The technician who sampled was punctual and professional. No mold issues found, none suspected. Unfortunately, the primary reason for the test was to test for presence of cat dander. The person from Mold Test Company who I spoke with by phone and paid assured me there would be specific testing for allergens. No useful information obtained as a result.

I did mold testing with this company and purchased additional swabs to test different areas of our home. They found mold but they recommended a DIY kit in order to remediate the mold ourselves. However, after consulting with another company to remediate the mold, they said that we should have done additional air samples instead. They also found that one of our walls was completely wet, which Mold Test Company missed. I'd recommend consulting with a different company that does remediation as well as mold testing.

The only issue I have is that the string is a bit expensive. Customer service was good I called leave a message they would call me back every single time but after they collected my payment I called twice no answer and no call back.

I'm still waiting for the results of the test!!

The actual testing went smoothly and the technician was knowledgeable and helpful. The problem came with the hard sell afterwards trying to get me to buy mold clean up supplies for a room that their own testing proved was no more "moldy" than what was already present in the outside air. The results came in a phone call where the salesman insisted I speak to another company about those supplies, refused to give me contact info instead insisting that a second phone call had to be made. It felt like I was dealing with a used-car salesman. I did get the results and reasonably intelligent person could read them without the salesman or multiple phone calls.

HIGH PRESSURE SALE TACTICS!!! SCAMMERS!!! I paid more than triple the amount other companies charged because THE MOLD TEST COMPANY promised they would help with the ENTIRE process (first mold testing, what the results mean, what to use in a court case, attorneys were available to help with legal matters, how to get rid of mold, what to do with household items contaminated with mold, etc). My mold attorney said the only thing he will be able to use in court is the endotoxins in the water. I had to do the swab test myself and mail it in. They were unable to find the results. I paid so much money to this company and they only did 20% of what the promised. Now I have to deal with this along with the mold. The MOLD TEST COMPANY SCREWED ME OVER!

I paid for a mold and air quality test, the company owner came and took air samples, but it is nearly a month later and I have still not received a written report. After multiple phone calls I was told I have mold and quoted a mold removal price but still no written evidence of the degree of the problem. Do not hire this service!

I paid $999 and they sent the wrong equipment. They have not refunded my money. I already filed a fraud claim with my bank. Next I will be filing a police report.

They were very thorough reviewing the test results and how to solve the problems.

The inspector overwhelmed my expectations in that he went way beyond the work which I wanted done. Example, I called him to inspect one bathroom. At no extra charge, he inspected the kitchen and two other bathrooms. He also educated me of many items of which I was ignorant. The time which he spent here, as well, way surpassed my expectations. He is quite polite to boot.
