I had a really bad experience with MTC. They misdiagnosed my mold problem and told me I did not need remediation when in fact I did. Instead, they directed me to pay $1000 for a DIY fogging kit to do myself at home which did not work- even after I hired a professional to do it from their company. On top of the $500 I paid for the initial testing, $1000 for a kit, and another $500 to re-test everything, I was back at square one with no solution or results. I now had to hire another company to start over and pay them another $500 for a proper inspection, to then find out I have to pay 5k in remediation and repairs. I lost over $2000 going with MTC, and they only refunded me $189 for the wrong diagnosis all the frustration and the time lost. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

David was awesome, very knowledgeable and he explained every step of the way. My son has autism and David was super nice and answer all his questions about his equipment and the process of gathering samples.

David who did the inspection was punctual, extremely knowledgeable and efficient and spent time explaining things to me. When my results came back much time was spent explaining what the outcome was and how to remediate. The company is very responsive to phone calls and ready with advice

I have made two appointments with this company. First appointment they cancelled, then they called back and asked me if they can come out. Then they called back and cancelled again. So I rescheduled for the next week Wednesday at 4:30pm. No show, no call, no email. Couple days later I got a call to make another appointment. No, thank you.

I appreciate the local service. The person that arrived to conduct the testing was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The company that contacted me with the information of the testing were very helpful in recommending solutions to our air quality issues.

Despite the nationwide distribution of the support staff, they were very responsive and helpful in identifying potential issues with our new home. Excellent price and quick turnaround. Would like additional information regarding the individual species of spores identified in our analysis, as well as comparison of spore counts compared to "normal" conditions, but this information isn't difficult to find online.

the man was friendly and informed me about the nature of mold and was familiar with my home (its a Streng Brothers house) so it made it a great detail in his mold sweeping. The great thing was, though my house tested positive for mold, they also reccomended me to a company that helped me and further explained more about the mold I had (I feared it was blackmold, but luckily it wasn't).

Really good experience. The specialist that came to my house was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about any mold I may have. The entire experience was less than one hour. Looking forward to the lab results from the specimens taken.

They were 5 minutes early to our appointment. They were very professional and answered all my questions I had. I will definitely recommend them to others for their service.

They were misleading and lied. I told the manager I could smell what I thought was mold (musky) and he said they have all the tools to find it for me. Maybe so but that is not what I got. I got a man who took 3 air samples. Two were included in the quoted price of $299 and the 3rd necessary test was an additional $70. Come to find out, their test will only tell me if harmful mold is present in my home, not where it is. Also, it took 3 appointments to get them out here. Appointment #1 Joseph was a no show so I called the office and they put me on hold and allegedly called Joseph and found that his car had broke down and he is on the side of the road. Appointment #2 was again a no show. The manager said they were looking to let Joseph go. They said they were going call their guy from So Cal come. Lie. Appointment #3 and Joseph shows up. Tells me he never broke down, he just never got the referral.
