Description of Work: Not really a "deep" cleaning as advertised for the price. More of an average cleaning. They did an OK job, but not what they advertised as a detailed, "deep" cleaning. Was disappointing.

Spoke to both cleaner and owner, however I made no accusations as I know I did not have definite proof.I hope that, I am wrong, but I have habit of always returning my jewelry to the jewelry box I keep in my bathroom & no one else but me & my daughters use this bathroom as I have a guest bathroom.I am not in the habit of leaving my jewelry in other part of the house. As far as the cleaning done, it was very good & 4 hours not enough to thoroughly clean this home. The job needs finishing, however, at this point I will not have strangers in my home. |

Description of Work: The cleaners were great. This was a move out service so I can't speak to any furniture/dusting but this 1900 Square foot house looked absolutely spotless when they left. Had three cleaners and they finished up the whole place in about 5 hours. I only give them a B because there was a mixup in the scheduling so I was left waiting at the house for almost two hours before it was determined no one had actually told the cleaners about the job. They did show up later that afternoon and were very professional.

Description of Work: I recently broke my leg and was unable to clean my home. Clean Palace sent two great people who went right to work. They were great and the house was cleaned perfectly. They required little instructions, they knew exactly what to do. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: The job took 2 trips. The first trip was not well managed (my fault, I could not be there), the second trip ws better, the service made good all the issues that I had.

Description of Work: Let me preface this rating with this: our house had not had a good thorough cleaning in a long time. So, we paid for 8 hours of cleaning, thinking it should be enough time, with a couple of people, to really do a good job, in iyr little 1100 sq ft house. Firstly, the one lady who showed up was dropped off. She had hardly any cleaning products and asked my husband what we had. He showed her and she said "well let me see what I have in the car" (she had. I car!) So my husband and I left her to clean and we went to work. She called my husband at work and told him that the cleaning products we had were not the right type that she uses and she needed him to get that certain type for her. So he had to leave work and go to the dollar store, which is the only place they had that particular cleaner, to go get it. (Since she had no car) |She spent way too much time trying to clean our bathtub properly, (which we were able to do later in about 10 minutes time) |There was so much more that should have been accomplished. She did some dishes. Pulled up the sheets on our bed, vacuumed, and generally cleaned up. |I'm very disappointed with this woman who was sent to us. Maybe other people had different workers come but this girl I would not recommend. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed.

Description of Work: The young woman who came to do my cleaning worked hard. The issues I had were really minor. I was slightly disappointed with the lack of follow up from the company management. Other companies I've dealt with over the years personally followed up to see if I was satisfied and if they could schedule recurring appointments. One suggestion might be to let new customers know what you need as well. I think I've worked with larger companies before and their crews brought their own materials. If I had know I needed to provide those I would have had things organized and prepared.

Description of Work: I received 1 email that asked if I wanted the job done on Wed, 5/21/14 with 3 housekeepers. I responded YES and that was it, no confirmation despite 2 email messages that I left. On the day of, I had to call to confirm if they were coming. At last they came but with 2 housekeepers and not 3. Angie & Erma were super sweet. They worked super hard for nearly 5 hours. And this was what they did: clean all the *inside* windows, 2.5 bathrooms, the kitchen and dust the master bedroom. They didn't mop any rooms except for the kitchen that I actually had to ask if they could do that. Based on the description of the *deep cleaning* price, I was under the impression that the whole house will be clean top to bottom, windows will be washed inside and outside but this didn't happen. I don't feel like I got my $199 worth but my house is definitely cleaner and the ladies did work very hard. I'm not sure whether I would use this provider again in the future or not...it's iffy.

Description of Work: I work at home in a 2BR townhouse with three cats. I'm extremely busy and rarely leave the house. I admit that I don't clean nearly as much as I should. I had never hired a cleaning service before and didn't know what to expect. Because of bad planning on my part, I had less than two hours of sleep before the maid showed up. I let her in and went back to bed. When it was time for her to start cleaning upstairs many hours later, I went downstairs and was so amazed by how clean it was that I felt guilty even walking around. I didn't want to mess anything up! Even my bravest cat seemed a bit confused by the cleanliness. The maid was wonderful, but I felt absolutely horrible that she had to spend more than eight hours on a Saturday cleaning by herself. It seemed like a two-person job, especially since she moved the furniture alone. I'd love to have her clean my house again on a regular basis. I just hope that my relative filth didn't scare her off too much!

Description of Work: Very prompt with scheduling an appointment after purchasing the Angie's List Deal. Girl came right on time, very efficient and thorough. Polite and professional. Very happy with their service.

Description of Work: We (my wife and I) are both disabled and have not been able to keep our house clean for some time. Clean Palace has been coming every week for just four weeks now and our house is already looking a lot better. They charge $80.00 for four hours work and send either one or two people (generally one.) They are punctual. Once when the housekeeper was running a little late, she called me and stayed until she completed her four hours. Whoever comes is very hard working and responsive to requests. They are also very nice people. I intend to keep this service indefinitely, and recommend them highly to others
