Description of Work: Excellent company! First rate service and employees. Kudos to Jeremy Claussen, Operations Mgr. for not only his excellent service but great attitude and quick response to messages. Better to call a customer back asap with "we're swamped but will get back to you as soon as we're able"-then leave us wondering when that return call will be; especially when we have an emergency like I had when 1/2 of my houses' electricity blew due to a PG&E issue. They are my #1 go-to electrical company!

Description of Work: Broken Furnace. Estimate for repair. Parts ordered and service to be completed 8/13. Consistently Punctual, professional, thorough...explained everything as they went through it without being overly technical---easy to understand what they were talking about. Examined the parts that needed repair as well as other parts that "might" need replacement in the near future so that we wouldn't have to call them back because something related went bad. This is the second time we've used Gentec and we'll use them again for furnace AC replacement later this year.

Description of Work: They did a very professional electrical inspection of my home, presenting all insurance certificates. However, the quote was high enough that my trustee requires at least 3 bids.
