought out what we expected and was happy to meet all of our requirements. The manager called to check if we were happy, which impressed me. We have hired Clean Palace to come back on a repeating basis and I hope they maintain their service.

Judy was very quick to respond to my phone call and gave me an estimate very quickly. We scheduled a cleaning for the following week and her employee arrived on time. My house received a very detailed cleaning and looked great. I also contracted her to assist me with party clean up and I don't know what I would have done without them. I absolutely recommend this company as they are very thorough and reasonably priced. I am extremely picky, as I'm sure most people are with their homes and I had no complaints. Do not hesitate to try them.

The ladies arrived early and got to work right away. This was their first time to my house, so they did a deep cleaning. Every room is very clean and tidy. I will be scheduling them again to clean my house every month!
