Description of Work: It's just poor communication. It's poor that they don't have better records, in a place of business. They have no evidence that I have a deal. Asked them to call and verify with Angie's List. They became defensive saying I was causing her more work. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

When the customer made the purchase 6 months ago, we replied to schedule right away. We communicated via email and a series of texts, but customer didn't respond until six months after the purchase. After this extensive period of time, we did have to go back on record and locate the purchase, but did our best to provide a quick response. We didn't mind to take the extra steps, but we do expect the customer to understand that old and new purchases cannot be treated the same.

No matter what the crew size, a head housekeeper is always on site. Head housekeepers are very knowledgeable in what they do, and part of their knowledge, which we require for the job, is to speak the language. Any instructions comments, or concerns should be directed to them. Homeowners can also call the office, and speak to Judy, or text her, if that option is preferred.

Description of Work: Cleaned the house well,, but there was missed communication between the service owner and the workers. I paid for 8 hours of cleaning which meant that the two workers should work for 4 hours. They thought that it was 2 hours each only. It took several calls and a bit of upset to finally get the deal straightened out

Description of Work: One of the girls was great and the other was not. We purchased this service as described "deep cleaning" and we got half deep clean and the half a quick once over. The older lady was amazing and I would have her back. Maybe it was the other girls first day but she could learn a lot from the older lady.

Description of Work: Cleaned two full and one half bath. Also cleaned kitchen. | |Arrived late. Broke an item in the kitchen. Not sure if they would tell us, if we didn't see it. We specifically asked for workers that could speak and understand English. Workers did not follow simple directions. We only asked that they clean specific areas first. Questionable payment request solidified my decision not recommend this service to others. unfortunately.

The particular housekeeper assigned to this project has been with our company for the last three years performing numerous "one time cleanings" in a daily basis. One time cleanings require a great deal of attention, effort, and reliability. Our housekeeper has not had any complaint with her performance, or the lack of understanding when it comes to following directions. She also reported that she was not late and was tipped at the completion of the job. When doing the dusting she lifted an item to wipe it out and came apart. She noticed it has been broken before, and glued.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job cleaning our apartment. They completely cleaned our kitchen, including the stove, refrigerator and cabinets.
